Called them up, at first they didn't answer, but called back an hour later and reached someone. So no worries as I am sure they are assisting customers. Anyways spoke with a nice woman on the phone, explained the issue I was having, she ordered the possible parts that would be need to complete the repair and scheduled me for a few days later. Took my truck down there, they fixed it in .8 of a hour so I was not charged a full hour. Amd they didn't need to use the replacement part since the interior switch had just come loose, they reattached and tightened so price was even lower and I was not charged for the part they had ordered. I hope they are able to return those parts free of charge since they didn't use it! Great customer service, and speedy resolution by knowledgeable folks. Will be a repeat customer if ever needed in the future!

Worse car repair shop I’ve seen in a minute. I brought my truck in to be repaired. They consistently lied about when it will be done and ability to get parts. They told me there was a national back order on a body part. But when I looked I was able to find one. Then once I had gave them the part they estimated me 2 weeks. Long Story short I didn’t get it back for over 2 more months and when it was given back it wasn’t fixed correctly at all. So I brought it in for them to fix the big squeaks and bad feeling in the truck. They held it for a week and just lubed up my springs and suspension to stop the squeak but not really fix it. So when I got it back it still didn’t work right and the mechanic lied to my face telling me the bottom spring seat for the new part was to small for the spring and that’s the noise and I can’t do anything. So after 6 months and multiple grand out of my pocket I went somewhere else. When I took it in to another shop to help with the squeak they fixed it in legitimately 24 hours. Most bolts weren’t correctly torqued and some bolts Completely off. On top of this I payed crazy prices like $27 bolts and just really rough prices for the work. Especially not quality work that I had to go behind and fix everything they did.

Went into the office for an estimate for 2 separate issues. Later that day we reached an agreement on price and when the work would be done. We made a significant payment at this time in order to secure parts. Approx 3 days before we were scheduled to drop off the vehicle I receive a message that we are scheduled - for the week after what was agreed upon. After another conversation they agreed to do it during the original week, so the car is dropped off. Zero communication, toward the end of the week I’m told no, it won’t be ready until middle of next week. Pretty obvious there was never any intention of doing it as promised, they were doing it the following week all along. Fast forward to today (Thursday, 6 days after it was supposed to be ready) my wife and son go to pick the car up. They are told that only one of our two issues was fixed, they can’t do the other one because they lack the proper tool. It’s a foreign car and I understand the problem, but there was zero mention of this until today. We have been communicating about this for 2 weeks and today, upon pickup, we are notified that half the job isn’t done. My advice is to avoid this business at all cost, they completely failed to communicate throughout the process. Now I’m left with finding another provider to complete the job.

I had high hopes when I brought my vehicle to Top Notch Collision & Repair but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be nothing short of disappointing. After patiently waiting for more than three long months for an estimate on the repair, I was left completely ghosted by the establishment. Despite multiple attempts to follow up and inquire about the status of my estimate, I received delayed responses from Jennifer time & time again promising to send it to me by various deadlines which she constantly failed to meet. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by the staff here is utterly unacceptable. Not only did I waste valuable time waiting for an estimate, but I also had to endure the frustration of being ignored and left in the dark whole time without a response. This level of disregard for customer service is inexcusable and has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of this establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering them for their automotive needs to proceed with caution. Their inability to communicate and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction make them an unreliable choice for vehicle repairs. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a body shop that values its customers and their time.

I have been a customer at Top Notch for 4 years. I had a couple of small things done and quickly began an amazing relationship with Chris, Jennifer (the time she was there), and the girls there now. Everyone is always so welcoming, caring, and soooo friendly. The level of professionalism is just immeasurable across the board. Everyone always strives to give you their best, and I have had nothing less each time I’m there, if not more. My daughter had an accident the first year we started going to them. Someone hit my daughter and because the cop ‘forgot’ to write him a ticket, he was able to spin it on my daughter. The insurance fight was horrible. My stress was high, and not having her car was torture having to drive her around and having a partially paralyzed mother to take to all her therapies all week. Chris and his staff worked so hard for me to get her car done as quickly as they could. Their communication was incredible keeping me in the know and constantly giving me reassurance they considered my situation a priority. I’ve gone in for maintenance work on our cars and my dad’s since I started going there. My dad was a mechanic and loved their work. He was so picky and scrutinized everything! But when it came to Chris.. he said he does work like him. Lol May he rest in peace. When Chris found out my daughter was going to college in Colorado, he said to bring her car in so he could look it over and make sure it was safe and ready for the 14 hour drive and cold weather. I’m a single mom and know nothing about cars other than gas’ing it up! So, I have gone in here and there with funny noise questions or other things that freaked me out. Chris has ALWAYS made time for me to check each situation out for me. He’s just so caring. A couple of things were stupid, but he’s never made me feel that way. He always says not to worry and always come in. And I do! They also arrange for rentals to be picked up there for his customer’s convenience which is such a bonus! I was recently in a head on collision, and again, Chris and his crew took such amazing care of me. This car is my baby. Affectionately named, My Bella. I bought her brand new, and she just recently turned 2. Lol The front was destroyed. I was devastated. Chris and his crew, once again, took such amazing care of her and I. One of the parts wasn’t up to his standards, and he sent it right back. And then he crazy apologizes for the extra time. I tell him he’s nuts. He never accepts anything less than perfect. He is such a perfectionist, and I’m sure I am by far not the only one when I say how appreciated this is. He makes sure every car he touches looks just as great, if not better, when he’s done. Love, Love, Love My Top Notch Crew! I will always be your most loyal and loving customer, evah! Thank you for always taking care of my family as if we were your family! I’m a Sicilian from Jersey/New York and that’s how we are back home! True and True. And you make me feel home.

What a great find! This place came in under their estimate, had the car ready when they said it would be and the paint quality looks awesome.. like brand new. I had 4 deep scratches in the trunk/hatch lid and it looks great. They were also much cheaper than the high-end Tesla specializing body shops. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

If I could give more stars I would. My daughter was heading back to school after winter break and when she had fully packed her car and started her car she got a warning light regarding her power steering. This was on a Friday at 1pm. I called Top Notch thinking she needed power steering fluid and asked if they could do that for us. Luckily the technician, Chris was still at the shop (they close at noon on Friday). When we got there turned out that a pack rat had eaten through her wires connected to the steering. Chris went above and beyond and repaired the chewed up wires, resodered them and shrink wrapped them with plastic. Plus he topped off her coolant too! She was back on the road a couple hours later and saved the day. They will have all my future business for any vehicle repair. Thank you!!
