I scheduled a service appointment for 7am on May 10th. I arrived at 6:50 and waited for the doors to open. I checked in and gave my keys to the service advisor, and walked next door to have breakfast as he told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half for the service. Not a problem. I came back at 7:50 and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot, it had not even been pulled into the bay. Why in the world would I have a 7am appointment and 50 minutes into the appointment my vehicle still has not been put on the rack. I then asked for my keys back and proceeded to leave. At no point did the service advisor give me an update, tell me that I was next, or offer to reschedule my appointment. I will NO LONGER be doing business with Larry H Miller in any capacity. This was not the first time I have had a terrible experience with the company, but it was the last and final straw. Please, do better.

We had our brand new 2022 Dodge Chargers 1st oil change done here since we purchased it from a Larry H Miller dealership and they were included. When we picked it up it poured out white smoke so bad it covered the entire intersection. They kept the car overnight and we had it towed to the nearest dealership who couldn't find an issue but acknowledged it wasn't running right and said to give it some time to "burn off" what was left. It was still smoking but not as bad. Two months later and a few more trips to the dealership, computer and transmission resets is all they do and it still doesn't run right. Dodge won't do anything about it. It ran great until this very first oil change at this place and now it runs like crap. Dealerships still say it runs fine but when we test drive another RT compared to our current RT it is not the same at all. So sad for a car that now has 18k miles on it, a dealership that doesn't care, a brand that doesn't care. Just the way things are now I guess.

We made an appointment for an oil change, they said it would take an hour and a half. Ok. We walked to a restaurant ate, walked to a book store and shopped walked back only to find the hadn’t even started our oil change. The girl at the counter went to the shop and came back and said that they would take our truck next. We said we didn’t have any extra time. Last oil change at this location took 3 hours. Our last one was our lad one. Should change name to Slow Lane. Prices keep going up and customer service is all but gone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance, car was left untouched for 2 hours. Took time off of work to get this done. Just took my car back after sitting for two hours for a simple oil change. Won't be back.

Made a reservation for oil change and tire rotation for $50 and got exactly that in about an hour. They noted the two issues they saw: check engine and a squeal when turning wheel all the way to the right. No attempt at upselling. They didn’t parade my filters by me and say they were dirty. I appreciate that. Total cost $55 after shop supplies and tax. Thanks!

just dont go anywhere else. This group is fast, friendly and the pricing is fair. The only hang up is no coffee in the waiting area....but you shouldn't be there that long to need it. Only place I'll take my MIL's Ford Edge.

Check engine light came on, online appointments are easy to navigate and appointment was made same day. Joshua Fritz and Derek Ironside worked on our vehicle quickly, had the problem diagnosed and searched for the part..all during a UAW strike. Jeep was in and out the next day, and back on the road. Joshua and Derek are professional and kept us informed the entire time. They are what makes a great team at Larry H. Miller. We can't say enough positive things about these two, and about this service center and dealership.

The service was outstanding. My tech advisor Paul Baron listened to my request to check everything to make my car Road Trip ready. The car was checked and a couple minor things were addressed as well as an item that needed to be completed at 30,000 miles. Paul was so on top of it! I waited and everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend again as I have before. It is always a pleasant experience.

Just having purchased a Chrysler 300 from another Larry Miller location in Phoenix. I stopped in to have a minor detail taken care of. I was very pleased how quick it was taken care of. This location is the closest to my home. Will for sure return here form my maintenance needs in the future. Very helpful. I has stopped at another location before stopping here and I felt I was waisting that dealers time. Again I'm happy Larry Miller set this location up.

After changing my oil there for 7 years, I will not come back. I had a scheduled oil change as the first customer in the morning. I declined the tire rotation since I had just put on new tires. It took them 1.5 hours to change the oil.

Bought our truck here and the sales staff are excellent. The dealership side is great. The service side however definitely does not make you feel like they know what they're doing. For basic repairs, they are really good, but anything more complex, you really need to know a seasoned mechanic. They used to have an elderly gentleman but when we asked to speak to him on our last vist, the new rules apparently dictate that service advisors cannot communicate directly with clients which makes it difficult when you have an admin person trying to relay a diagnosis to you.. broken telephone if you will..

I arrived for my appointment on time and was told it would be about an hour and a half to complete the service. That was about what I expected. An hour later my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. I asked the guy at the service desk if they were going to meet the time line he gave me. He said that they wouldn’t. As the car sat, no one kept me updated on why the wait was longer- nothing! I had to go ask and was told they only have 2 people doing oil changes. If the service advisor can’t be trusted to tell the customer what the real wait time is, I’m not sure that I would even trust the quality of work as the techs will be prone to taking shortcuts to get through the workload. Based on this and the reviews I’ve seen, I definitely will not be going back to this location.

Lazy and uncaring technicians. Took my older truck here and ended up waiting 3 hours for a $200 alignment. My truck still pulled right after the alignment. Took it back and waited 2 hours only to find out they tore off my steering rack boots with no reconciliation, not even a sorry. Do not take your car here if you work on your own car and care about it. They will screw it up then dodge your calls.

I’ve been coming to LH Miller Quick lane since 2023 with my 2022 F150 for all oil changes and any services I need done. This past time I knew I was going to need tires and have been putting it off since my tires are oversized and didn’t feel like dropping $2k on them. The gentleman I usually work with had brought up that the buy 3 get 1 free was ending the day after I brought it in and he could find me a size that I needed to take advantage of the deal. Couldn’t have been happier saving $400+ on a set of 35x11.5r20s Never do they try and sell me anything I don’t need for my truck and I appreciate that and it gives me more trust in the staff at LH Miller Quick lane exponentially.
