I came to 4280 west flamingo road and this I always bring my car to repair or change oil. When I came friday October 31 I recognize the people there it’s new. I ask them about Meineke email promotion about change oil including tire rotation and it’s said yes, so I decided to do my change oil, after he took my key and give to the service mechanic he sat down at the chair and I ask the guy where is Alvin and he said they moved him at different location. After that I ask again if the tire rotation is included and he said yes. After 10 miles minutes wait he told me my car is ready and I pay him and he gave me the key and I said thank you and walk outside to check my car and check my car I realize that car tire is not rotate and I walk inside ask the guy my tire is not rotate qnd he’s telling me because I’m have nice tire on the rear for my safety that’s why didn’t rotate your tire but I told him I ask you three time if my car tire rotation included you said yes but he lied to me. Very disappointed and not coming here again this location. Frustrated to the guy in the front.

Shout out to the staff at this location. They are the best ever and have excellent customer service. They deserve a raise and trust me they aren't paying them enough. I will never visit another location because im hooked on them. Nick is an amazing dude and I really appreciate you taking the time to listen to me when I was clearly not ok and got me taken care.

I have to make a 3rd trip and I am upwards of 2500 dollars worth of repairs only to still have the same issue!! Which wasn’t even an issue when I first went in.. I just wanted an oil change and now they are literally ruining my car!!! This is the establishment located across from the Palms on Flamingo Rd.!

Zero stars took my BMW for a drive shaft mont fix the couldn’t fix it took a week to tell me they can’t get the tools to do the work They busted my entire drive shaft car couldn’t even drive They took it in a tow truck to BMW and then told me that am the one responsible to get it fix at BMW , it’s been two weeks of back and forth with them , the manager say he don’t need the job and was banging on me until this day they didn’t take responsibility for the damages they caused to my car . Don’t bring your car here, they don’t know what they doing and they will mess your car up and bang in you Pics are of what they took off my car and didn’t put it back together You can see the damage from hammering the drive shaft because they don’t have the tools

I would to travel climb across the valley just to have Ed Make sure the work on my car is done properly. On time, give me the best prices available with Meineke . I'm so glad they shifted stores, so it's much closer for me. Now My daughter will not go anywhere else to get her car serviced. I proved to her that there Prices are half the price of the rip-off car change she was going to. Yes, that's right, she's getting the same. Exact parts for half of what would cost her some place else. And like me she put trust in ed and he takes care Of everyone I sent to him if he's not there see Mike Trust Meineke They're right across the street from the palms hotel and casino in las vegas on flamingo near valley view.

Came in asked how much for an oil change guy told me $34.95 but they were busy come back tomorrow next morning a different guy was there I told him his co worker said you guys could do an oil change for $34.95 he wrote me a bill for $52 I came back for my car the previous employer was there and changed the price to the $34.95 for me First employee was ok to deal with the second guy was a grouch and tried to charge me more

made an appointment two days prior for their opening time (7:30am) for an oil change. Was told it would take approximately 30 min. Left my car at 7:30am and returned at 9:40am and nothing was done, didn’t receive any courtesy message that the service was going to be delayed. First time “customer” never returning. 2nd outstanding experience in October, 2025: Ask for Josh - Service Manager! Another shop quoted me nearly $10,000 in repairs for noises coming from under my hood. I brought my Acura TL to Josh at Meineke for a second opinion. He diagnosed the real issues, explained everything clearly, and fixed what actually mattered — the engine mounts and power steering pump — for less than $2,500 total. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, professional, transparent, and never pushy. The car runs perfectly now, and I finally feel like I’ve got a shop I can trust. If you want honest work and fair pricing, go see Josh. He’s the kind of service manager every customer hopes to find. Original review: Jerry was great! Had an alternator that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon for my Acura TL after battery light went on. I checked prices out across shops (for OEM part quality), and Jerry had the part ordered from another store and I was in and out within two hours start to finish. All at a very competitive price (better) vs local repair shops!

I pulled up needing an oil change for my car but I waited 10 minutes for someone to address and assist me. Finally two guys walked towards my car but stood about 10-15 feet away from me asking what I needed. I told them that I needed an oil change but they said they wouldn’t be able to help me. I asked them why and they said they close at 5pm. It was only 4:30pm and Google Maps, Apple Maps, and their website says they close at 6pm that day (Monday). Then they told me one of their employees got into a car accident out front which was another reason why they couldn’t help me. I asked if they were ok and they said no one was hurt but that they were focusing their attention on that. Why didn’t they just close immediately after the car accident or close the car stalls? Anyway, standing 10 feet back like I had the plague and then turning me away an hour and a half before Google Maps, Apple Maps, and THEIR OWN WEBSITE says they’re closed is crazy. I won’t be going there again.

Mike was PHENOMENAL!! Kind & Patient :) He scheduled me an appointment, I was seen the next morning & my car was diagnosed & FIXED in 3hours… That’s BEYOND amazing when parts needed to be ordered and having to go back and forth with the warranty company. Hearing him say he lost 2 colleagues unexpectedly right before I arrived is what gives this location 10 STARS!!! If I wasn’t being nosy, I would have had no idea.
