This shop is highly recommended for anyone needing car service. The service advisor, Gabe, provides excellent customer service. He is incredibly helpful and thorough, explaining in detail exactly what a car needs in a way that is easy to understand. It's clear that they are knowledgeable and prioritize customer satisfaction. It's a little out the way but it's worth the extra few minutes to get there to receive good service every time.

Long wait, don't waste your time going there. I was ready to leave my car and let them work on it. The two gentlemen at the front desk were engaged in conversations about vacation spots with 2 customers. I waited over 1 hour for an estimate. I was unable to see the estimate because the link they sent me didn't work. Inefficient staff, poor costumer service, I will not give them another chance at my business.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I brought my car here for oil service, and they completely forgot to install the oil filter. After leaving the shop about 5 minutes later I was stranded on the freeeway. As a result, my engine has failed ('took a crap') and the car is no longer running. Not even 24 hours later and I’m having the truck towed back to the shop. This is a massive oversight that has caused major damage. I expect a resolution immediately."

I went here on 9/15/25. I already knew there was something wrong with my tire rods but obviously I wanted to go get it checked. This is the first place I took it bc it was the closest. I went in and was assessed within an hour and a half. (see pics for who) They ended up not charging me for inspecting-thx- they emailed me the report after I declined service ***total estimate was...🤯... 2176.06***couldnt fit the engine diagnostic estimate in pic, it was 163.63. Fast forward to about two weeks ago when I went to GEMBA AUTO SERV(Broadway and Dobson, literally right down the road) and they gave me a completely different inspection report, and handled it ✨beautifully✨ After I did some research of my own, something definitely was fishy and I wanted to know who was scamming me. I scanned everything on both reports and used my best investigative skills, guess what I found... They had taken pictures of someone elses tires and tried to get me to pay for a repair I didnt even need. Mind, I had all four tires replaced back in June. I zoomed in on all the pics and compared the pics from Gemba and then went to check my car myself, lo and behold they were indeed not my tires. 😂 Imma be so fr, I was in literal shock for about 10 mins and then I was irate. Now, I am going to file a just a lil 🤏🏻 report to the Arizona Attorney General and the BBB, out of sheer spite. Bestie, I dont know if you thought I'm stupid or if you are slacking on your scamming skills but sheesh, hope it was worth it. I hold grudges like I climbed out a well, my dude. anywayyy, peace and kindness to everyone but these guys. 🥰

I just wanna say all the people working at meineke are absolutely exceptional. They went way above and beyond to help me I had a blowout. I wasn’t even in their parking lot and they made their way over to my car helps put on the spare put everything back in my car and ordered me four tires the next day I went and had four tires put on and an alignment the quickest job ever just absolutely extraordinary Service 😊

Brian runs a great crew. One gentleman (forgot his name - black gentleman with dreads) took time to show me; educate me on why they had to replace my rotors versus just turning them - I appreciate the attention to detail and the respect I received there! As well, the pricing is always very reasonable compared to what I’ve seen at other auto repair shops.

Took my car in as A/C didn’t work. The A/C had to be replaced. Ok it’s 8 years old. And an oil change. It was an expensive repair. All was good till I picked up my car. There were two dirty marks on both my front seats. I was not happy as my seats are light beige colored. They attempted to remove the mark, but didn’t work. Now I need to go back to let them try again with another cleaning solution. I go here because I trust them. But not happy about the dirty seats.

Been going to this Meineke since moving to the neighborhood. They’ve always been great from their customer service to their diagnosis of my 2013 Honda Civic. I really like their process when it comes to recommendations of repairs/replacements. They share photos, notes and quote for the repair/replacement and allow me to approve or decline right from my phone. No unneccesary pressure or sales tactics. Standard maintenance like oil changes are quick and painless every time.

Terrible place, never come here. I was ripped off at this shop. I had a problem with my car: the check engine light was on and the brake pedal was hard. I went here for a diagnostic to find out what was wrong with my car, which suddenly started and I could barely start it. After a diagnostic at this place, they decided in such a short time that my car needed a new engine. The cost was way over my budget, almost $7,000, one of the managers told me, which shocked me. I decided I couldn't afford it since I didn't have that kind of money, so I would just pay for the diagnostic and look for another place to get a second opinion. Otherwise, I would leave the car parked until I knew what to do next. I left the shop to make a call since the car is financed and it's only been five months since I bought it from the dealership. But one of the mechanics came out and told me that the vacuum pump was what was damaged. After I gave them permission to open it up and make sure how serious the problem was, that was included in the diagnostic. Finally, they recommended replacing the part, removing the oil pan cover, cleaning it, draining it in case there was any metal inside, and giving it a deep clean. Naively, I agreed, thinking this would solve the problem. They gave me an estimate for the work, and I accepted almost $1500. But then I received another job offer for almost $1600 more, which required replacing the timing chains and synchronizing the timing. I didn't accept because it was already exceeding my budget. I went to the shop the next day, where the issue was discussed, and the price was adjusted to almost $2900. I accepted this estimate so I could finally have the car ready. Days passed with no response until I went back to the shop. One of them told me everything was fine, that they would just replace a plastic timing chain tensioner, and that would be it. He said it had been ordered and that the mechanic wasn't working that day, so maybe the car would be ready the next day. Another three days passed, and still nothing. I went back to the shop, and to my surprise... They informed me that it was something else entirely, that a rod was bent or something, so it really needed a new engine. Unfortunately, we're back to square one. I told them I couldn't pay, and now with a bill for work that didn't fix the problem, I don't think they're professional enough to realize it wasn't necessary to waste my time creating a double payment: a new engine plus the unnecessary work. My car is now being held at this shop because I didn't pay. I've already started legal proceedings because what they've done is unfair. I'm just asking that the media outlets I've contacted investigate this shop and its staff; it wasn't necessary to go there.
