These guys are hands down the best in Chandler. Not only do they NOT take advantage of a woman but they do an amazing job every time. Another nice thing is they are extremely consistent in returning calls and quickly getting quality work done. I continue to return in a pinch and would highly recommend their services. Very refreshing to have a no bill body shop!

My car was done 10 days late. And the hole time I felt like they were doing work on my car under the table. Because of a 60% discount just for bringing cash. Felt shady. Every day after the 3 day I had to call. They would tell me that it would be done tomorrow. Never. Would I recommend them to anyone I care about

Mind you I never post reviews. Ya I know. That’s what everyone says. I don’t know what happened. The gentleman in the phone was very short and rude. I just needed info about an estimate. I went in a few years ago to fix my truck and the crew was awesome. Not this time on the phone. There is a lot of businesses around if all types. People choose yours and make them feel like they made a mistake. I have my own business and I take customer service very seriously. That’s how business relationship starts. Or doesn’t.

Still having problems after 1 year…. I had to have bodywork done on my car after an accident. It has been over a year ago and I am still having problems with my car due to poor workmanship. I have gone in multiple times for 1) Poorly aligned panels that are still misaligned to this day; 2) They forgot to install the hood latch for my car so while driving, the hood flew up and shattered my windshield. Could have been extremely dangerous had I not been on an empty street. 3) The hood latch was still not working, even after repair due to poor work by them previously. The most recent incident was when I took my car into AAA. AAA asked who did my bodywork and said that they had mis-installed the horn wires so they had frayed and the labor cost was $175. This is on top of having to replace the windshield and hood latch. Do not come to these people for any fixes, it could potentially put your life in danger.

My sister in law who is on oxygen took her car her and talked to Chris, a very nice gentleman. I of course took my car as well so I could drive her back to Florence. Chris told us to bring it in on Tuesday or Wednesday. We did and a man named Steve was in front of the building looked at us and walked away. So I walked into the office and no one was there . I went back out and I called him over. Just his attitude I knew we’d have a problem Chris quoted us a price as it’s just a small scratch on her wheel well. We told Steve , he said To bring it in on Tuesday and it will be ready in the afternoon as it was an easy fix we stayed in town most of the day , went back and the car was still in the same place we left it. I went in and said, “oh, the car wasn’t touched? He said we have been so busy, I said you could have called us. So , he told me it will be ready Thursday . We came back in town to get some shopping done and we finally called the business. A man answered and said could you hold on please , my sister in law said sure. We waited and waited, she had walked into The Dollar Tree and I stayed on the phone . When she got out we went directly there. I walked in his business And asked him to check his phone after being on 42 minutes he said someone’s on it I said yes it me. No apology. I told him I’m here to pick up the car he said it wasn’t ready ! Omg, I told him why? , but I knew it was , because it’s a was a cheap job. He said I’ll bring it to He brought it out unserviced and walked away . This poor sister in law is sick, and she had to get her gear and moved it all to her car that wasn’t touched Do not bring your car here!!!!!!!!

This is a small body shop that gets very busy. These guys do fantastic work at good prices but they're trying to juggle about five different business hats and the communication with the customer is sometimes not great. If they say it will be done tomorrow, assume it might be a couple more days. But the work speaks for itself and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had some minor damage to the back wheelwell. Another place quoted me $450-650. Mike's did it for $115! They were really nice and helpful and it only took about 20 minutes to replace the part. I'd recommend them to anyone and would go back if I ever needed. Looks like new now.

If you don't care about customer service, then this is the place for you. I will never take my vehicle to this place again. They were supposed to work with the Insurance Estimator to get a cost of the repair job on my vehicle (and to get paid). They did not contact the Insurance company. So guess who had to pay. This place cannot be trusted. I struggle to give them 1 star. They don't deserve that.

I brought my car in to have the front right fender repaired, and the work they did on that area looks great. No complaints there. However, I was disappointed to find that both the inside and outside of my car were left quite dirty when I picked it up. There were white handprint marks all over the dash and seats, and some scuffs here and there on the interior that, luckily, I was able to clean off myself. Also, while I can’t prove it was related, the paint on my trunk (which they weren’t supposed to touch) was perfectly fine before, but the day I picked it up and took it through a car wash, the paint was bubbled and started peeling off. Now I’m looking at having to pay for a new paint job. Could’ve just been from the AZ heat, but just raised a bit of suspicion when it had no bubbling or issues prior. Overall, I appreciate the quality of the fender repair but wish more care had been taken with the rest of the vehicle and its condition when returned.

****DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP****** I took my car that had been in a front end collision to this shop, I was recommended this shop, and had thought that cause I had worked for a parts store that they would be a good shop and company. It was all a ploy, they told me verbally that they would do just the welding and putting back together my car so that I could have it run through an inspection, he (chris) told me that wouldn't be hard and then said does 500$ sound good, I said yes. I then took my car to the shop already prepped and ready to have the radiator support welded in place. I dropped off the car in November and everytime, I had to reach out to see what was going on with my car. Right now I got the car back, no paint job was done on it and I was charged for it. The car wont start and I'm having issues trying to find out why and what happened. FYI customer service is not supposed to be me as the customer reaching out to see what's going on with my car, that is there job as a shop to have communication. Everything is have tried to speak to Chris or Steven they both like to treat me as if I did something wrong. I have proof my car worked and ran before I left it there. Steven is absolutely the worst manager or shop owner and I believe they should be shut down for the way they are doing shady work.
