Didn't do alignment correctly and poor customer service. Had alignment done here. Driving back home (from out of town) noticed that car was still pulling to the right. Called in, they said no worries just bring it back when you're back in town. Got back in town, they wouldn't honor fixing the alignment that was never done correctly. Attendant blamed whoever we talked to over the phone about not setting it up correctly in their system. So now we have to pay the price for their mistake.

TOTAL RIP OFF - NOT RECOMMENDED! Went there today had 2 little lightbulbs 💡 exchanged I swear they charged me total $ 519,84 ‼️ That’s insane it was $ 333 for labor only they charge more for an hour exchanging a light bulb than a freaking heart surgeon! Absolutely ridiculous rip off, wayyyyy too expensive. Would love to attach the invoice, unfortunately won’t let me upload it, I’m sure for a reason lol . Will never go back there snd I must add, I was a frequent customer!!! They have no shame.

Was gonna give a 5 star for when Dave was there. Got brand new tires few weeks ago and was promised a free alignment if I came back in some time later. Called in advance to set an appointment and the person on the phone said they'd honor that deal and of course as soon as I show up they tell me "oh no we cant do that" and the deal is no longer honored, wasted my time and could've just told me that before I showed up to the appointment. Wouldn't trust them, ill take all my business elsewhere thank you.

About two weeks ago maybe a little less. I took my car in for tires. While when I got there I sat around for maybe 15mins waiting for a tech to come up to the service desk while after 15mins I called. A tech answers the service phone in the shop. Doesn’t even come up to the desk. I have to tell him I’m at the front desk. It’s literally all windows how they don’t periodically check to make sure no customers are just waiting up front is beyond me. Anyway drop off my car go get it a few hours later and my rim is chipped and damaged they. They claim it was from a lug nut being cross threaded. They did not tell me they damaged my car. I walked around my car to check and found the damage. At which point I walked back in grabbed a tech and they said they would reach out to the distract manager to get it fixed while here I am calling the shop for an update and the store manager has zero idea what I’m talking about.. shocker. This is why you get receipts take pictures and document everything. Hope the shop justifies this

Brought my car to these gentlemen that have a front end issue fixed. Got a little sticker shock at first but after checking around different places realize that they were definitely the fairest. Let them do the work got the car back and they went above and beyond to make that thing run like new. Very happy with their work and with their customer relationship. Awesome group of individuals who work here. Great customer service. This is my favorite location. Unfortunately it took 3 hours to replace 4 tires, an alignment, and an oil change. (Had to wait on tires from another location due to not having the size available) There goes most of my Friday...

This was my first and last time at this location. Honestly, they seem like Honest and knowledgeable people. What they lack is communication. I was told that there was only one car in front of me so the car should be ready in two hours. Well two hours turned into four hours and four hours turned into 5 1/2. When asking for an update I get “They’re on the last two tires, so pretty soon” stuff like that. So because I was being shrugged along thinking 10-20, to another 10-20 minutes a so forth. Some plans got delayed and other plans had to be cancelled. Worst tire experience ever!

I don’t leave reviews normally but they chipped off paint from 3 out of 4 rims when installing my new tires. I had one of the tires repaired 2 weeks ago and the other shop didn’t damage them at all when removing and reinstalling the tire. Kinda annoying since i just got them powder coated. If you care about your rims look for some other place.

I recently had an appointment at Big Brand Tire, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Every time I visit, it feels like they are perpetually short-staffed. My latest experience was no exception—it took ages just to get someone to acknowledge my presence. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, but instead of a smooth, quick service, I found myself waiting for nearly an hour before anyone could even take a look at my car. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage the number of customers, which only added to the frustration. I understand that busy days happen, but this seems to be a consistent issue with Big Brand Tire. If they can’t keep enough employees on hand to meet customer demand, the quality of service will continue to suffer. I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived, and I've decided I won't be returning. If you value your time, I recommend looking elsewhere for your tire needs. There are other places out there that can provide better service without the long waits.

I stopped by as a walk in and was welcomed by David to see if they could check my TPMS as I needed to fill air in my tires every few days and I heard air hissing out of the valve. David was friendly, patient, informative and was able to get my car seen that day. He informed me what they will do if the TPMS is not working properly as well as gave me a time frame of when the vehicle should be done. David didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable, he listened carefully and provided me with helpful feedback. I also asked about receiving a quote on new tires, he took the time to look up all the information I needed, reviewed what would be included with the purchasing and installation of the tires and informed me about the safety of the tires I have on my vehicle now. He showed that he cared about me and my family’s safety. I would recommend them to my family and friends. This is the location on Washington. The store manager TJ is awesome, friendly, polite, and makes you feel comfortable. They don’t make it seem intimidating or pressure you into buying something you don’t want. They share the information, inform you of all the details you need to know, and allow you to decide. Lots of Aloha to go around there. Thank you!
