My first experience with cobblestone is unfortunately not a good one. I asked for a car wash with the advertised interior clean. They really added on every “add on” they offered even when I tried to clarify what was part of the service. $250 later and I am pretty sad at both the quality and the staff service. They rushed the job, my seats were greasy, the back door had drip marks running down, the inside wasn’t really cleaned other than wiped down. When I opened the middle seat cupholder the inside was pretty wet and should have been let dry. It’s just a bad feeling to be taken advantage of with unclear pricing and sneaky add on to upsell. $20 extra to vaccum the mats, $40 for a leather cleaning they left greasy, $80 diamond wash, and $110 door dash console clean. I just asked for a wash and the inside to be wiped down. I would not recommend. Update: emailed the contact to request a refund. They sporadically replied and did not honor a refund.

This was an awesome Cobblestone we visited today! They had a car wash and a quick lube shop, free vacuums, Shell gas powered pumps, a Dunkin' Donuts inside, the whole place was really big. My son's finger got in the way but we ran into a guy with a really cool trike. And of course here are pictures of my son Leroy Michael acting a fool at Cobblestone as always!

I was trying to explain to the manager quality control person that there was one hard water stains on my vehicle, and he told me basically that I was to blame for it because I’m a park near a sprinkler system at home and so forth which I do not have a sprinkler system at home my car is garage 24 seven unless I’m using it to travel I attempted to explain to him that these water seems came from the last time I was at the car wash and he continued to overtake me and argue with me that they have the machines in the water filters and all that will give me a chance to explain at all. It was very rude and when I got in my vehicle, I was watching him and he was shaking his head telling somebody something as he was looking at the vehicle and stuff so very rude very unprofessional

I'm so grateful that Cobblestone has employees like Tyler! I always use them for my oil changes and I love their great service, but Tyler went above and beyond to help diagnose and correct a humming sound In my AC system after replacing my cabin air filter. Thank you Tyler and Cobblestone!

Do not go here!!! 😭 Save your money!! I just left this place and was so excited about their deal because I Paid $103 for a detailed wash, now I’m extremely disappointed because this is my car AFTER they were done. I just called and left a voicemail because I couldn’t reach a person but I’m concerned that no one is going to call me back. I could have done a better job than this myself by getting an express wash for just $13. The fact that I paid $100 and this is the AFTER result is so extremely devastating. 😔 It’s as though all they did was add some shiny stuff to my dash and tires then completely ignored everything else. Some of these spots needed just a simple wipe down so it’s evident they didn’t clean anything at all.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went through the express lane in the car wash. There was a young man running the express lane around 3:30pm. Asked for a basic wash. The attendant tried to upsell us to a membership. Said no. He very VERY rudely tried to upsell us an additional 7-8 times. He was very rude and insistent and was harassing us and kept arguing us when we politely said no thank you. One of the rudest employees ive ever met, and was very snarky. Was very rude and disrespectful, and as we left he hesitated to click the button and then muttered rude things under his breath. I will never return again. I am very disappointed with my experience here. I will be contacting his manager to figure out why he was so verbally aggressive and outright disrespectful. There is no excuse for the aggression and disrespect and snarkiness he showed. Never go to this location as it is just rude men like this guy harassing you to spend more money.

Paid $40 for a vacuum, car wash, and a sorry excuse of a detail job following the wash. Wheel wells of the truck are still covered in dry mud from camping which I was told they would take care of. The rear bumper was not clean. The person wiping the inner windshield was pushing had both shoes on my leather seats so he could reach the other side of the trucks windshield instead of just walking around. Running boards are dirty, front bumper and wind shield still has bugs. Could do better myself in my driveway. Don't recommend taking your car here.

Don't go to this cobblestone. Their machine scratched the hood of my car and one of their employees drives the cars like its a racecar. Never been so upset. I worked hard to buy this car and they ruined it. Going to cost me a lot to get it fixed.

I brought my car in for a simple wash — not for someone to mess with my window. My driver’s side window already had a known issue, but it was safely up and secured before I arrived. The only way it could’ve gone down was if someone physically pushed or forced it. When I picked up my car, the window had been pushed all the way down and is now completely stuck. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff tried to make it sound like it was my fault because the window had prior damage. If that were true, why was the window up and stable when I arrived? Bottom line — my car went in fine, and it came out worse. I went there for a car wash, not extra damage. Be careful bringing your vehicle here. They clearly don’t handle cars with care or take accountability for their mistakes.

Troy and the other gentlemen working did a great on my car. They got my vehicle in and out for an oil change and were able to fix my headlight that’s been out, only for a fraction of the price the dealership wanted to charge. I brought my truck in for a wash because it was super muddy. I paid for detailed wash with mud removal, wax, mat clean up and etc. Came out almost $200 for the service. I was happy to see no more mud but they didn’t get all of it and the inside of my car wasn’t even cleaned up. I was very unhappy with the results considering how much I paid for this service.

I am so beyond disappointed. I never spend money on things like this - and wanted to get my car detailed. I spent 79$ and my car came back just oily and messy. The car had dust all over it. My touch screen had fingerprints on it. The seats were not vacuumed, and neither was anything else besides the mats. My car still had scuff marks on the doors. There was nothing done besides an oil rubbed all over my interior. There was supposed to be air freshener included, but the car smelled like nothing. I ended up vacuuming and cleaning myself.

I was really apprehensive spending money right now to get my daughters car cleaned. Kenny, the service advisor was great! He recommended the floormats- which really was needed! I paid extra to have the floor mats cleaned, and they missed one. I took it back to Kenny and he made it right, not only did he have his team, but a supervisor was helping make it right. Jesus did a wonderful job as well and sent it back through after noticing something else could have been better. Great customer service! I will be back Kenny! Thank you!

I made the mistake of bringing my vehicle and signing up for any Cobblestone Auto Spa membership, as this place has completely destroyed my clear coat on my vehicle (with high quality, and paint is in decent condition) and whatever spray they used completely ate into my clear coat and left marks. Now they first blamed it on "oh that's because the clear coat and any car wash out there will leave marks" but I've been to several other car washes in the area such as Quick Clean, Super Star, and Quick quack with no issues. Now I went to this location for the first time with this vehicle and they have left marks and a damaged clear coat. I am fine with swirls as that is to be expected from these kinds of places but this spray mark is unacceptable. I went in on 1/27/26 and talked with the manager Nick who quite literally was the most manipulative blame-shifting person I've ever met. He said that it wasn't Cobblestones fault, but rather every other single car wash's fault, it was my workplaces fault for having no shade, and Lexus's fault for putting crappy clear coat in the vehicle, My fault for not waxing and polishing the vehicle, for crying out loud even the sun's fault. The sun will not etch a (very obvious) spray pattern onto the hood like as seen. I told him I wanted to cancel the membership, but he just said "Oh so you have to go online to do that" and I attempted to cancel online but my phone number and email show up to nothing at all. I am currently stuck having to deal with my bank to deal with these monkeys. If you have a vehicle that you at least care about I would avoid this place at all costs.

I just now got my car after a detail. I went somewhere else and was quoted $700 so Cobblestone’s price (around $260-$300) was a great deal. It seemed pricey at first but they really did an amazing job. I have to give them a lot of credit. My car has 188k miles on it so the interior leather was gross but now it’s back to looking new. They didn’t realize I asked to be called when it was done and thought I was on site but when I spoke with the staff member at the counter she was genuinely kind about it and handled me being frazzled pretty well. They actually finished the detailing before the time slot I was given.
