As an entrepreneur ypu need to be able to go when it's time to go and get the job done. Kal made sure that was possible. He went above and beyond my expectations! I truly appreciate his patience and willingness to help me in my time if need. His attentiveness to stellar customer service is to be commended. After a misadventure with being sold the wrong part twice in Tempe after having an issue with my left turn blinker, I was sent to this location for the right part. Maaann.... Let me tell you! Jasmine in Chandler on S. Arizona Ave needs the Gold Star award for customer service! Last week we were in need of a battery. We searched everywhere, but to no avail, we couldn't find one. We looked online, it said O'Reilly's had it, but when she put it in, it was smaller than ours. We couldn't drive around because our battery was COMPLETELY dead. She did EVERYTHING to get the car to start, and nothing work. But she was determined not to give up. After over 3 attempts, exhausting all resources, she got us going! Her determination was BAR NONE. I didn't feel a Thank you was enough, so I gave her a BIG OLE' HUG! ( I hope she didn't think I had the cooties!🤣 Anywho, Thanks A BUNCH Jasmine! You ROCK!🤗

Manager Andrew was asked about price matching a part. Said that the part wasn’t comparable because the the brand import direct is a premium brand which is actually their house brand. He said it couldn’t be price matched and said the it’s corporate policy. Asked for proof his response was “I’m not going to argue all day with you”. I currently hold a commercial account with Oreillys and I felt like an unwanted stranger for the first time in almost 8 years doing business. So people just soy out know. Duralast brand is apparently not comparable to import direct as stated verbally by Mr Andrew.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, specifically with Paul. I run a business and have a commercial account, so I spend a significant amount of money here. When I came in, he was rude, dismissive, and wouldn’t even take the time to properly look up my commercial account so I could receive my pricing. There was no effort to help, no professionalism, and no sense that my business mattered. As someone who relies on parts stores regularly, customer service is everything — especially for commercial customers. Because of this interaction, I won’t be dealing with him again. Management seriously needs to address how commercial accounts are handled, because this level of service is unacceptable.

STEPHEN is the BEST!!! He went above and beyond to help me after trying to find the right windshield wipers for my car. We’re leaving on a road trip tomorrow and I’m driving my two little kiddos and wanted to make sure we were safe. After trying at 2 other places that didn’t have the right ones, we found Stephen and he saved the day and spent time getting us the right ones. I had a lot of bad experiences today and he really ended my day on a positive note. He was also so friendly and kind. Thank you so much Stephen! With the ever revolving door on who to trust in the auto repair industry O’Reilly has always been good to me. At this particular location the assistant manager Kal was spectacular. Very helpful, very patient and professional. They had mechanic experience and suggested things to look for in the future. I definitely will be back to see Kal, he made me feel very comfortable and confident.

Disappointed. I used a $5 reward towards my purchase that an employee told me was the correct part. The website said it didn't fit, so I verified with him 3 times, and he confirmed it was the right part. It was not the right one. Brought it back the same day. Just wanted to exchange it, which they did, but I then had to pay $5 more for the new one, b/c the reward wouldn't transfer over. (The new one cost extra and I have no issue with paying the difference.) I'm not hard up for 5 bucks, but its a matter of customer service and principle. What if it was $20? Or a gift card? They shouldn't give me a credit if they don't want me to redeem it. I went to O'Reilly BECAUSE I had that credit. If an employee / computer makes a mistake, why do I have to pay more? From my point of view I had the hassle of driving back and forth 2 more times, and the delay because of the mistake.
