The experience was fair. I walked by 15-20 employees trying to find the parts department without a single one asking if I needed help... Lol That said, got a pair of OEM rear shocks at a better price and days quicker than local universal parts stores! A different vibe than Tempe Toyota but all's well that ends well.

Literally the worst service I’ve had imaginable. Saul the service attendant explained things differently multiple times when I was trying to get an honest answer out of him. Not only do oil changes take ALL day. I went in to get my brakes inspected, they quoted me $1000 to fix ALL of my breaks, and added others things to bring up that cost to benefit them. We took my car elsewhere to get another option. Only my FRONT brakes needed attention, and not ALL of them. Oh and it’s only $330 to get what I need done. Not only did they try to be sleezy and get money out of me to replace things that didn’t even need attention, but they can never answer their phone or give updates as to when your car will be done. Takes longer than it needs to be, even WITH an appointment. Probably tried to take advantage of me because I’m a woman & wanted money out of me. I seriously can’t believe my experience here. Never ever ever get your car serviced here. SO sketchy

I absolutely had a great experience at Big Two. My service mechanic Zack kimball was absolutely awesome. He is very knowledgeable and conveys all service and options thoroughly. The attendance are welcoming and polite, and the customer service girls are friendly and professional. The service waiting area offers complimentary drinks and snacks, and you may be comped a massage in the spa area. With all the perks aside, I received quality work in a timely manner and because of that will continue to get my vehicle serviced with them.

This service center slapped my mama & called my wife fat! Well not actually but they did provide terrible service. Imagine sitting around for literal hours waiting on an oil change you paid for, only to receive rushed service?! Hours! Hours just sitting around with no update! My child is alone at school waiting to get picked up … honestly I’d let you call me fat & slap me if it made you move faster. Wasting someone’s time is amongst the biggest disrespect.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. Unfortunately, I wasted four hours and $105 on a fruitless visit. I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I brought my car in for a radio issue and was initially told by Service Manager Derek Price that the repair would take between one to two hours. I opted to wait, but after three hours without any updates, I approached his desk for a status check. To my surprise, I was informed that the radio needed to be replaced. I decided not to proceed with the repair. Derek then assured me that my car would be ready for pickup within five to six minutes. However, it took another hour after I followed up again. This was unacceptable. The poor communication, lengthy delays, and subpar customer service made for a frustrating experience. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their service.

Great experience again at Big Two Service. Staff checked me in promptly and was met with Day. She was absolutely professional and didn't try to upsell or make any offers I wasn't looking for. She gave a good estimate on when my vehicle would be finished and received the same quality treatment I've alwy received. Looks like they have a great training program on how their service managers perform. Ive directed family members to Big Two Toyota for their vehicle needs.

Although my car has been in for service several times this year this appointment takes the cake. I called my Service Advisor, Day Disch, and let her know that my wheel lock was missing and immediately she told me to bring it in first thing in the morning even though she was booked. Outside of that my air conditioning fan needed to be replaced as well. Both were done so in the time that she estimated including the pickup. I'm not going to say Big Two Toyota Gilbert is perfect, but what I will say is that my service advisor has always been willing to hear me out and work with me to ensure that I am happy in the end. Thank you Day and Big Two Toyota Gilbert!

My appointment was for 9:00 a.m. The service rep was very thorough in explaining what would take place. I waited at the dealership cafe / lounge. I was driving out by 9:45. I had arrived about 35 minutes early for the appointment and was taken in immediately.

Never again using this dealership!!! Sitting in my car. They are helping others while I’m in the front of the line. Few minutes early to my appointment just for a key fob.. early due to didn’t know if I had to pay for the fob first before they connected to my highlander. The FOB is at the parts counter. Watching about 15 people in red shirts walking around and couple white shirts with a tie. Not being helped or told to park elsewhere or something. Once this FOB is completed. Will never come back !!

Finally came in for my first service since buying my new car in Avondale. Aside from the soda not being free like it is in Avondale. The service leaves something to be desired. I had my 8/7/25 1pm appointment arrived 10mins ahead of appointment time. I came during my work and planned to work at the dealer with just one screen. I requested my car be rinsed as this is something Ford did for me without question with my previous car. Not only did I not receive a notification that my car was ready. But my car also was not washed after waiting for 2 hours. I can’t believe I’ve had a better experience with San Tan ford than Toyota with service. Will likely make a trip to Avaondale for service moving forward and continue to buy my future cars with them even though I live in Chandler.

I don't understand why it took over an hour to exchange a battery. We waited in the car for 15 minutes in the service Bay before anyone else even helped us The battery was 27 months old, I look end up online what our financial responsibility would be before bring the battery in for exchange and it said it would be prorated based off of a 84 month warranty period. That made me believe that it would be split more evenly. After two years, the prorated rate is only 50%, the battery cost also went up in cost so I paid over $115 to exchange a battery 3 months past the 100% coverage window that was under warranty.
