Had my Audi TTs in for oil change and serpentine belt replaced. The work was done quickly and well. The cost was significantly less that Audi wanted to replace the belt. The staff was friendly and helpful Will definitely be AZ Euros in the future.

I've worked with several businesses and this group does the best, most fair and accurate work I've ever come across. I came in for a systems check and they didn't charge me anything to diagnose the issue. Extra kudos to Sarah for being extremely knowledgeable and quick to help resolve my issue!

ZERO STAR!!! The worst place ever!! The owner Mat started cussing at me and my sister! He did the cooling part he fixed just part of it and then it started leaking the day after we went to the dealership and they said there is a towel forgotten there. We called him he said he will do it right then we go to his place he keeps telling us he spent 2000 dollars on this car, which I never believe he did. Starts yelling at us and when we call on the phone he uses the F word and accuses my dad he is a liar. He told us you need to change the 4 engine coils and we asked are you sure the engine sign will go away! He said most probably yeah! When we asked the dealership he said they should use a diagnostic test and it tells them exactly where is the issue to fix, they said it’s not a guessing game here. And they didn’t even do that!!! PROTECT YOUR MERCEDES CAR AND DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE!! As well as when they were trying to open the front of the car the “owner” didn’t even seem to know how to open it! He broke the door of the engine and said he will replace it and never did! Please stay away from this place! He is a scam! Either go to a well trusted European car mechanic or spend extra couple hundred dollars in a dealership! Btw most of his prices are either the same as the dealership or even more!!!

Chase and the crew at AZ Euros absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. Incredible top notch service! I brought a set of new wheels and tires for them to install, but I didn't have the Hub Centric Rings for them to fit properly. I was out of state for work and they went and picked them up for me from Wheel Specialists free of charge. These guys are outstanding and will definitely be returning!

AZ Euros have been changing the oil on my kids S3’s and on my M3 and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve also done other bigger services that I’ve been very happy with their level of service and professionalism. I really like the fact that they do an inspection of the entire vehicle and point out things that might need to be addressed. They are certainly might go to.

We had a great experience with the whole team. Easy to get to location right off the highway. They did a great job communicating each step of the process, and even sent over an inspection report with tons of pictures which was really helpful.

Phenomenal service. They did a PPI for me on short notice and within my compressed timeline due to out of town travel. The report was honest and had my best interest in mind. Management was also excellent and asked many of our questions. This shop knows what they're doing, has excellent techs, and top notch service. I wont hesitate to return.

I have a sports-car that I work on at home, but I take my wife’s BMW 135I to AZ Euros because of their quality and their level of personal service. We recently did a fairly comprehensive service on my wife’s 135I with the N55 (over 100k on the clock) to do Front Control arms, Brakes and Rotors, a full DCT service, and more… This is the only shop where I feel comfortable dropping that kind of money without worrying about how the job is going to go. This is the kind of shop that gives you a breakdown WITH IMAGES before you even sign off on the repairs so you actually know what you’re agreeing to and how far gone the parts needing replacement actually are. Matt the owner and Sarah the GM have both been amazing to talk to, to get advice from, and to work with. I know they aren’t going to up-charge me for no reason. They had my car for over a week (my fault) but they checked in with me, they communicated when they could, they answered questions without negative attitude, and they were as patient with me as I was with them; which is amazing to see in this industry. Connor, the Tech, did a great job and I didn’t even know how much better my transmission would feel after this service, so I’ve been blown away. (Seriously BMW DCT is a great time) I own a BMW, which means things can get expensive, and the only thing that makes it better is that when I have to spend all that money and time, I spend it here, with kind, knowledgable professionals like these.

Great communication! Great Service! I brought my 2015 Mercedes in for alignment after new rims and tires! It’s rare you get an honest business these days! They came in under the quoted price! Thank you no more vibrations!

I recently brought in my GTI and was impressed with how quickly everything was handled. They were able to diagnose the issue the same day and had the repairs lined up for the following day. I had my front and rear brakes replaced, along with a wire repair for my backup camera. Sarah was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process and provided a clear, detailed assessment of the work needed. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating walking into a male-dominated automotive environment, but Sarah made me feel completely comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you AZ Euros 🖤

I've used AZ Euro for years. BMW X5, Q7, VW Golf. Service is always amazing, and the staff, especially Sara, fantastic. Knowledgeable and reasonable. The five star is gauged in my mind this way. And not in any real ranking as they are all important, so - First, life is not scheduled. There are times when your car just needs service, and rather soon. It seems that some how AZ Euro gets me in when others are months out…This is huge. Second, knowledge. My only experience is with working with Sara, but her knowledge is not second to anyone…she is honest and knows the German car. That statement out of the way – Here is what truly put AZ Euro on top of all others. My son’s Golf TDI just stopped while driving. We towed it to AZ Euro and the next day Sara, and her team tore it apart. Over the years of working with Sara, she knew this car was my son’s and has been passed down from one son to another. Thus, making this care sentimental to my youngest…he was in tears and knew it was bad. It was bad. It was the high-pressure fuel pump that when these go, metal showers the engine, turbo, injectors, etc. most often. Most repair centers would throw every new part and build a ridiculous quote that is unrealistic. Instead, AZ Euro went through the car with knowledge and tried to keep, salvage every part they could to save my sons car and some money. That is priceless. Perhaps not clear in this writing, but imagine – “Hey, I think we have a few old injectors, we’ll try these to save you.” It’s the little things like this that say, they get it. And instead of looking at the situation and seeing an opportunity for big cash, it is sentimental, AZ Euro saw a family, and related. So, truly thankful.

