I am so genuinely impressed with the integrity of this auto shop. I had an awful experience earlier this year at some AZ franchise place - where they charged us DOUBLE. The customer service here was great, and they really wanted to ensure our vehicle was in great condition for the repair we needed. They didn't try and push other services onto us. Great place and I hope to use them in the future!

Stapley's Garage gets a 5 out of 5! I've been in a couple of times and they always treat me with such kindness and respect. I am not a car person and I do not understand all the problems with my car. But Jason and Adam have been patient with me in explaining the problems in an understanding way. They have done a great job repairing my beater car, making sure to fix what needs to be done immediately yet also letting me know what we need to keep our eye on in the future. Stapley's Garage makes Mesa feel more like a community. Thankful for them and all they do!

I wanted to take a moment and give a huge shout out to Tucker and his team at Stapley’s Garage. I just moved into the area from Florida and needed some work done on my vehicle. While calling around, I landed on Stapelys Garage and spoke with Tucker. He was straight forward and honest with the prices giving me the approximate high end of my service, which was still half the price of other places, as well as told me he would take a ride with me in the vehicle to give it a proper diagnosis. He also gave the vehicle a free full inspection to catch any other potential problems. They paid for my Lyft ride back to my house and paid for a ride back to the shop when it was completed. On top of all of that, he was able to fit me in and had me back on the road within an hour! To put it in perspective, I had this same repair done 4 years ago and it took the company 3 days to get it done for me. This place is the apex of customer service and top tier quality. I recommend any and everyone in the Mesa area to come see Tucker and his team. I will be getting all of my services done here going forward. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience.

Finally found an automotive repair shop that thrives on integrity and honesty. I cannot thank Adam enough for not being dismissive with me on the phone when I called to get some rates for repairs. Furthermore, I appreciated when we brought our vehicle in, how honest they were with what was going on with our oil pan and plug. They could’ve easily tried to upsell us, but they didn’t They suggested doing a process of elimination to figure out where the oil leak was actually coming from. Went in to change all the drivetrain fluid, brake fluid and get my tires rotated. They found a small leak and recommended a solution that still got me my truck back same day! Great communication, free lyft ride home and overall awesome experience!! If I wasn’t moving this would be my go to shop. Fortunately they have nationwide warranty which is great!! I like to find a personal and trustworthy local garage. Since I'm new to the area I used reviews to try Stapley's out for an oil change and tire rotation. First, it looks like a place that has been around for a while. Good sign. Second, I was greeted by one of the service mechanics because I didn't know where to part and he was super friendly. And the men at the front desk - Tucker and his team - were super friendly. I decided to stay and work at the shop expecting a 90 minute wait, they hooked me up to wifi and then they were done in 40 minutes! They gave me a full report on my car and let me know what to keep an eye on with my tires. I spent a fraction of what I've spent at the dealer for the same service. I'll be back for sure! And for the women - the men at the front desk are really good looking. I told them I'd say this too!

Wow.... I am so impressed with the service I got at Stapley's garage! I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there in the future and recommending them to all of my friends. I called and made an appointment with Justin who was super nice. And so was Luis who I spoke with later on. I had to call back to change my appointment day and spoke with Adam. Adam ended up paying my service advisor while my van was in the shop. He was absolutely amazing! Such a nice guy and so understanding of our situation with our vehicle and finances. He provided pictures and detailed information, and between him and our mechanic Dakota, they took great care of our vehicle. I could really tell that they cared about my vehicle and having me be a return customer. Which after that experience won't be a problem. The fact that they're not commission-based and are not trying to nickel and dime you on everything is huge! They took great care of me today. Thank you Adam and Dakota for the service today and making your garage a place I can trust! ☺️

Amazing and honest work like all of the reviews say. I’ve had work done at Stapley’s garage a few times now, and I really appreciate the transparency and flexibility of the team, especially Adam. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I’ve had my concerns taken care of. When I needed to wait for work to be done, he told me honestly what could wait vs what was needed more immediately. No fear mongering or price gouging of women. As a young woman going in alone I have never felt like they were trying to pull a fast one or take advantage of me. I would highly recommend to family, friends, and co-workers!

I was referred to this shop by a neighbor who highly recommended them as an honest shop and he was right! The owner, Brandon and employees Luis and Adam took great care of me and treated me very well. They were all very respectful and kind. I took my car in for the alternator and a timing belt but they did a thorough inspection and it revealed problems I was unaware of. They also worked diligently on my car to troubleshoot an issue. I spoke with Luis many times and he always provided detailed explanations of the repairs and provided updates and most importantly, Luis always answered the phone! The quality of the repairs was excellent and my car is running perfectly again! Many thanks to everyone at the shop for the excellent service I received. I would highly recommend this shop to others!
