From the moment I brought my vehicle in, the staff was so amazing. Obviously bringing your car in is very sad but everyone here made the process so simple and smooth from start to finish. I was very impressed with this shop. I went to several locations to collect estimates and was most impressed with Caliber. They seemed very knowledgeable in terms of the repairs I needed as well as what to expect when working with an insurance company to cover the repairs. During the time they had my vehicle they sent regular texts to update me on the progress and called as needed. Wendy at the front desk is amazing. She was so helpful in walking me through every step of the process. Upon getting my truck back, the completed job looked great and the truck came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Top notch communication & service!

Was the fortunate recipient of someone backing into our car and driving off. Progressive gave us a few "in network' options and I saw this Caliber location had some great feedback so we chose it even though there were closer locations. Everything went great and had my car back to me two days early. The repair itself looked great and Frank was great about keeping us informed of the progress. Hopefully I never have to visit them again but if I do end up need auto body repair, I'll definitely be back.

We have used Caliber Collision in Chandler on Arizona Avenue several times through the years. Wendy in the front desk and Arthur the quote specialist are very easy to work with. They are very responsive and great with follow ups. We had a rear bumper issue after full repair. They took the time to troubleshoot it and ordered several fenders to fix our Honda Odyssey. I also took my Honda Civic for a passenger door repairs and am very satisfied with that work they did as well. They have great customer service and highly recommend them. They worked with my insurance company with ease. Very welcoming employees.

I recently used Caliber Collision for a small repair to replace a clip on my bumper. What stood out for me was their professionalism. As I was waiting for an estimate I observed how the manager interacted with a customer who had an issue when they arrived to pick up their vehicle. He was pleasant, he really listened to their concern and he took immediate action to make it right. At that point I felt I was in an honest, reputable shop that was not out to just make a buck. When I got my estimate, I explained how I was headed out of town and needed the work done before I left and they were able to accommodate my need. Everything went very smoothly and I was overjoyed when I picked up the car and found that they cleaned my car inside and outside. Everyone I talked to was happy and friendly and always very professional. Hopefully I never have to have more body work done on my car, but if I do, I will definitely be returning! 5 stars. This is a great Caliber Collision with even better people. I worked with Wendi and Rich. Wendi is just an awesome person who is always available to help with any questions you might have and get you scheduled. Rich knows his stuff down to little details I wouldn't expect. He's a car guy and its obvious he's been in the business a long time which inspires confidence when you are handing over a car or truck and want it done right. This location delivers on that. I didn't meet the folks working in the back but they definitely know what they are doing as well. Really stoked on how it all went. Everything was right the first time and they were quick to get it done too. Top notch. Highly recommend. Before and after photos included.

🗣️ THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE!! Look no further. If I could give them 1000 stars I would! My car was hit by my neighbor while in my parking spot. I decided to look some places up on Google and then drove over to get an estimate. Rich greeted me as If I were family! Super friendly and kind. He stated that usually you need an appointment, but no worries he had time. He gave me the estimate and then I found out the insurance company works directly with them. Win for me. As soon as I got the claim number they reached out and helped me get set up for the repairs. Wendi is amazing also. She is so nice and easy to talk to. She arranged for me to drop off the car and even had enterprise there to pick me up to get my rental. I literally did nothing and had no concerns the entire time. It only took them 4 days to have my car ready and i had updates the entire time via text. Durning that time rich even called me to let me pick out my hubcaps. I was super impressed that he cared about what I wanted. Rich called me when my car was ready, I drove there and left the rental! They handled everything and made the process a breeze! Rich even helped me fix the child lock on my back passage door that hasn’t worked since I bought the car! Talk about above an beyond! They offered me coffee and bagels. Not to mention my car looked better than before if that’s even possible. The paint was thee exact match, you would never know I had any damage on my car. They are really fantastic! I could hang with them all day joking around and talking about our families and my car. Seriously I can’t thank you guys enough! Rich, Wendi and everyone at caliber collision I thank you! 🙌🏼❤️

My repair experience at Caliber Collision has been extremely satisfying. The repair was excellent — everything functions perfectly, and I can’t even tell where the original dent was. The staff are all very friendly! I want to give a special shout-out to my advisor, Fermin Beliz, for being extremely professional and helpful throughout all of our communications. He gave me constant updates on the repair stages and kept me informed about the expected pickup time and any delays. Without his help, I wouldn’t be this satisfied with the service experience. The repair took almost an entire month, which was definitely longer than the two weeks I had anticipated, but the result is very nice, so I would still highly recommend it!

I went here because I ran over something and the rubber undercarriage shield on my front passenger side was damaged and came loose. I was clearly panicked and anyone could see I was desperate and could easily taken advantage of. The technician took a look at it and gave me an estimate for a replacement. He was honest and said it was not an emergency and it would most likely be cheaper at the dealership. I said I would rather go with their services instead of the dealership. He wanted me to be safe, so he said his mechanic could take off the part so it would not be loose and dragging on the road. Five minutes later, he came back and said the were able to reattach it easily and there was NO CHARGE! I will definitely going here if need repairs or body work. Honesty and integrity all the way.

Went to Caliber to have my car fixed after an accident. My car was under the care of Frank and needless to say my car is good to go. Service was friendly and it was my first accident and I’ve never had to have my car worked on before and everyone was very nice at talking me through the process and explaining things to me.
