First, They did a great job diagnosing that I didn’t have a leak! Thank you! However, once I told them that I didn’t want to pay $179 for them to recharge my AC..the service level of service changed.. They didn’t put the cover clips back on my car… (See picts below) Sometimes when you pay $9:99 for a AC inspection you paid to much. Beware of the level of service at this location. Ok update: there was a leak. Stay away from this place! Wow….if only I could give no stars…terrible…call me when you hire folks over the age of 17 thanks.

I made an appointment online for my 2013 Cadillac ATS and I checked the other box because I didn’t know what to check for engine light. I arrived at my appt and the technician asked me what was wrong. I said my check engine light was on.. He said that I had to come back on Saturday that they only had one diagnostic technician. He told me that they had to take apart my dash to see what’s wrong, and that it would take several hours! Really? I’m a woman in my 60’s and know that this was BS. I’ll never go back to this Firestone again. I went to Auto Zone right after, and got a diagnostic print out!

My name is Juan Zarate and I never leave reviews at the places where I buy but this time I am going to leave one, and it is for this Firestone workshop in Ocotillo in Chandler, about 4 months ago I brought my 2006 Silverado to get it checked, it had some codes, well they changed the throttle body and I paid $1200 for that, the next month with the same codes they changed some wires and I paid $700. Another time the next month the same codes, they changed another part and I paid another $500, well a few weeks ago the same thing happened to me and already angry I told them to fix it for me. Another time this time they checked it and told me it was fine, the problem is that the truck is still the same with the same codes, I don't know why they call themselves a mechanic's shop when in reality they are just part changers. Sorry for this English but it is my second language

Staff at this store is friendly and helpful with great communication. I got a great deal on set of 4 tires and have had no problems using the warranty. Rep helped me apply digital coupon for oil change. Overall, my experience has been receiving quality service with less expense than competitors (check the website for coupons!). Great Vietnamese restaurants next door for an enjoyable wait, but their waiting area is perfectly fine. I always make an appointment online and the service is prompt.

Some jam up dudes that work at the Arizona Ave. location. Scheduled an appointment and they were sure to get me in and out as soon as they could. Didn’t get pressured into buying anything extra and was showed lots of gratitude for choosing them for maintenance. In other words, I would feel more than comfortable to let the wife go in for maintenance and not have to worry about the stereotypical “shop nightmares”.

Believe or not, but my car stopped working during my emissions testing. You can’t write this stuff. Israel, Jake, and the rest of their crew were great. Had my baby (car) towed to their shop. They were able to identify the issues and work within my budget to prioritize repairs and get her back on the road. They did exactly what I authorized and never try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They got a new customer and would highly recommend.

Hi everyone, I just want to say this is the best Firestone ever in Chandler, Arizona! I brought in my 2022 Tesla because the front control arms were short, and these guys took care of it for a fraction of what the Tesla Service Center was charging. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Special thanks to Jake, who answered my call and coordinated everything—from setting up the appointment to making sure the parts were ready—and to Israel, the managing partner, for running such a great team.
