Some places actually do give out cash rebates. This place promises one to earn your business but never give one. I dont really care about that part but seems shady. The most upsetting part is they removed a windshield that had a tint strip but never replaced it like they should have. MULTIPLE CALLS and multiple work orders later i still have no tint strip. Avoid calls with the owner directly, he endlessly complains about how his business structure involving rebates cost him money.

If I could give this business a double negative review, I absolutely would. We had two windshields replaced back in August and were promised two rebates. It’s now December, and we haven’t seen a single cent. What we have gotten is excuse after excuse. I personally messaged Cash, the owner, multiple times. Every time, he assured me the rebates were coming, yet nothing ever showed up. Instead, I was met with a rotating list of explanations—recovering from surgery, blaming the rebate company, and anything else that shifted responsibility away from his business. From my experience, it felt like endless stalling and zero accountability. After months of being strung along, I’m done. I will never bring my vehicles here again, and based on what we went through, I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this company with their time or money.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Total scam. Fist off, they tell you “go with us, we’ll pay you X amount of money”. That’s the first lie. Then comes “it will be there in 4-6 weeks”, second lie. And then, when you call, they don’t return calls, no answer and don’t even acknowledge there wrong doing once you get through after calling 35x. So, I finally get through and I tell them there is something wrong with my window. I get told “oh, they never set up your warranty”. Then tell you, “You need to bring the car in”. Hmm ok, so the “life time warranty” that was never added. So I scheduled an appointment for the following week, only to be called back and have it cancelled a few days later. Have not been able to get in touch since. This started in July 2025!!!! It’s February 2026!! Report this trash company!

Auto Glass 2020 did a phenomenal job doing the windshield replacement on my 2023 Kia forte. It also required the ADAS safety cameras to be recalibrated. They had all the state of the art equipment in order to perform the recalibration of my safety cameras. they were extremely kind. Customer service was phenomenal highly highly recommend. I even had the opportunity to meet the Owner Cash LeSueur and he was very courteous and you could tell this is a family oriented small business here in Arizona that does excellent work!!!!!

What a pathetic company, and worse leadership (yes, you Jesse). Had a windshield replaced on Sept. 24th, 2025. Here we are on Jan 22nd, 2026 and I'm still waiting on my rebate. Please do yourself a favor and use any other provider! I promise they won't make you wait over 3 months for your rebate! Horrific service. NOTE: If you don't harass them and bother them over and over again, you will NEVER get your refund! You MUST be proactive if you want what they promised you.

Was super fast and technician Amado was great. I’ve had many replacements over the years and 20/20 earned my future business. Rebate was paid out as soon as work was complete. Highly recommend. Cash is a real one. You won’t be disappointed

I would not recommend. While the technician was awesome it was very difficult to have the windshield installed. They promised tint which would take an extra week. 3 weeks later I had to call and see what the hold up was. They came the next day with the windshield without tint. When I called, they said they would have the tint expert call me within 48 hours and schedule to come out and do it. Its been months and I haven't heard from them. Ive called and text without answer. They also promised a rebate and still never received that.

Install and service was great but it has been almost 4 months and I finally got my rebate. Lacy got me taken care of and explained some things that have been out of their control. It would have been nice to have this information months ago so I wouldn't have been frustrated but I appreciate the professionalism and honesty from Lacy to get this settled.

I had the windshields replaced on two vehicles on 12/1/25 under the understanding that a rebate would be issued within 90 days. Since then, we have made multiple attempts to check on the status of the rebate with staff at Auto Glass 2020. Each time, we are placed on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and then transferred without notice to a voicemail that states it belongs to the rebate manager. No one has been able to provide us with this person’s name or a direct phone number and the voicemails remain unanswered. The reviews on yelp reflect that others have experienced a very similar issue.

Worst auto glass experience I’ve ever had. They replaced the windshield on my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe and didn’t properly calibrate the cameras, so I immediately had warning lights. I had to call them back to fix their mistake — no apology. The rebate process was even worse. Their email said 40–60 days. At around 40 days we called and were told a check would go out that week. It didn’t. Over the next two weeks we kept calling and were repeatedly told “it’ll go out this week” and that a manager would call us back. No one ever did. I finally went in person. The first thing the front desk guy said was, “How much do I owe you?” He questioned whether I’d read the rebate form and claimed it was 60–90 days, then disappeared into an office. He came back with the check, and when I showed him the email clearly stating 40–60 days, his response was, “Hmm, well here’s your check, thanks for your patience” sarcastically. No apology. No accountability. Unprofessional, disorganized, and zero customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them.

It’s been a week since my car got serviced for a new windshield and I still haven’t received my “cash back” incentive after the windshield replacement. I originally called a few places to get estimates for the cash back. This place offered a Tango gift card that could be added to an Apple wallet and used like a debit card, I said I wasn’t interested and I would keep calling around. They insisted they could work with me because they’re a family owned business and more flexible. They called back saying they could write a check for me after service. I even cancelled an appointment with one company to go with theirs, trying to support small business. They were super fast and efficient at making the sale and getting my appointment setup for the next day. The tech came out he was great but after the replacement I asked about the check and he said someone would call me. Nobody called me, so I called and they said the check would be mailed? It’s been a week I haven’t received a check and I called today and was told the “rebate department” still hasn’t sent it out. I was told a “rebate manager” would call to confirm when it’s been sent out??? Lol. Whoever I talked to had an “oh well” attitude and reminded me they did the job but completely disregarded my concern for the fact they failed to mention their cash back would be sent atleast two weeks later. I suggested the sales people should be more specific when making a sale using this cash back “incentive”. If the cash back isn’t a big deal or a priority then stop using it to make a sale! He started talking about insurance and profits etc. saying they did the job they were supposed to do as if they did ME a favor and implied the cash back was kind of just extra. They were super warm and friendly when making the sale though LOL. I turned down another company that would have sent a Zelle/Venmo the same day. Fingers crossed I even get the check now… just feels shady and inconsiderate to say the least.

