Long waiting for a simple battery replacement (almost 2 hours). The attendant only refunded me the core fee after I returned the store to ask about where is my old battery and did not explained nothing about it when I purchased the battery. Worst customers service at this store!

They're always busy so you have to wait. They do good work, I've gotten all of my tires and oil changes from the airport location (Eastern & Russel). Get the tire warranty, free replacement, and rotation.

Will never buy tires from Walmart again. Was told and guaranteed my tires are fully covered for replacement up to 20000 miles. Well 6000 miles later I have a flat on the back right side.The tire experienced wear when it was flat before I quickly put on my donut. Came straight to Walmart for repair and am told won’t be replaced or repaired because of the wear. You guys are scam artists.

Told on the phone 1 hour for a tire rotation, 4 hours later they hadn't touched my car, when we asked for our keys back the only tech back there told us we should have been told 6 hours because he was working by himself with a trainee! Poor communication and no manager available.

I come here all the time. Oil changes and more tires than i can count. Today I go in and the dude said they don't have my tire size. 530 pm no one in line at all for any service. I need 2 tires none available. I go home 2 min away and look up on the app. Plenty available. I drive back 2 min ask the person at the counter they pull up the same thing I do Plenty available. How lazy is the guy or maybe he didn't know how to change tires? But to say there wasn't any in the store? Stock showed 8 of one kind and 6 of another. That's Plenty I'll go in at 7am and get my tires done then.

I waited 5 weeks for them to be free, and never had a response after calling 45+ times. Their "computers" (like anyone there is smart enough to use one) were down for 4 days straight as said over the phone, but when I went in there personally, they said it was fine and to call back. LIES!!!! This is the biggest joke of a location to work on your vehicle, and the complete non existence of any form of customer service is enough to make you sick!!! I can only hope that the entire department gets shut down and they offer the job to ANYBODY ELSE!!! If you have any common sense at all which apparently I did not have because of wanting to save money,,,,,Take your business anywhere and everywhere else besides Walmart Auto Center!!!

Came in here a few days ago for an oil change, simple and easy l've done it many times before with my former car and have never had an issue. I've had my current car for 6 months and have never seen a DROP of oil come from it, not in the driveway, not when l've gotten it checked at my mechanics, never!!! I take it to Walmart and all of a sudden I have a "preexisting leak". I get home and my oil is leaking like crazy. I mean like l've lost probably most of my oil in 2 days. I went back and they refused to fix it saying it was not their fault and that it was leaking like this beforehand. If it was leaking this bad before the change I would have had zero oil in my car there's no way I went 6 months with that bad of a leak and absolutely no oil in my driveway. They're trying to tell me it's coming from the pan as well, when all the oil is coming directly from the plug that they were messing with in the first place. They wouldn't do a single thing about it. I have had no issues with this car up until I brought it to them. I'm furious. The employees have been so incredibly rude over the phone as well. I've been coming for my oil changes for years, never again. I learned my lesson. You get what you pay for. Stay FAR away from this location!!!!! I'm now going to have to go to a mechanic to fix my entire system and spend a ton of money. Thanks walmart.

i have never written a review before, im not a "karen" in the least. with that said, the employees here were the most disrespectful i have encountered in my entire life and it isn't even close. they also did a very poor job that i ended up fixing myself. i write this to caution those who might consider taking their car here: reconsider if you value your time, state of mind, or vehicle.

I came to Walmart to get a simple oil change and after I was done checking out and paying for everything they told me that my skid plate was "damaged" and they couldn't put it back on. I find it very sketchy that they're telling me a part was damaged after I had paid for my service and everything. I had later called the manager Chad to discuss my concern who proceeded to tell me that my skid plate was damaged when I brought it in which restricted them from putting it back on. I took my car to SunAuto to get the skid plate fixed who told me that absolutely nothing was damaged on my plate and they were able to put it on just fine, no charge. Walmart does a lazy job when doing their services and even after I spoke to the manager he told me there was nothing he could do for me and that next time I go to them I can request to have him supervise my services. So, I recommend everyone to save their time and money because I could've gotten an oil change at SunAuto for the same price which is where I will be going from now on.

Mel is a terrible terrible employee. He has no sense of urgency when it come to helping people. He will literally see you and walk as slow as possible to help you. He made me carry my own battery in store ( a gentleman had ALWAYS carried my battery for me). When I asked him he said “you can do it”. I understand that he is old but this is his job. Then today I asked for help and his basically laughed on my face. I will write a review on him every.single.time he sucks that bad. Make him a greeter or something. And the mechanic suck too. 0/10. I wanna talk to HR

Their batteries are zinc threads inserted directly into the lead, so if the threading is made poorly it will tear out of the battery. They'll blame you for this and deny your warranty, and when you ask to see the warranty it will conveniently be torn out of all their books. Go somewhere else.

NEVER buy a Car Battery at Wal Mart: I bought a Ever-Start car battery and brought it back for a check. After a few months the battery stopped working so I brought it back to get it replaced. The warranty on ALL ever-start batteries carries a 3 year warranty no receipt required. I go to this Wal-Mart and they affirm that I broght the battery in earlier but then refused to replace the battery as the "sticker" fell off. The battery has an imprint of the manufacture date of 12/2023 so way under 3 years if I even bought the battery the day it was made. Still they refused to replace the battery even though it is clearly under 3 years old. I am VERY DISSPOINTED in this Wal Mart and WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER EVER-START BATTERY EVER AGAIN. I feel lied to and cheated by this company. The man "Jose" was very, very, very rude and so was most all of their staff......I have no respect for Wal-Mart ever again. NEVER buy a Car Battery at Wal Mart. I wonder why you get so much theft; now I know.....I will be filing with your corporate HQ. P.S. The woman in photo is one of the liars at Wal Mart.

Very rude employee who cut me off and would not let me speak. Elian. Empty bays and 5 guys standing around talking and laughing. I was the only person waiting and I sat for 5 minutes. My issue was small but this man wouldn't even let me speak. I have had good interactions there before, but this guy has no customer service.

I've been having problems with my batteries and wanted to get them checked to see if they were bad. The connections on my batteries are complicated and I was afraid to disconnect them because I may not be able to connect them back properly. Nick was amazing! Initially he disconnected them for me so I could get them checked in store and since it was late he also connected it back together. He even informed me that the connections were not on properly and informed me how to properly do it. He went above and beyond! I wanted to tip him for my appreciation but he said he couldn't accept tips so I decided to write this review. Thank you Nick!
