I have been going to this mechanic for years and I will never go anywhere else. As a young woman new to Arizona I was careful to read reviews before trusting my car to a mechanic. The great reviews brought me here to Chuck in the first place, and I haven't been disappointed in the years since! I trust him to do a thorough diagnosis and make truthful recommendations with no pressure or the manipulation you get at a lot of mechanics. This business is run like a family business. The owner's mom is the one making follow-up calls to ensure everything is running smoothly after you get your car back. It is such a breath of fresh air to know that you're doing business with genuinely good hearted people. I can't recommend Advance Auto enough!!

Chuck is the most honest man I’ve met in this industry. I brought my car to a different mechanic and was told I needed both front and rear brakes replaced immediately. I went to Chuck for a second opinion, fully willing and ready to pay him to replace the brakes. He called and told me all of my brakes had lots of life in them and not to worry. He declined getting paid in order to do the right thing. That’s hard to find these days. I will never go to another mechanic again. Thank you Chuck!!

I've been coming here since I moved to Arizona in 2020, and no matter how far I have to tow my car, I will always bring it here. I've brought my Subaru here for everything from a new battery and an oil change to engine problems. Chuck and his team are truly one of the greatest things about this state. As a young woman, I have never felt more comfortable taking my car into a shop than I do at Advanced Auto Repair. Chuck and his technicians explains everything with such kindness and compassion, and they often follow up in the week after a service to ensure everything is still running okay. I genuinely feel like this team cares as much about my safety as I do. Bottom line - these guys are the BEST!

This place is truly a hidden gem. Chuck & his staff are very informative, honest, very thorough and straight to the point as to what's going on with your vehicle. I had my battery go out on me this past week and after a jump start, I wasn't sure where to go to take my vehicle. After doing a little research in my area, I immediately came here and they took very good care of my concerns with my vehicle right away. Please come here if any issues arise with your vehicle. As someone like myself who works for auto insurance claims for a living; I truly understand the frustration and what could come about when it comes to taking your vehicle to a shop you're not familiar with. Upon researching I found Advance Auto Repair to have great reviews. I called for a price for a part replacement and found them to be very fair. Chuck was very responsive and I really appreciate the service I got and the job they did with my car. Took my 76 corvette in for some emissions stuff and met with chuck, I had them do a diagnostic on the car and like true mechanics they found everything that kept it from passing. I drove the car to emissions and it took less time to pass, then it did to fail the first time. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle needs. So much in fact that I have already scheduled my next visit to get another repair done on my harmonic balance. Low prices and a quick turn around are two things you should expect with a visit to Chuck and his team.

Took my 1992 ford on for inspection. They charge a normal inspection fee. They told me my truck looked good and didn't even charge me for the inspection. Also on the way out asked the mechanic a few things. He was very nice and answered my question. Overall good experience. Went to them because of there rating online and a neighbor had use them.

BIG Thanks to all the staff at Advance Auto Repair. My car overheated unexpectedly and needed an auto care service to check ASAP. Chuck was very welcoming and assured me that they would take care of my car. Overall, the leak causing the overheating was repaired the same day!! I was able to pick up my car in the afternoon and pricing was reasonable. I’m a happy customer! Knowing they also support veterans is amazing. Thank you.

Honest, communicative, and kind people! I was thinking of buying a car from a nearby dealership having it shipped to me in California. I called Advance Auto to request a pre-purchase inspection and was quoted a very reasonable $120 for a thorough inspection. As soon as the car was dropped off they immediately warned me of several things wrong with it and offered to pause the inspection and not charge me anything. Thank you <3
