Great price. Extremely slow service. Don't expect to be in and out on your scheduled time. Been here for 3 hours for tire installation, when the scheduled time was supposed to be only 1 hour

They apparently don’t know how to replace tires. Told me they couldn’t take one tire off & then they damaged my lug nuts on two other tires. If you care about your car, prob don’t want to come here

They do not answer the phones in the auto care center I’ve called them 8 times and got no answers whatsoever and it’s very annoying… obviously they do not care about getting paid

So first time I've been here was good, quick service. But it's very hit and miss here. I get that for my 2nd time attempt, I get that it's last minute and busy, and a simple, no, can't do it would've been sufficient. However, I literally waited in the car line for over 40 minutes without anyone checking on me or the cars around me until one complained and then only checked on them. I ended up driving away. 40 minutes ignoring potential customers is ridiculous man.

I just got my oil changed at walmart and provided my own oil as I always do. I purchased a container with five quarts of oil and usually they leave the extra quart in the vehicle. I noticed this and asked the tech what happened to the extra quart of oil. He went to find the bottle and pulled it from the trash and it was empty. I then noticed that the code on my dashboard still showed that my oil was at 40% and the code hasn't been reset. They sent another tech out to reset the codes on my dash, and he reset all the codes other than the the oil code. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, and a woman got on the phone who didn't tell me her name and listened to my complaint. After sitting in silence for almost 10 seconds, she asked if I wanted to come back for them to reset the dash. I had already left the area several o I told her, I could come back tomorrow. Meanwhile, she looked on my file to see how much oil my car was supposed to take and I was correct, it was only supposed to get 4 quarts. She went to ask the tech what happened to the other cord of boyle, and he told her he put in 5 quarts. She then proceeded to tell me that the 2 techs that worked on my car were new and made a mistake, but if I wanted to bring my car back tomorrow, they could drain a quart out of the vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous, and they obviously aren't paying attention to detail when they were doing my oil change. I explained my frustration and explained to her that this was unacceptable and the manager acted as if it was no big deal. Won't be returning here.

I showed up there 4 times!!!! to get my freaking tires installed what I ordered online already payed. First try i got 4 new tires from 2015. They were sorry and order new ones for me. 4 days later i showed up they have only one instead of 4. I left and wait for the other 3..... i got a call my tires arrived. Yay I showed up guess what? Just one tire there. I said ok please install at least 2 on the front and we replaced the rear tires when they come. One week later i showed up but they can install because of a bee swarm. Ok it happens. Next day they were not enough people and I have to wait 3 hours and there was just my car... :-O Another week later finally after 4 weeks and 5 hours waiting I got 4 new tires. Do yourself a favor. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even a oilchange takes hours.

Absolutely horrible service. Very dismissive and SLOW. 3 hours waiting for 2 tires to be installed. They need to do work on their prioritization of the work load on the tire side. They skipped it to do 2 different cars with 4 tires. I was not even acknowledged while standing in front of a tech for a solid 2 minutes waiting. Only to be told to go find the service writer. When I found the service writer, smile on my face and I said hello… I was responded to with a sigh. The communication was awful. I was told about how long it would be. And I was here while the didn’t have any oil changes. The truck could have been lifted and done with a jack and jack stands in about 30 minutes time. Without excuse about having an issue with a lift and a tire machine. I had ALREADY purchased the tires and they were sitting in the bed of the little truck. And Ive worked for a TLE (wal-mart) auto as a tech. We did more with less people on the tire side. I have the invoice and time frame to prove it.

I will never get another oil change at any Walmart ever again. It took an employee over 20 minutes to even acknowledge me. I'm watching people come and go. I noticed an employee; Harrison, greet them, all, while, I sat there and was overlooked over and over and over. I see employees talk to each other and yet I'm sitting in the heat and no one seemed interested in why I was even there. If I had not raised my voice and asked, why I was being overlooked, then and only then did Harrison motion to me. It still took him a moment to address me. One thing I did notice, is that I was being treated as a NHI. I will never be back.

Went in to get a flat fixed. Was dismissed that its not fixable. Tread meter showing green, yet their assessment was its low tread and since its an AWD vehicle, we need to change all 4 tires. No thank you. Took it in somewhere else, got it patched. Don't go here.

I have used this location for an oil change twice now and both times I had a good experience. Gentleman that checked me in for the service was patient, friendly and informative. The oil change and tire rotation was a reasonable price, $54 for oil change and $15 for tire rotation. The services took about an hr to an hour and half. I would recommend this place.

