Your air pump ruined my day, instead pf pumping air in the the tire , it drained it and got flat tire in a very hot day. Very frustrating experience

I was going for gas around 1:40 am and when i went to the front to be attended the person working was very rude and was in acting in a very bad manner. I am a very frequent customer since I go there many times after work to put in gas but I will no longer be going there because it seems like the people working there do not want to work and attend customers in a very poor manner.

Went to use the restroom after getting gas and was told that the bathrooms are locked for the night. So I looked up the closest QT and as I was leaving, I see the cashier taking the key to the bathroom. Seriously???

Be abit nicer when confronted about what RESTROOM people use. I am a woman with short hair and when confronted about it "He says you cant read what RESTROOM u went into." Showed my ID. Okay i get it. I didn't appreciate what was said tho.

Over several years I've had a few occasions to interact with workers and management for a problem. It's shocking how much they just don't care about customers, even for a gas station. And watch your step, there are tripping hazards everywhere.

I use this Chevron for USPS mailings, however they are so slow! In addition, the workers just seem to not care what is going on. If there are two workers one goes on break or just chills if they have nothing to do. Their car wash system is horrible too because they do not have brushes. So there is dirt still after the water and bubbles try to wash it away. This kind of business still works out of necessity but everything about the people running things is just horrendous.

Tried to use the new car wash. Guess what? It didn't work. I tried my debit card twice and now am billed for $6 twice without a car wash. Had to back out of that curvy entrance. Not fun.

Do not use the car wash here! My car was damaged and I am in a battle with them in getting my car repaired. I have all the pictures and the videos showing there was no damage to my car prior to having my car washed here. When I first drove up to the car wash there was a cone in front and I proceeded to back up because I assumed it wasn’t working. Then a guy came out and waved me to move forward. As my front and entered the car wash I heard a thump and I immediately stopped and called the guy over and asked him if everything was OK and what that noise was. He proceeded to waive me through like there was nothing wrong. As I was driving to my office I heard a noise on the freeway rattling on the front end of my car. When I got out of my vehicle I noticed the damage. I’m filing a lawsuit in small claims court to go after the Chevron for damages to my car.

Don’t use the car wash. The design for entry is horrible and the attendant went postal on us because we had a truck. It was the worst experience with him yelling and looking like he was going to pull his hair out, literally. Then he actually reached in and took the wheel out of my husbands hand. I thought he was going to put us into the wall. After it was all said and done our truck wasn’t even clean. Well never go back.

If there is less than 1 star I would give. They damaged my car while in the car wash machine, and the employee kept saying there is no damage! Then he said I’ll give your money back! This place would not admit to negligence! I am surprised Chevron, which is a decent company allowed them to operate a Chevron Station. I uploaded photos of by broken rims. Don’t use the car wash unless you want your car damaged by negligence from the owner who denies any wrongdoing

Chevron is so confusing, which is why I rarely come to their gas stations. Some want you to do the car wash first, then gas. Here, you pump and pay the gas first, then select your car wash. I had paid for the car wash first, expecting a ticket to apply to when I pump gas. Nope, the manager wouldn't even help me. And vacuum isn't included, you pay with quarters separately. The man at the car wash himself was helpful. But the manager or owner, not helpful at all and very little customer service. Does not adapt to different situations or mixups. Very disappointed in my experience here.

Chevron Alma School/Germann needs to maintain its pumps. Handle today leaked gas on the side of my car ten seconds into the fill up process. That was unleaded. The diesel pump handle nearby was rusted solid.

Have been using this station for years because chevron gas is better quality. The past 3 years (maybe more) the place has gone down hill. The pumps are not maintained, no receipt prints, the pump is physically falling apart. Have expressed my concerns, staff doesn't care. It makes you wonder if the pump is actually charging the correct amount.
