I recently had an oil change here, and it was an excellent experience! I also had my brakes replaced, and the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Marcos, the owner, is fantastic—he's not only friendly but also takes the time to explain everything in detail and break down the pricing. The transparency and professionalism really stood out. This place is absolutely fantastic!! I was quoted over $700 other places to replace the head unit to fix my AC that wasn't working. Busy Buggy checked the coolant which was about a third of what it should be topped it off and fixed the head unit for about $100. All this was done same day!! Not to mention their lobby is extremely clean, they have tons of complimentary drinks and places to charge electronics while you wait.

Very clean,organized,professional run shop. They take their time to diagnose any other problems you may have and they give you very honest and cheap estimate. I check around and busy buggy's estimates the most cheapest. Job they do very professional and fast. Oh and they have the best costumer service and best costumer waiting room also... Highly recommended shop,won't be disappointed. Thank you Busy Buggy for all the hard work.. you guys number one ;)

I had to change my review rating and say that this guys is a serious liar, it was DEFINITELY the shop I went to to, stop playing games! I’m the guy that had them install the exhaust on my car, took 4 hours and than after it was done the exhaust tips were severely crooked

Don’t take your car here. They returned my car to me with a slashed spare among others issues that weren’t fixed correctly. I brought the car in for front end damage. There was nothing wrong with the non slashed spare I had in the trunk. The repairs also took a week longer than quoted

I usually just come in for oil and filter changes which they take care of just fine. If anyone plans on having this shop install an exhaust for you, please don’t do it. I had the Corsa extreme exhaust and it took them four hours. After it was done the tips were crooked. This guy will rip you off. DO NOT COME HERE FOR MODS!!! Also this guy is lying when he is saying it wasn’t his shop, IT WAS. Stop playing games!! I had him at 2 stars but since he wants to lie he gets one..

Marco, our mechanic is the best in town! And his shop is conveniently located in case you're just visiting and staying on the Strip. He's off Spring Mountain Blvd close to the 15 fwy in Chinatown (rear location). He's an expert in foreign cars (American, too), but since my whole family and I all drive German cars, it's great that he knows what he's doing! We all go to him. Best rates! Best service. Great attitude! And he and his team get the work done fast without cutting corners or compromising their expertise. There really is an "honest mechanic" here in Sin City.

I came here last month and I was recommended by a couple co-workers to come here for work on my Toyota FJ Cruiser I bought 2 months ago. Carlos was very helpful with having it inspected and going over my concerns that most FJs have. I did get some front end work done that was needed and also had some parts replaced that would need to be replaced in the future , but since they already were going to have it taken apart why wait to do it and have to pay for more labor in the future. I believe in fixing it right now before it breaks and then you have more trouble. I just sold my old car that I had for 10 years today and because I take care of my vehicles the guy didn't even haggle over the price and bought it. He didn't even test drive it first till I insisted ! Anyway , I will be back the end of this month to do fluids before I move out of state. I highly recommend Busy Buggy. They did great work , saved me money , and did the work in one day. I dropped off in the morning and picked up late afternoon. Also I love my 2010 FJ Cruiser. I was looking for a 4Runner for some time now and was lucky to find this one for a great price and great condition so I jumped on it. Everyone says it fits me more than the 4Runner. It is remarkably well taken care of for it's age and it has the same motor as the 4Runner and is more capable off road.

5/5 Came in for a serpentine belt job. The shop is well kept, very clean for an auto repair shop, comlimemtary refreshments, had live futball game on the flat screen, chargers for your mobile devices and free wifi. First thing I noticed was how clean the waiting room was I felt like I was in a high end Dealership with complimentary coffee and drinks. I thought my car had major mechanical issues but he called me and told me it was a simple fix and I ended up paying a quarter of the estimate. He took the time to show me what was wrong and gave me good advice. I thank them for their honesty, fair pricing, clear communication, and quality work and fast service. I appreciate the staff's professionalism and knowledge. Its nice to see an honest mechanic especially here in Las Vegas. Busy Buggy will definitely be my go to auto repair shop.
