Ripped off ! Came in for axel seal leak. After quote and ok the work next day after axel out tells .e the locking washer is missing. ASKED CAN YIU REPLACE THE WASHER shop manager she said NO MUST REPLACE THE WHOLE AXLE. GOT THE CAR BACK .Axel charge wS not 130 but 214 got that back TURNS OUT LOCKING WASHER IS A PART IN STOCK AT TOYOTA. GOGGLE AI has whole paragraph on dishonest mechanics removing washers to scam people to replace whole axle. Confronted machines and shop manager she blames him he said wasn't comfortable using the oem part washer from dealership its 2.50. Topping off trans fluid is maybe 2qts chargers me $97 for 7 qts. Didn't respond to my attemt to fix this. RIPPED OFF ! AVOID THE BIG BEARDED MECHANIC LIED TO MY FACE WHIL STEALING FROM ME.

These guys have a love for classics and a respect for cars and clients that lets me know they love what they do. I went to Auto Xperts for an oil change on my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. It was raining off and on throughout the day. My son and I waited in a comfortable waiting area with a movie playing on the television in the foreground. A nice young lady was seated behind the counter. I explained two places I went to for an oil change on Groupon told me the oil filter housing was cracked and stripped-therefore requiring a replacement that had to be ordered from the Mini dealership. After the inspection was completed on my car, it was discovered this wasn't the case. My Mini Cooper requires the coolant tank to be removed before reaching the oil filter housing/gasket. It requires more work and they think the previous mechanics were lazy and didn't want to be bothered. They also checked my tire pressure (right front tire) and aired it up-my lights went off. Previously I was told the tire sensor needed replaced in my right front tire-more useless information that wasn't true. I recommend Auto Xperts. They are honest, reliable and thorough. I will be returning whenever my car requires an oil change or maintenance. My daughter is planning to take her Kia Soul + there next. Also it be noted-they are reasonable. It's can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto mechanic especially for women who won't take advantage of them. This is the best place I've found since moving to Las Vegas in 2018.

Shout out to CJ and the crew from Autoxperts for helping me out in my time of need. I was in vegas for the weekend and when I went to head home car wouldn't start. Gave Autoxperts a call on a Sunday and they were able to assist me and got me back on the road in less then two hours with a fixed car for a great price. Definitely would recommend these guys hands down. CJ was so knowledgeable and helpful. If you live or are visiting in vegas I would highly recommend getting all your work done here. Thank you guys so much for assisting my family and me.

These guys are amazing and so very knowledgeable! I live in California and was out here for the weekend got in my car to go home and car wouldn’t start l. We got it to the guys at autoxperts and the guys working were so kind and helpful had the problem solved in less then two hours. AutoXperts are simply Amazing!!! If you have any vehicle needs this is the place to take your car. After an absolute horrible experience with another shop I came across this shop on a Saturday, G, CJ and the entire crew there were nothing but amazing, transparent, fair and honest from beginning to end. I’ve owned my truck for 25 years and I take absolute care of it. After the careless and false diagnosis from the chain shop my engine needed to be replaced. They did an amazing job at a very fair price. As long as I am in Vegas they will always have my business as well as any referral I can send. They are friendly, knowledgeable, quick and very worth the visit. Thank you again for doing an amazing job I appreciate you all and the entire team.

my car check engine light came on and was violently shaking. i had it towed to this location. i was told they "couldnt get to it" until the next day. next day i get a call, "nothing wrong w your vehicle come get it" i said? no i took photos the check engine light is on and it was shaking. it is NOT ok. i asked if it could be spark plugs/ignition coil. they said that wasnt it & talked me into buying an oil change for almost $100. said they would keep the car for a few more hours. i get a call later in the day, "oil change completed nothing wrong w your car" and im shocked. there is obviously something wrong!! i pleaded, pls fix my car i have work tomorrow and 2 autistic children i do not want to be stranded! NO ONE CARED. this morning, not even 24hrs after getting my car back from this location, check engine light is on and its shaking worse. i drive it to autozone who did a diagnostic and sure enough they found spark plugs + ignition coil issue. im now at another mechanic who is working on what AutoXperts should've caught & completed YESTERDAY. i do not recommend this company, or location. made me pay $100 for an oil change and did not fix my issues. thank god i didnt have my small children w me!! this company does not care about you or me, they just want your money. what a waste of 2 days while they had my car. unacceptable. shame on this business.

Probably would not have considered this shop being on the opposite side of town but sure glad I did. My check engine light came on and it was my emissions system. I put this out on Yelp and sure glad I did as there was a significant variance in prices. I chose AutoXperts because they had the lowest diagnostic fee and if I did the repair they applied the diagnostic fee to the bill. Of course I had the repair done. Total price was very reasonable and work was done same day. Very worth going across town. Next time I need a mechanic I will call AutoXperts first.

I have a 1-year-old car with only 1,760 miles. For my first oil change, a major auto mechanic chain charged me $235.75—I felt completely ripped off. This year, with just 2,758 miles, I went to this local mechanic shop instead, and I couldn’t be happier. The price was much more reasonable at only $76.67, the service was excellent, and the clerk was incredibly kind and caring. While I waited, I saw her give other customers honest, budget-friendly advice about their repairs, which really showed her integrity. In today’s economy, that honesty and kindness mean so much. I’m very grateful to have found this shop and will definitely keep coming back!
