I had some repairs done on my truck. After I got home I noticed the hood was up on one side.I went back to Copperhead diesel Shawn helped me he was very calm and knowledgeable and he found a wire harness that was holding the hood up on that side it was no fault of there’s.Its refreshing to have somebody with a calm demeanor helping you through a stressful situation. I want to thank Copperhead Diesel for what they did. They taught me all about self worth. I dropped my truck off with an appt. I was able to drop it off the night before and use a drop box. I paid $1200 for them to do everything that I told them that I did exactly. I told them about the heater hose blew off and a leak dripping in the front. They replaced the heater hose connections with updated connectors then told me the leak wasn’t in the freeze plug that ended up being an oil plug. The leak they said is coming from the back of the motor under the rear cover.. over 6k to fix it. I still can’t believe he did exactly what I told him I did and then charged me for it. That Leak should have been found the first hour they had the truck. Most of the other thing they did was great took pictures and a video of everything else they found on my 426000 mile truck.

I brought my 2017 GMC Denali 3500HD into Copperhead Diesel Performance (CDP) after suffering a “Reduced Engine Power” warning & check engine light, a nightmare for most, if not all diesel owners? CDP got me in on their first availability and quickly diagnosed the problem; terrible misfires from faulty injectors, bad sensors, a cracked EGR pipe , and a broken motor mount, just to name a few line items. CDP was able to rehab my truck’s engine and it runs better now than when I bought it as a used vehicle 3 years ago. It’s now a finely tuned machine! I appreciated that CDP and my Service Rep, Chris, gave me a full inspection report, which included pics, to show the described issues prior to the services. This shop definitely believes in transparency and fully communicated the recommended repairs and kept me updated on the repair process. I would highly encourage any diesel owner to put their trust into COPPERHEAD DIESEL PERFORMANCE. Thank you

I’m hesitant to leave a review for one reason. I don’t want to not be able to an appointment when I need them. My wife and I travel a lot and pull a trailer. We depend on our ford truck to keep us moving. Before leaving MT for AZ the dreaded check engine came on and trying to find anyone that would look at the codes was impossible! Ford dealers and independents wanted to make appointments as far as a month out so we settled on a Lincoln dealer who was able to dead the “codes” but didn’t have any availability so I asked if it could cause more problems or safety issues towing a 37 foot trailer and was told that it would be ok. We made it back without incident and began looking for a good diesel shop and saw Copperhead and they had great reviews so I stopped by and was shocked to find a shop with a large number of bays and the place was spotless. They were able to read and interpret the issues and was able to schedule within 2 wks. I dropped it off and within 2 days was oven the news, price, lead time. What they also informed me was that what I was told in MT was wrong and that not only driving could have caused damage but also unsafe. At anytime we could of lost our brakes and/or airbags could of deployed! Needless to say I knew I was in great hands. I had to leave it at the shop until parts came in so I had about 2 weeks where I needed a rental. I knew I was in for a large bill all around but my advisor Chris worked with my aftermarket warranty Co. to cover everything including loaner rental! I received a call from Copperhead a week before expected and was able to pick our truck up with everything completed and with less than 60% of the bill my responsibility. All in all I’d give them 10 stars in every category and will only be using them for now on.

They are very busy and can get a little behind, but the quality work, communication and service makes it worth it. They will not be the cheapest place... cheaper than the dealership for sure,...but again, the quality makes this place a bargain. Chris took excellent care of us. We need extreme reliability in our truck as fulltime RVers. We are outside AZ for 6 months moving every week or two. We can NOT deal with a big repair on the road. Copperhead responses well to my requirements and lets me know the must dos and can wait stuff before hitting the road.

I had several issues with my 2017 DuraMax Silverado. The dash light said a glow plug was incorrect. I stopped at Copperhead and had a discussion about cause and effect. They were willing to educate me about the details of what was happening or would probably continue to happen. They offered several levels of corrections, with the requisite downside to each. I decided, we made an appointment and I dropped off the truck. They communicated exceptionally throughout the repairs. I’ve had my truck back for 3 days and everything works as it should (minus another issue that “popped up” when I picked it up. They had documentation to show what the “new to me” issue was and when it actually started.). I am impressed with their depth of knowledge and willingness to educate the customer. Diesel trucks are expensive, so repairs are also. I’m satisfied with the value I received so far. And if the future goes as predicted, I’ll be a huge fan! Q?- Would I go there again? Absolutely, and you should too if you need diesel work.

initially I took my H1 to the dealer in Flagstaff and they screwed it up. It ran fine when I took it in just ask for a fuel filter replacement. After they finished it wouldn't run I had to trailer it back to Phoenix. So I brought it to Cooperhead and they fixed all the things the dealer did wrong. Chris was very professional and when I complained about the dealer he took the high road even offered to contact them. It was a bit pricey but worth it considering it was done right and a complete check up of everything was done. Copperhead has won my business.
