Randy's is our go to mechanic. We have used them for many years. I know we can trust what they say. Everytime we go in for a problem, they will check it out, and call us to explain what it is, before doing any work. Then they will give a breakdown of cost and options. Great friendly people. They are not open on weekends, but I don't mind that, they deserve a weekend too. We have 4 cars in the family and will definitely be back. Thank you Tom for being so nice and thorough with our Sonata.

Fantastic and honest service! I originally spent hundreds taking my truck to Aamco for diagnosis and repair and was told that my transmission was too old and parts were not available so the only option was to spend several thousand more dollars to replace it. I wanted a second opinion so I went to Randy's and they found and repaired the issue quickly and at a very low cost. They were completely up front and very professional - highly recommend taking your repair issues to Randy's.

I brought my truck in due to some shifting issues. The service was a bit sketchy. I was told that I needed a whole new transmission and wanted to sell me a transmission for thousands more than the dealer. Brought it to a different shop that same afternoon (approximately 15 miles away) and was told nothing was needed. The tech said by the looks of the fluid on the dipstick there was no service completed. Randys charged me ~$380. On another note the man at the front dest relentlessly hit on my mother and made her extremely uncomfortable. With sketchy service and the man at the front, I will not be returning to this shop again.

I've been going to these guys for almost a decade. They saved my old Civic from the brink, and I was able to get another 5+ years out of it before it was rear ended and totaled. They've always treated me more than fairly, given me incredible rates, been extremely upfront and honest, done immaculate work, and never once judged me or took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Short story- Elliot of Randy's knows what he is talking about and ensured the 68RFE transmission in our truck was rebuilt top notch at a fair price. Long story-we were on a road trip with our fifth wheel, when our transmission went out. We had our truck towed from Gallup New Mexico to Mesa AZ because we ad great experience with our sons transmission at Randy'. Elliot was honest, fair and ensured we got our truck back in time to restart our road trip. At the time of writing this, we have 1800 miles on the rebuilt transmission. All towing a 14k fifth wheel, over passes in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming. Flawlessly..

Illegal sales practice, bad diagnosis, no ownership of mistake, not honest, and not a trustworthy place at all. I came in due to my transmission randomly switching gears. They told me I needed an entirely new transmission. After they replaced the transmission, the exact same thing continued to happened. I immediately brought the car back in. They replaced a neutral safety switch and the problem was fixed. Whether or not a new transmission would have been needed, the exact problem persisted after a replacement transmission was put in but was fixed with a new neutral safety switch - this tells me that the solution to my problem was a neutral safety switch and not a new transmission. They refused to make this right. I will be going to the attorney general, BBB, and will continue to fight this charge with my bank. This company lies, misdiagnoses problems to sell the most expensive (potential) fix, and should not be trusted at all! Please be aware of these bad practices before bringing your car here and definitely get a 2nd opinion before letting them touch your vehicle at all. I have records of the repairs made and even have recorded conversations with them where they admit the problem was still there after putting in the new transmission that I am willing to share with anyone who asks!

Not these guys). The team explainde everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell, and had my car running perfectly again fast well ahead of their estimated completion date.