I called in, got a quick quote, and they were able to get me in way faster than I expected. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful—no upselling, no nonsense. The technician showed up on time, got right to work, and had everything done in under an hour. The new windshield looks perfect, and they even cleaned up after themselves. You’d never know anyone had been working on the car. Really happy with how it all went. If you need a new windshield and don’t want a hassle, definitely give these guys a call. Glad I did!

A while ago I had a windshield replaced by this company in my van. The tech showed up alone and told me if I wanted a windshield I’d have to help him. I foolishly agreed. When he went to take the plastic trim off of the car he stripped every single screw on my windshield cowl he was clearly rushing and using a power drill. The windshield itself was solid but when he was reinstalling the trim pieces he bent and warped my plastic cowl so now my wiper fluid sprays directly over my windshield and rain water drains directly onto the engine. I had gotten over the fact that it was a botched rush job, but this company texts me every few months even though I have tried to stop the texts. Now I’ve been reminded of this terrible job enough that I’m leaving this review. My experience might be due to this particular tech but I would say there are a lot of other companies to go with that might care more about the state of your likely expensive vehicle. Best to avoid!

A company can have the greatest products and services in the world but a company is only as good as the people who represent it. Brent and Cash are phenomenal. My passenger window would not come up and rain was on its way. Spoke with Cash and he dispatched Brent then personally came out with the part and met me. Window was fixed within a hour. Jesse and Alison were very kind as well when I called and spoke with them. Quality, sincere genuine Professionals. If i ever have another glass issue or need glass repaired this is the only glass company I'll call. Facts

If I could leave zero stars I would I got my windshield replaced September 2025, have yet to get my rebate I've called multiple times, spoke with a few different people and everyone gives you the run around. I've left numerous messages that are supposed to be returned within 24 hours it's such a joke. Aside from the worst communication I've received from a business, the original instal was subpar with the technicians not arriving in the original time window and my rear view mirror fell off immediately after. They did send a technician to fix it after two weeks and when arrived he accused me of false calming that they broke it and that he "remembers" working on my car over 6 months ago im like dude you guys literally replaced my windshield 10 days ago and showed him the instal email and after they rescheduled this appointment twice. Im honestly astonished at how unprofessional this entire experience has been and have been trying to be patient in hopes of getting my $175 rebate that was promised to me which im sure was charged and more to my insurance. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE READING THIS FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

The technician, Amado, arrived right on time and was extremely professional, explaining the entire process before starting which only took about an hour. The installation was flawless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR REPLACEMENT. The rebate is a hoax. You know what I hate more than a misogynistic mansplaining jerk - a passive aggressive, entitled manager with those qualities. JESSE, the manager, immediately returned my call when I reached out using the number I had from my previous representative to request a new windshield back in late October 2025. Now numerous calls, messages left with the secretary and voicemails and three plus months after I had been baited and switched by Jesse; he was now acting as if I was inconveniencing him by calling. Our last conversation about my payment of $200 for my windshield went as such, I asked to speak with the owner, I was hung up on and I immediately called back and transferred to him. I called out being hung up on and he said, "We were transferring you and clicked the wrong button, the owner isn't even here, so that won't be an option, relax." That is how you begin to address a escalated situation... what a joke. I had a bad feeling about Jesse's used-car-salesman attitude when I scheduled my appointment. During our conversation, he even referenced what I'd been offered for my windshield previously(proof that I've been a consistent and loyal customer) and said, "Well, someone was feeling generous before. Your windshield isn't worth that at all, but I'll do you a favor because I'm in a good mood." Despite my instincts, I chose to move forward because my past experiences and being a loyalist to small businesses. I had my replacement back in Nov 2025 and still NO compensation. Jesse shared with me AFTER this replacement that they no longer pay same day and it's no longer cash. It is a gift card from a third party and it takes up to 3-6 MONTHS for it to a process. I asked when this process was changed and why this information was withheld during my booking process. I shared I felt bait and switched and he said I was "entitled to my opinion." I am sure you are hoping customers like myself just forget about it. But when you went from paying me same day, reliable communication to THIS. What a joke. Good luck to ya.

Avoid Auto Glass 2020 at all costs. I had my windshield replaced while visiting Phoenix by Auto Glass 2020 and the experience was extremely disappointing. Within days of their service, moldings started flying off on the highway, leaving me to duct tape things just to get home. The install also left dents on my roof, a damaged antenna grommet, and sloppy workmanship everywhere. When I tried to get it fixed, I was given the runaround for months—promises from Jessie ($100 rebate that was never received), then denial of service from Steve after giving them weeks notice when I could make a special trip back to Phoenix. I emailed and left messages for Cash, the owner but was continually hung up on and ignored. To this day, nothing has been resolved. Now I’m stuck with over $2,000 in damages caused by their technician. Dishonest sales pitch, zero accountability, and terrible workmanship. This company does not stand behind its work or value its customers. I strongly recommend avoiding Auto Glass 2020.
