The BEST. The ‘other’ local dealer quoted me a price- with a 7-10 business days for availability. I called Nick- I did a google search which led me to Top Dog. I called. I had to leave a message, saying to myself, “darn there’s NO WAY this guy is gonna get back to me in time for me to get these tracks today.” You see, I live off grid, 17 miles south of Wickenburg. To get to the Phoenix area for me is 2 hrs each direction and a minimum $100 for fuel. To my surprise, Nick got back to me immediately! Very Pleasant, but more importantly he had the tracks I needed! I was already in Surprise, 1/2 way there. I was given an option to have them dropped shipped to my door at a price $800 LESS THAN “the pick up price in person today”. I debated. I had to leave town for over a week and didn't need to deal with a delivery, while out of town. I opted to pick up ASAP- the price- exactly what ‘the other’ dealer had quoted me- BUT NO WAIT!!!! That’s INVALUABLE- could even be priceless to some. Nick made all the arrangements and I was picking up tracks within the hour- I headed towards the pick up area (about an hour away) and before I arrived, Nick had made all the arrangements- they were expecting me- pick up was smooth as could ever be. I WILL BE CALLING NICK FIRST FOR EVERYTHING NOW. I know it will make life easier and far more productive. As well, the follow ups from both Nick and Megan have been top notch professionalism. Thank you both! Again, I found these guys/gals desperately seeking excavator tracks, via google search.

Awesome service! Ordered a swing bracket for a 430 backhoe. Sold it to me at a great price. Part shipped out of Florida. Sales agents stayed in contact the whole-time giving updates on shipment. Parts arrive to me in Texas on time. Best experience I've ever had ordering heavy parts. Very friendly service. Will most definitely order from them again.
