Being that this was the last place that serviced my Lexus, I was hoping for a miracle when I returned to inquire on my wheel lock key. Being that I'm in the process of replacing my tires, the key is missing. So a logical step in back tracking my vehicle's history. It's disappointing and makes me sad that the front desk clerk had no sympathy or concern for my dilemma. He never inquired about the date of the tire rotation, never bothered to check data history or even attempted to get off his chair and ask the mechanics in the back. He did ask what type of car it was, I said "Lexus" then told me to go to Lexus and purchase a replacement. 🫤 Honestly, we all have bad days, I would have been super happy if he at least got off his chair and walked back and pretended to inquire. I wasn't even given that.

I came in for a new alternator on my work van and they charged me $1500 and never even told me it was an after market alternator when purchasing it, when you look online an aftermarket alternator is $700 with labor. Not only is this place a ripoff but when they replaced it they cracked my compressor bracket on my refrigeration unit when putting it back on and just left it there, as i left i heard the pulley making noises and i thought it would go away and it got worse as days went on and the pulley snapped because of the cracked bracket and now i have over $2400 in damage and i reached out to their shop and also corporate 3 days ago and they said they will call me back to rectify things within a day or 2 and i still havent heard from anybody. If i dont get a phone call soon i will be having my lawyer draft up something ASAP.

Simon was genuinely the kindest and funniest person I’ve ever met. I had high expectations for this place based on the reviews here on Google. However, things fell short. First, I requested an online appointment and never got confirmation that it was confirmed, even many days later. I then had to call in to make one. Secondly, it felt deceptive. Both on the phone when making the appointment, and when I arrived for the appointment for new tires, the representative included the optional tire protection package in the price without even asking if I wanted it. With a cost of more than $150, this isn't a minimal charge. Stuff like this should be discussed with the clients so they can decide what's best for them. Finally, their website offers an "out the door price" when requesting an appointment. However, it's definitely not an "out the door price," as it comes with a disclaimer that prices can change, etc., which the shop was quick to point out. Of course, my prices changed (spoiler alert: they went up), which begs the question of why offer an out the door price if it's not legit? That said, the service was good, and the new tires feel great.

David greeted me with a smile, I told him I needed a battery. He had me go inside to start the paperwork. Simon greeted me professionally and pleasantly. They did a full inspection of the car, and determined the battery was all I needed at this time. They installed the battery quickly and efficiently. The car needed to reset all the electronics, they asked me to drive around the block to clear them, and then come back so they could ensure all was well with new battery. Everyone was friendly, and helpful. I am new to Las Vegas and was looking for a car repair place, this is it. I trust them and will be back!

One of my tires blew out, so I replaced all four tires. However, the tire pressure warning light is still on, and the steering wheel is pulling to the right. it’s a problem that the wheel alignment and warning signals weren’t fully checked the first time.

They fix things properly but make up things that need to be fixed. Last time I was there they found “three” issues that would’ve cost me over $2000. I only fixed the one that looked like an issue and went to a different shop for a second opinion and there was nothing wrong with those parts.

I had an unrepairable sidewall punctured, passenger side.front tire. So I took my car to my neighborhood Tire Works shop. The extremely patient and knowledgeable front desk service spokesman name Chris explained to me all of my choices on an replacement tires, their warranty and every 6000 miles follow up tire inspections. Because Chris was so on top of his game and took his time patiently guiding me to a well manufactured replacement tires that I ended up purchasing 4 new Yokohama tires and at that time they were offering a free promtional wheel alignment. I highly recommend Tire Works on 7070 S. Jones Blvd L.V. NV and ask for Chris.

Gus, the manager was amazing ! He really put in the work ( submitting pictures and videos)to get my car warranty claim approved. It took 5 hours and I had to buy my own lunch 🙃 but, not having to fork over $2,500 for car repairs during the holidays is well worth it ! The 6'7 receptionist dude needs to work on his customer service skill , but other than that I'll definitely give this location my hard earned money and recommending TIRES WORKS to my family and friends because of Gus ! I crawled into the shop at S Jones & Badura knowing I needed 2 tires. There were 2 men there who helped K. Taylor was professional & shared I needed 4 tires, communication with the staff showed me safety was their main concern. I got a good deal on 4 tires, I was in and out, even with an alignment in a little over an hour! Highly recommended!!
