I wish I could give these guys a 10/10. They were so kind, nice and willing to help me out with my situation. I could really just cry because they were so caring and actually trying to help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them because hey are honest and they are NOT going to rip you out your money. The manager John went out his way to make sure my issue was the issue and it just blew me. Their isn’t a lot of shops that are going to make sure your in good hands but he did as well as his team so I want to say thanks again guys. I will recommend you guys to anyone who’s having car issues. Thank you for giving back to the community, we appreciate reputable ethical companies like yourselves. ❤️

Great customer service and knowledge. I let them know what type of tire I needed for my type of driving and they picked out the perfect tire at a good price. I'd definitely recommend, especially after coming discount tire where they always had me on hold, waiting forever in line and poor service.

completely disappointed! Was getting an amazing deal of 2 backstocked tires for $185 out the door come to hear 5 hours later that they are refusing to do any work unless i buy 4 tires at $535!! Saying how he can see the wires coming out of my tire somewhere. the next place i took it to didn’t see such a thing he talked about. tire pro even said this is a bad situation and left me in said bad situation! Let’s just say aura points have been lost.

Good place for tires, tire rotation and oil changes. Don’t go there for anything else. Will lie to you about pricing and tell you it’s discounted but when the bill comes it’s not the correct discounted price that they’ve said. Secondly I got my spark plugs changed there, was fine I also waited 5-6 hours to get it fix which is fine. Day two comes around cylinder 5 has a misfire, I know that because I have a reader. Bring it back to get it fixed and it also takes me another 4-5 hours of wait time again. Which is also fine because I want my car to be good. I go on a week vacation come back and my vehicle does not start anymore. I had to tow it and take it to the main dealership to fix. I reached out and told them exactly what happened and blamed it on me stating in the text messages that “How do you know it was us? It was fine the whole trip?” I did not drive my vehicle out of state. I drove home after the vehicle was fixed the second time and flew into New York from plane (taking uber). Go there for simple mechanical stuff for your car nothing big. Learn from my mistake and save yourself some time.

I recently took my vehicle to Tire Pro for service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My car had multiple issues that were difficult to diagnose, but Jon, the shop manager, went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process. It took a few days to pinpoint and fix the issue, but Jon and his team made sure everything was done correctly. In the end, my vehicle was running perfectly, and it was absolutely worth the wait. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise they showed. Tire Pro was my hero this week. I'm a busy mom and am on the go contantly. In between driving children to their activities, I began loosign tire pressure fast. I could not afford to lose my transportation that day with so much to do and the busy weekend activities ahead. Tire Pro was nearby, and I took a chance. Wow! They had the tire I needed on hand and were able to help me in minutes. Within less than half an hour, they had me back on the road and on my way to the next event. They had a wonderful waiting room to the left. It was quite restful. The TV was huge. There was a fun gumball machine in the corner. They are prepared to entertain families while taking care of your vehicle. I loved my visit here. In the lobbby they had stools and an electrical outlet for charning your phone while you waited. Very thoughtful.