I’ve got a 2nd car, and most would say it’s not worth fixing. But I love my 3 series and have been spending money on her for years! When I initially called in I thought that AZ Euros was a place to bring cars that need new life, somewhere I thought I belonged. But when I didn’t opt in for the $500 battery replacement everything went downhill quickly. With that quote I went right to NAPA Auto and got a battery for less than $150, the software to “calibrate” is $60. Fast forward to paying my $850 invoice and declining the battery replacement, I go to get my car and of course it’s dead. The shop receptionist was nice enough to offer a jump to get me home so I can replace the battery. One of the tech comes out with a jump box and it’s dead. So he goes back to get another jump box and the manager follows him out. Matt starts to yelling at the service tech, “ I thought he is replacing his battery himself”. Matt proceeds to walk over and say, “ he’s on his lunch break, you should be grateful”. So the real estate question becomes, why is an employee expected to help a paying customer when they are “on lunch break”. And why would you try to make a paying customer feel bad for needing help to take his car home? I hope “Matt” is a part owner. Because if I were paying the bills for that shop, Matt would be the first to go. I’m sure his salary would be devised up nicely to the mechanics that “work on their lunch break” thanks matt, I can’t wait to go back to Ultimate Auto Works next time I want to spend $1000 for no reason.

Took my car in to get my old coilover kit removed and my new kit installed as well as a new rear sway bar. Dropped it off at 8am and picked it up at 4pm the same day (which is awesome since I daily drive my car for work). They did everything in a timely fashion and their pricing was excellent. Their techs know their stuff and they definitely have my business moving forward. Great shop!

Everyone in the entire building was great. Starting with Sarah to the owner even to the guy who fixed my car. Their prices were almost 700$ cheaper than the dealer prices and got the job don’t in a little more than 24 hours. I’ll never take my Mercedes to any other shop. Hands down the best

AZ Euros is excellent; Sarah is a pleasure to deal with. Have taken multiple cars there and got fair pricing and great service every time. They did a full teardown and rebuild on my 2019 Audi S4's engine and I was very happy with the results. Now I have them working on my M340i and the service has been great!

Excellent online and text communication, with updated photos. I had a lot of work needed to be done dropped off Monday was finished Thursday 1 day past which was no big deal because I much prefer quality over speed and they definitely did so. Price is better than most shops i go to and repairs where awesome. Sarahs communication and patience skill are great, they worked with all my supplied parts and charged me for anything i was missing which is fair and amazing they do so. I kept forgetting things and kept nagging sarah with repeat messages due to my poor memory, but she was patient and worked with me, much blessings, especially with all the repairs they had to work with.!!(2015 X5 35d). Will come back for future repairs.

From the moment you walk in, you feel a solid, welcoming vibe. You’re greeted by Sarah, a true car enthusiast who clearly loves what she does. She explained everything to me step by step, and I felt completely comfortable trusting them with my Porsche. I researched shops for at least a week and even visited several in person to get a feel for them. By far, Euros stood out as the best option. They saved me several hundred dollars on minor repairs compared to the dealer, who wanted $350 just to look at the car and give their opinion. Take it from me—you’ll get the same great experience I did. Big thanks to the manager, Sarah!

5 stars for this hidden gem. I needed a repair on my VW TDI, I was recommended to them by a coworker. I called them up, described my issue and right away Sara knew what the problem likely was. I was able to get my car in quickly, even with a full schedule. I had never been here before and was pleasantly surprised by how clean, professional and big the place was. They handled everything from start to finish with the utmost professionalism, and on top of that they had pretty reasonable pricing. If you have German anything, or a diesel vehicle you know its always pricey. Mine is both and I was expecting a way bigger bill. I will 100% return to them for any work I would need done on my diesel vehicle, they know what they are doing and that is hard to come by

Sarah was super helpful over the phone. Had several issues since I moved cross country. Had amazing communication and knowledgeability about my issues. They helped my find a solution. Not crazy expensive not cheap. Fair. Be honest they’ll treat you right. Not perfect and few other vehicles that need love. But they’re attention to detail and good work is worth the $$. Brought my own parts. Connor was very helpfully explaining future possible issues as well as solutions. Very Godly and hardworking Tech. They’re my One stop Shop for anything on wheels.
