A few months ago I brought my truck in for an alignment. All was good until a week later I drove to Phoenix. On my way home something went wrong and it was worse than before I brought it in. I brought it back and was told it was fine, that they found that the bushing on my rack and pinion steering was worn. The cost to fix it was insane. I declined, it didn’t seem right. Then he told me my radiator was bad. I said no, it’s new just six months ago. Then he said my hoses were bad, I said no they are new also. I just brought my truck into another shop and they informed me that my alignment was way off on the right front and that it appears that something wasn’t tightened after bringing it in Firestone causing it to get worse. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!! Dishonest and hustlers.

Three years I’ve been dedicated to taking my vehicle to this location. I bypassed Maricopa Firestone, because I trusted this place. I went in for my usual oil change, now my oil light is on. I took it to Maricopa Firestone for a diagnostic test, and now it’s no one fault. Never will I ever go to anymore Firestone shops anywhere. I also sent my son to take my other vehicle for an oil change in Maricopa on the same day I went to Chandler. They told my 17yr old he needs a new battery, I just had the battery replaced a week before. Sooo not only do they mess up vehicles, but lie to young people to get over on them.

It's not a great place. Booked an appointment for an alignment. Had scheduled it online, and I received an appointment number as well. Showed up on time for that appointment. they didn't have me in the system. Told me I probably made a mistake and booked the wrong store. I did not. Showed them my appointment number, and the location was correct. They said, "Oh well, did you get an email? If not, our guy Jason never got to you in time and didn't actually schedule anything." Okay, so can you fit me in? No, okay, when can you get me in? 4 days from now. Okay, let's do that. I also had a lifetime alignment at firestone. Oh, we can't do that here. we are not a corporate store, so unless you bought it from us, it won't work. Why are you even listed on the website for firestone, then? The guy says to me. Good question we really shouldn't be. He did let me know where other corporate stores were. Just bad all around, I'd look elsewhere if you want firestone.

Today I took my car in for the tire system lights, all four had to be replaced for $500+. I couldn’t afford it but was told I needed an oil change. I agreed to have them do the oil change but when I picked up my car my AC stopped working. I had my compressor replaced last year and they said that something old needed to be replaced and was going to charge $2000+ plus for it. I told them I had no problems with my AC when I brought it in and a few hours with them it’s not working. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. SCAMMERS! You’ll go in with one problem and come back out with 10.

After using this place for all the work on my work vehicles for awhile, I have now realized this is a subpar shop ran by dishonest individual. They incorrectly misdiagnosed a faulty fuel pump and replaced it even though it was fine. A Dodge dealership mechanic proved the fuel pump was fine and that they missed a simple wiring issue that would have been a fraction of the cost. Further more I used my Firestone credit card and tried to dispute the charge as unnecessary work. Jason lied to the dispute team about his work which led to the denial of my claim. The worst thing about this is that I trusted Jason. Him denying the claim is one thing but if I can’t trust your work. I’ll never bring my trucks there.

We were enjoying are trip to Chandler Az. Our a/c in the car shut down. We took the car to this Firestone Location . We were greeted by Jason and he assured us that he and his team will solve the issue. He explained everything and gave us excellent advice and service. He and his team provided outstanding customer service and fixed the A/C in 110 degree heat. Thank you Jason for saving our trip.

Az Firestone shop ruined my 98 Honda Accord transmission. They then charged me $2,000 to put a junkyard transmission and other junkyard parts (a later $1,600 repair to their junkyard replacement). These guys are crooks and this is not a real Firestone store: I.e. there is no Firestone Corporate Office to call. Go someplace else and save money..

I cannot say enough good things about this particular location. First of all. Honesty is a big thing and as a woman you don't want to feel taken advantage of. I thought I needed a particular service done and they assured me I didn't and saved me close to $700, Unheard of!! Additionally, they're patient with all my questions. Helped me come up with a window and time frame for the services I do need. You can really tell they care about their customers here. I had gone to an Firestone location that refused to run the check engine light on my car because it is a BMW. I highly recommend this shop near Chandler mall.

This is our car place. We love it. They have kept our old raggedy cars humming along. When they finally have driven the last mile of the way, they tell us that too. All I can say is that our family has been pleased with the service we have received. There have been times we've had to return for the same issue and we were treated very fairly. I came to Firestone in Chandler on an emergency basis after running out of oil during a long trip from El Paso, Texas to California. It was 3 a.m., and I was stressed and unsure of what to do. Thankfully, the staff here were quick to help and incredibly reassuring. One gentleman in particular (Jerrod) went above and beyond, letting me know they’d do their best to get me back on the road safely - and they did just that. Out of all the places I could’ve broken down, I feel fortunate it happened near this Firestone. Their kindness, professionalism, and fast service truly saved the day. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need, especially if you’re far from home!

I had some slow leaks in tires that I had previously plugged myself. I was told they couldn't repair my repair and suggested new tires. I trusted I was being told the truth about unable to repair, but the reason for 5 stars on this review is that I was provided a reasonable estimate and there was no upselling or cross selling ("this also needs to be fixed" or "you should get a more expensive tire"). I had tire issues, and tire issues is what they dealt with. Period.

So thankful for this shop! I'm so thankful for this shop! Jason and Daniel and the gang totally saved us on a couple of vehicle repairs. We felt like other shops were messing with us, but not at Arizona Firestone. They gave us the straight scoop and helped us save money on repairs. They also rolled right in and got us going again when we had to bring a car back when one of the repairs didn't take. I think I finally found an honest shop! I guess I'll be driving Firestone Tires bringing my cars here from now on!

Picked up my parents from the airport and we were on our way to watch my son play in his football game when my tire pressure warning came on, and the PSIs were going down by the minute. There was a nail in the tire. We stopped at this Firestone that was luckily close by. Daniel the manager was very helpful, as well as the tire tech (I didn’t get his name). They got us right in and repaired the tire. We were in and out within 30 mins. And made it in time for the second half of the game. So thankful for their efficient and quality work!
