after so many disappointing run-ins with other shops, I was recommended to CactusCarCareAz. and I will not go to another mechanic. Richard, the Mechanic has worked on my vehicles for a few years now. I trust him, he does great work at a reasonable price, what's important to me the most is that when I am not sure what's going on, he tells me, if it could be multiple things he gives me a honest very open opinion, I don't feel like I am I being hit up for things I don't need just to make the shop more money. This is truly worth the drive to get my vehicle Fixed. regardless of where I live in AZ.

I have been working with Luis since before his shop and each time I have know him to do his best, always putting customer needs before himself with a level of transparency I have yet to find in worth with countless mechanics in multiple states. At the very least, if you have an issue, give him a call and allow him to give you some mechanic advice. I've done this on a couple of occasions where he suggested where I can go for service if I don't want to use him. This is a testament as to how much he is thinking about the customer and not his pocketbook. His work has always been solid, if unsure, he's always willing to walk me through an issue as far as I wanted to know or learn. Cactus Motor Werks is highly recommended in my book. Mechanic shops can learn a lot from his working principles!

Luis is very trust worthy and calm ,Sincere,Honest Guy 😊 Previously at a shop 3 times and no clue to consistent r front end niose. misdiagnosed a that turned serious bearing issue. Luis diagnosed in driving once. He knows His Cars Foreign and domestic. We have a 2015 Mercedes and Old Jeep.....and He maintains Both! Highly recommend Cactus works, Luis is My Guy!
