Well..,first of all there Should Be A Law against taking Advantage of Elderly people that DONT have ANY knowledge about automobiles!long story short.., my 80 YR. Old mother brought her 2003 Chevy Impala to be fixed,she had to struggle taking it BACK and fourth twice, o.k,But the issue I have is when they told her that there is NOTHING they can do for her., THATS A RIP-OFF.if you cannot fix this old ladys car.., WHY TAKE HER MONEY???

Life Savers! I was traveling through Nevada on a road trip when my car suddenly overheated — talk about panic mode! I pulled off and luckily found this auto body shop nearby. From the moment I called, the staff were calm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They had quickly got right to work….diagnosing the issue. Turns out it was a busted thermostat and a leaking hose. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and even let me wait inside where it was cool (which was much needed in that desert heat). They had the parts delivered fast and got me back on the road in just a few hours. The price was fair — especially considering how stranded I felt when this all started. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. If you’re ever in the area and in need of honest, fast, and friendly car help, this is the spot. Woman owed shop! Karla, Noel and even their son Matthew who worked there over the summer are the kindest, most compassionate people I have ever met. An honest mechanic and awesome are not generally synonymous. These folks not only talk the talk but walk the walk. They are competitively priced, if not lower than most, I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler X that needed a new engine. They have done a fabulous job! As a woman, I have been taken advantage of so MANY times but not by these people. This is the only shop I will ever go to again. I was so fortunate when I asked one of my vendors. Iv been coming here and they truly offer top tier service and really explain and offer solution for what's needed and not to build the ticket.