I was shocked to have received such great service from this auto team. These guys, collectively including the front desk lady (incredibly knowledgeable) saved me from making a huge mistake buying the wrong tires. They walked me through how to correct my incorrect order (I picked the wrong size, and they noticed right away), by giving me options on other tires, that I could actually save money on AND get done the next day. The only thing was, in order to speed things up, I had to use Affirm. I was very reluctant but in a huge bind. They helped me select the best priced tires, didn’t push for upgrades, gave great info on the warranty, install was quick and well done, AND they helped me figure out the really complex way of paying through Affirm, even tho I didn’t have their physical debit card. I never would’ve figured all of this out on my own, and I thank literally everyone in the auto center for their kindness, honesty, and going above & beyond for a customer!

Do not come here especially at the auto center ! Run away! I came to this Walmart to have the battery in my car replaced and the experience was extremely disappointing. The technician not only failed to install the battery properly but also caused several issues with my vehicle, like immediately after the battery replacement, multiple dashboard warning lights turned on. Also, my AC, which was functioning perfectly before the service, stopped working right after the battery was replaced, it was not blowing air at all. Can you imagine driving like that in 110 degrees? It was a nightmare. I took my car to my mechanic to fix it the next day and indeed, they found out that one fuse was blown due to the misconnection of the battery. The Walmart guys even caused a spark while they tried to figure out how to install it. And they acted as it was ok to drive it like that till home or my mechanic. Not to forget to mention , there were about 5 guys who came to figure out and none was of help. They just did not know what was happening. Do not go there for any services, I hope my review will help others and I hope Walmart will do something about getting these employees trained properly. On a side note , I filed a claim and they reimbursed the money I spent to fix my car.

I got four of my tires changed there and the service was good however I didn’t like that. I didn’t receive a text message so my car was done for an hour and they didn’t know. I think they need to fix their system. I also paid extra for the warranty, and I didn’t get enough explanation about it. I tried to get the Walmart while I was there and was not able to get it. Not sure about that. Why?

ZERO STARS Made the earliest appt at 730 am. 1st oil change of the day to be told I might wait until about 9 because 3 tire appts are before me. Clearly more important as they line up at 7am. Heard the story about someone called out so 2 people are in tires and no one in oil. Also told the shop Mgr would be in at 7am and start on the 5 cars waiting. Its 750 no Mgr. This is the second time the 1st time was 830am appt big mistake. i thought if I made the very 1st 730am I wouldn't be waiting 1.5 hrs. This is a very very poorly run shop. I decided paying more for quality fast service somewhere else is worth it going forward

Showed up at 8am and bought 4 new tires. They told me they was no wait and I would be in and out. 30 minutes later, I'm browsing the store and they call me to ask if I wanted to replace 2 "defective" TPMS units. I politely declined because they were working fine last week. They then called me again and told me they couldn't work on my car because the lug nuts had swollen and they couldn't get them off. I asked to confirm, seeing as how i had just replaced my brakes last month. The service guy confirmed he wouldn't work on my car. I took my car 2 miles down the road to Tire Pros of Chandler. They told me no issue with sensors or lug nuts. Don't waste your time here. They want to up-sell you, or they decline service.

Had an oil change recently done by them. At first, I suspected nothing owing to previous good experiences with them for the same service. Then I began seeing fluid leaks over the course of the week after. I eventually traced it back to the oil pan, and assumed that the drain plug was merely not installed properly. The issue was worse than that. The technician applied adhesive to hold the drain plug in place because the threading had been stripped out in the oil pan itself. I eventually solved the issue myself, with some advice and help from friends. Walmart wanted the vehicle back in their shop before they'd contemplate resolving any issue, which would be fair under any other circumstance except I'm completely uninterested in being told the inevitable corporate line that my fixes invalidate my claim and also have no desire to risk having my vehicle subjected to their tender mercies once more. I will not be going back there any time soon, and will be doing my own oil changes going forward, as I ought to have in the first place. Local mechanics indicate the fix for such an issue is upwards of $700, which far outweighs the cost of a sub-$50 oil change in every way. Pictures included of the engine oil pan with the drain plug and the adhesive coating both, the aluminum shavings from the stripped threading of the oil pan, and the damage to the threading of the oil pan.

I want to give kudos and much thanks to Elijah, Brandon and manager Tony of the auto center and Mason the customer service representative who answered my call at Walmart.com, regarding an experience I had in ordering today. You guys went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle got serviced today despite the issues I was having. I understood that certain things were out of your control but you still made a shorter way from a longer way. Brandon and Elijah. thank you both for being super courteous, respectful and professional. You stayed right with me and explained everything thoroughly and i'm sure patiently after a manually grueling day. Walmart owes you raises!
