I really appreciated the communication process from beginning to end: I was texted a report of the mechanic's diagnosis of my car's issues then received a follow up call to go over costs and timing. MACS is my go to car repair shop from here on out, for all of my family. I unfortunately had to go in for repairs twice this month and both times I was taken care of within 24 hours and ahead of expectations. Price was fair and lower than anticipated. Beforethe service, everything was explained from bottom to top. My girlfriend and her daughter bith need repairs as well and they had the same experience. Trust is paramount in choosing an auto shop and I trust these guys! Highly recommended!

I have been here twice in the last three months. Very clean and organized shop.i met Mac and Steve, great people, nice, and respectful. They repaired my AC (leaking hose), oil change, front brakes replaced, lower A arms and ball joints, drive shaft bearing replacement. They are thorough in their inspection, they focus on your problem first and then discuss any red level issues. Provides quotes and doesn't pressure you in extra repairs. I am blessed I tried out Mac's complete Auto Repair, this is my go to repair shop. 2013 Tacoma

**UPDATE** A flyer was left on my door for MAC'S Auto Repair. I used the coupon for an oil change and I am glad I did. A very professional staff was available to answer questions about other concerns I had. A very reasonable estimate was given for my next visit. **UPDATE** Sadly, what seemed a top notch auto repair has shown me otherwise. I returned to MACs for another oil change, this time for a new engine replaced by a nearby Chevrolet dealership. 12/22/25 I arrived at the agreed upon time, waited awhile, then told there was no open bay. I get that things happen, what I don't get is being told (1) the bay would be freed-up later in the day. We chatted for a moment as I was ready to leave I was told (2) maybe best after Christmas. I became concerned that a new engine ought not have too many miles during it's break in oil change. I then asked them to let me know ASAP. That was now a month ago. I'll not guess why I haven't heard from them. Because I care about where I spend my money, and it won't be here.

I highly recommend Mac’s. My daughter moved to Phoenix area recently from the East Coast. And one of my first tasks was to find a local auto shop for her to use. I found Mac’s and I am glad I did. Well after a couple months her car wouldn’t start. So the car was towed to Mac’s. I called them and they were fantastic from the first contact. Very friendly and professional. They were easy to deal with as I was coordinating the car repairs from the East Coast. They electronically sent me the results of their evaluation of what needed repaired which included pictures. Which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. My daughter picked her car up today. Her first text to me was “ They were so nice .. We def need to keep coming here”. That made me so happy. If you need car work done go to Mac’s they are the best.

I'll gladly add my own 5-star review for Mac and Mac's Complete Auto Repair! Safe to echo all of the other 5-star reviews and Mac's has a lot(!) of 5-star reviews for a reason - especially for a mechanic/repair shop these days. Mac does business the right way, which is very refreshing. After using the same mechanic for the last 22 years (who also does business the right way), I was more than a little nervous at first, going to someplace new. But, that apprehension was short-lived! Mac's provides great(!) communication, is very responsive and stands by his work. He provides photos, videos, summaries and is happy to show you what he's talking about, working on or has completed. I appreciate the "Red, Yellow, Green" approach to prioritizing repairs...things that really need to get done now, things that can probably wait a bit and things to have on the radar screen down the road later on. Then, you get to choose. He does quality work and is focused on "getting it right" and in the rare case that it's not, he'll make it right and stands behind his work! "Trust" is always an important element when you're looking for a good mechanic and shop and trust me when I say you can trust Mac and that you'll be in great hands, leaving your own 5-star review!!

Look no where else when I say CUSTOMER SERVICE, STRESS FREE and COMMUNICATION are a thing they actually exist at this place. Macs auto repair gained a life time customer . It’s stressful enough on a daily basis to know that my mom was driving a car that was not being reliable stressed me out times 20, im very selective with mechanics I just knew I couldn’t fix the problem we needed a trust worthy mechanic I googled shops Macs reviews said enough. I was only hesitant on the loaner car part that was another expense I was not prepared to add to my mom on top of the car repair when I asked Lindsay what it would cost an she said $0.00 I couldn’t believe it. The entire experience was amazing that I’m taking all my cars there .

I rarely give 5 star reviews but this organization deserves it! I've never seen a group of people so anxious to help. The mazda dealer told me that they needed the car for two days to just analyze the issue. (Seat sensor failure) Furthermore, they would have to keep the car while they waited for part delivery so it would be available at their convenience. Mac's took a very different approach. I dropped the car off in the morning and the diagnostic was done by early afternoon. They gave back my car while they waited for parts. (There was always someone to immediately drive me home.) When the parts arrived, they called me and I dropped the car off and it was ready in the afternoon! (No need to rent a car for a week.) Everyone was (down to a person) amazingly nice.

Everyone at this shop is extremely friendly, patient, and understanding. One thing I really appreciate is that they actually listen. A lot of shops ignore you or assume they’re always right but Mac’s team took my input seriously while still clearly knowing what they were doing. My car wasn’t in for an easy diagnosis job, and I definitely threw a few headaches their way, but they stayed kind the whole time and communicated every step. Huge shoutout to Steve, everyone there is great, but he helped me the most and communicated to me what was going on, and found quality parts when things didn’t work out. Definitely a shop you can trust

Originally brought my truck to Firestone as soon as I heard the noise they were like this is out of our league, but Mac auto right across the lot our top notch. we refer everybody there, and they weren’t kidding Everybody I talked to Was totally on point no bullshit told me exactly what is gonna Cost and that’s exactly what I got charged also props to Firestone. They told me it’s out of their league and they didn’t charge me a penny and the lady there went across the street and told him I sent you another one. So they worked very well together! Such an amazing place! Mac and the team up front were so kind and accommodating to my busy schedule. I have taken all my cars here and every time I do it is always a great experience. Mac and his team are always so friendly and treat you like family. They are very thorough with each time you bring your vehicle in to make sure nothing goes unnoticed. You will get a breakdown of everything that you need done now and in the future or suggestions on what should be done. You will never bring the vehicle in and get unnecessary work done like other mechanics who try to sell you on other stuff that’s not needed. I will continue to bring our vehicles here and appreciate the hard work of Mac’s shop!
