Great window tinting job, at a super fair price. In and out in an hour! Most impressive however, was the body shop owner on the phone going to bat for a collision customer with their insurance company. Haven't used them for body work, but would be my first stop if I did. Been around cars and repair shops my whole life and I have a good gut about these guys!

I took my truck over to prime collision for a custom paint job, and all I can say is they left me speechless. The attention to detail and quality of work is impeccable. It’s very rare that you find someone in today’s world that truly takes pride In their work. And boy I hit the jackpot. They went beyond my expectations and every time i look at the truck I smile. Matt was very knowledgeable and you can tell that he knows what he’s talking about. The truck was painted in a tricoat so you hear stories about if you don’t know what you’re doing then it won’t turn out to be a good color. But man, I couldn’t find a single problem when Troy was done painting the truck. Jake up front was super nice and worked hard on finding me discontinued parts to make sure the truck was perfect with all new weather stripping and new seals. I’m extreamly happy with prime and defiantly will be back for more work on my other vehicles.

Prime collision was very Professional from the word go. Matt and the staff were very friendly and communication was great. Matt called me a couple times during the work to let me know how things were going. I have a Dodge Viper that they repaired a broken front fender and some rock chips. Also a small dent on the rear bumper. When he needed to change the game plan on the rear bumper, he reached out and got my consent to proceed instead of just doing it. That kind of communication makes the me feel good about who I entrusted by car too. Great job!!!

I had a difficult time finding a body shop to take on the paint project for our horse trailer bar, The Pour Palomino. Prime Collision jumped at the challenge and far exceeded our expectations. While I consider myself picky, Troy was more so. Troy was beyond meticulous and there’s not one single clear coat drip or mistake in the paint. Their Office was very friendly, informative and helpful. They took the time to visit with us, gave us different options and together we came up with the best products and colors for the vision we walked in there with. The turn around time took less than a week. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but I felt strongly that they deserved the 5 star review and write up. It’s been nine months now since the new “do” and there are still no chips or peeling in the paint.

I had some minor body damage in the front of my vehicle. They shook my hand and honored the estimated quote. I was so pleased to see they did a perfect job. Since I own a newer vehicle I had some error in my phone app which was indicating transmission and engine faults. This crew at Prime Collision was ready to diagnose these issues however, it turns out that Onstar was the reason for the faults in the first place and Onstar was able to clear these faults once I gave them a call. This is good knowledge for anyone with Onstar. This is a great small crew shop that does professional work and of course they deserve praise for doing just that.

Jacob and Matthew were great! They communicated well and kept my updated on any changes. There were no surprises and the price was great to fix the dent in my door and several other dings and scratches on my car. They worked to save me money and even polished my car! Overall, I felt the price was great, the service was excellent and my car looks fantastic. Thank you to Yvette too, she was friendly and answered my questions. Repaired a dent in my door, scratch on my bumper, ceramic coating on my headlights, and fixed my fender! My car is beautiful again.
