Took my WRX in for a window tint and it came out great! Had to drop her off and get to work and they had a valet on staff to take me and pick me up if I needed it (got a ride back from a friend). The tint looks amazing!!! and I can tell they treated my car well. Super friendly staff, too.

Mr. Harris was fantastic from beginning to end. I’m so grateful for all of his help. He made the whole experience hassle free, was very efficient, his customer service was excellent. I never had to worry about anything. He took care of everything for me. My brand new vehicle was rear-ended so insurance claims and rental cars were involved and he made sure everything was taken care of. Not much to say about them, other than they treated me about the best you could possibly treat a customer. Walked me through all the steps, then kept me well informed as things progressed, they handled all the paperwork & dealt with the insurance company for me and most of all did excellent work. Had to put our 2024 CR-V in the shop due to extensive hail damage from a couple months ago. Needless to say our car got hammered bad. It had anywhere from 50-200 hail dents "per" panel. They had to replace the hood, the entire roof had to be stripped off and replaced, two fender panels, the rest was PDR (paintless dent repair), and lastly almost a complete new paint job. When we got the car it looked amazing, practically like new. There are a couple small touch up spots that need to be buffed out and we'll get that scheduled back in and should only take a couple hours or so to finish. But other than that it looks amazing. Our service advisor, James, is amazing. He knows his stuff and can explain the whole process very well. He was great to work with, so ask for James.

Does this look totaled to you? Well according to geico based on the estimates from this collision center, it is. I will give them credit they took my car apart and noted every piece of damage they found under the hood both written and with images. Though I am still at a loss for how this was beyond repair. Very fishy communication between my geico field agent and the collision center, in my opinion. The damages were just enough to exceed the threshold for the vehicle to be considered totaled. I would have taken it elsewhere for another estimate, but once they took it apart, there wasn’t really a way to put it back together. Ended up taking a loss on it and having to buy a new vehicle. In short, I wouldn’t take a vehicle with significant damages here, which I didn’t think mine were, unless you are looking for it to be totaled.

Had my bumper replaced with a new one. They did excellent job painting it. I also had them redo my pin stripes and detail the car inside and out. I feel like I have a new car. This is a 2017 Toyota Sequoia. They had it in the time frame they promised and Ryan communicated very well.

What a nightmare. After two trips to the body shop, my vehicle repair is still not done correctly. Communication has been extremely poor. I won’t name names, but my adjuster failed to return phone calls, and my vehicle was returned the first time with incomplete repairs. I ultimately had to involve my insurance company just to get the work addressed. While the second visit corrected the original issues, the paint job is now visibly wrinkled. I spoke with the manager at pickup and was assured this would be followed up on, but that has not happened. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this shop based on the lack of communication and quality control.

Really disappointed with this collision center. My truck was in the shop for hail damage repairs way longer than promised, and communication was terrible. I understand repairs can take time, but I had to return my rental after 30 days and was left without transportation. This made timely updates on my truck even more important to me. At one point, I called over 20 times in two days trying to reach someone with no luck. When I finally did, I was told someone would call me back — but no one ever did. This happened multiple times. Communication was completely reactive, never proactive on the dealership's behalf. The GM eventually stepped in and got me a rental, and suddenly three days later I got my FIRST call from my advisor letting me know my truck was “done.” Maybe the dealership covering my rental sped things up. When I picked my truck up, not everything was repaired — including the busted driver’s mirror it went in with. I’ve since left more messages with no response. After waiting that long, I expected much better service and quality. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
