Ordered a drain tube they say had in stock next day air. So I added what it recommended to buy with it. First they didn't have the tube I found out 10 minutes after I purchased everything. I called immediately and send to cancel it if you don't have the drain tube i won't need the other parts. They said to late it already shipped. I said impossible I just placed the within 10 minutes ago. They said sorry nothing I can do. I've heard good and bad about them. I found out the bad about them.

Bought a drop in cooler from Full Send Diesel and it came incomplete. I made it very clear that I needed them by that weekend. They were not able to get them to me on time. I lost a whole day of work because of this. I was able to figure out a way to mount my cooler. I asked for some type of refund because of the loss of time and the inconvenience. And my request was never answered. Save your time and money and buy it directly from FSD.

WHAT A JOKE! I ordered a set of airlift airbags. I got a confirmation email when I ordered them so I thought everything was good. Two days later I got an email saying that the item is out of stock and that I can either cancel or wait for them to come back in stock . So I called and canceled the order. I waited 25 minutes to get someone to answer. Once the order was canceled I got another email (3 days later) that my request to cancel didn’t go through because the item has already shipped. Meanwhile in those 3 days, I bought the parts from a different supplier. So I was out about $600 because I now have two sets of airbags. I went to return them and expected for them to cover the shipping back. But no, that would make too much sense for this company. I was charged $86 to ship them back then they charged me a $30 restocking fee. This company is joke, don’t be fooled by the slightly cheaper price than other sites. Order your stuff somewhere else and save yourself time, money and a huge headache.

Purchased a CSF intercooler. First one arrived damaged. Customer service was quick to pick up and exchange it. Second one came in a week later and also arrived damaged. Was given an option to return, refund, or received partial refund of $100 and keep the product. Initially i decided to return it but found a local shop to repair it. I sent an email saying i would keep it and would like to revisit the $100 offer. They requested a receipt which I no longer had since it was thrown away days after they asked for. I had to reach out again to follow up on this as i feel i shouldn’t have to come out of pocket to fix a damaged item. I don’t fault the company for the item arriving damaged but if you’re going offer a remedy then you should honor it. Their customer service has been a nightmare to deal since repairing a damaged product. Update: Received an email and voicemail from customer service. They apologized and rectified the issue.

DO NOT TRUST XDP, THEY SELL DEFECTIVE MOTORS! ... and do not stand behind their products... wish I'd seen the other similar poor reviews... they seem to have a very low standard. I've spent over $25k and have a useless truck with a defective motor!! I purchased a new motor, which was professionally swapped by a local diesel shop locally here in Las Vegas. The motor immediately failed within a few hundred miles, with severe head/rocker damage. XDP did nothing to resolve the issue!! I was only deferred to the manufacturer (in Canada) who reluctantly finally and only sent new heads, while underpaying the shop to replace them. The motor immediately failed again, again with rocker damage!!! Don't make the same mistake by trusting the quality or integrety of this company.

I've been in the diesel industry for almost 20 years I have built multiple trucks and I've used xdp in the past but lately they will take my payment charge me then cancel my order because they can't verify why I'm sending my part to an address other than my mailing address. I work on the road 360 days a year so when my truck needs something and I order it 1500 miles from home I'm not going to mail it to my mailing address. Yet they cannot grasp that! This is the second time I have been burned by them and I'm done! I will never use them again. And I'd advise anyone needing something in a timely manor use diesel power products 1000x better service and I've never had any issues. Sorry but XDP SUCKS ANYMORE!

I ordered a compressor for the airbags on my truck 7 months ago but due to manufacturing delays my order was pushed back 3 times. After calling and talking to Monica she happily switched my order to another model of compressor free of charge. The new compressor came a week later and the install was smooth. I’d recommend XDP!

Bought a revmax valve body from xdp for a 48re. The valve body was bad right out of the box and didn't have second gear. Sent it in to revmax to tested. They confirmed it bad and sent me another one. That one was also bad right out of the box. No second gear again. Sent it back to revmax, and they confirmed the second valve body to be bad. They wanted to send me a third one, but I had already wasted a year of time and thousands in installation costs and transmission fluid, since I had to reinstall the old valve body after each revmax failure, dropping the pan 4 times in total. I opted for a refund that took almost 3 months to complete, after many phone calls and email. They main reason for this review is to steer people away from revmax products. I do not belive they test anything before sending it out the door, and their work quality is definitely subpar. I tried to leave a product review on xdp's website, but they apparently only allow for 5 star reviews. So I would be leary of any product that doesn't have any reviews, and obviously can't trust the 5 star reviews either.

My previous experience with this company was good. However when ordering parts this time the website listed parts fitting my truck that don’t actually fit. One was back ordered so no problem there but when I went to return the control arm ( lower) , it cost more to return then I paid for it. On top of that I would have to pay an even higher premium to get it returned before the 30 days cut off. In short I will not be purchasing anything from this company again. I called customer service and they told me that if it wasn’t returned by Thaut off date there was nothing they could do. So now I have a part that is useless to me and a company that says it’s not there problem when it is their website that said it was the right part! Since this review XDP customer service has reached out to me, sending a shipping label to return the part and process a refund. Thankyou XDP I appreciate it.

It’s Jake in Las Vegas. That is the problem and the reason for this review. I have come into the warehouse showroom a few times trying to find parts and get some support for my truck. Without fail every single time Jake is in a bad mood and comes off like he doesn’t wanna be there and that he hates his job and his life. I don’t find any problem with the products and pricing is even fairly comparable. But when you have employees that have zero customer service skills and have no desire to really help anyone or go out of their way to make the customer feel like family and make them feel like they want to come back and only purchase parts from that company there in lies the problem. If you’re going to purchase from this company, make sure you do it online and try to avoid any person to person interaction unless you can request someone other than Jake. It’s sad really
