What a joke of a store. You should avoid this place. The parts specialist that help me shouldn't even be allow to step foot in an auto parts store. parts I wanted was at another store. Promise me that it will be there in the morning latest noon. Fast forward to next day at 1pm. Parts are not there, then I ask if they know what time the answer was "when the hub sends it". Can't give me a straight answer then I ask to speak to the store manager. The answer was that they did not have one. Ask for the manager on duty and ends up everyone else was a manager. Got my refund and got out of there. Funny part was at 9:43pm someone call and told me that my parts are in. What an embarrassment. That is why I am so happy when my customers brings me an AutoZone diagnostic print out. Free toilet paper. Maybe they should plug the scanner in their store I bet it would read P0DU1773 which translate to malfunction of workers

I gotta tell you. It was the closest autozone to where I was. My back license plate almost fell off because when I bought the car it was never properly installed. Sooooo….i quickly came over to this location & Trevor & his colleague that were working provided exceptional customer service. They were professionally, courteous, & was able to help me resolve (what seemed to be a very simple issue; which was not) a complex problem. Thanks to Trevor & the team at Autozone Blue Diamond. I have visited this Autozone location several times and have always encountered pleasant and helpful employees! Most recently, I had a unique problem: my coolant cap popped off while I attempted to fill the coolant reservoir. The cap landed on the ledge of my fender under the hood, and I couldn't reach it! I drove to this Amazon location for assistance, and a cheerful employee named Cassudy used a magnetic rod to retrieve the coolant cap! I recommend this location!

My battery died for my WRX and it was still under warranty- I initially came to confirm on Labor day, 2025 and was assisted by Grayson and was informed that my battery was still active & under warranty- I was informed that my battery would be ordered from their hub and would be either delivered at 130pm or 530pm - I was a little disappointed that the battery didn't arrive- I followed up the next day and called and spoke to Mike- he mentioned that it would arrive at 530pm and it didn't as I never got a call- I followed up again, Wednesday, and spoke to Ryan- he informed me that it should have been there but it wasn't and re-ordered the battery- I got a call from both managers (Ryan & Paul) and was told my battery had arrived! All in all, eventhough my battery didn't arrive when it was suppose to, Ryan/Paul & their team was able to give great service and would definitely be back to this Auto zone location! Thank you guys!

I own an RV and it is parked for the summer. I don't want to leave my RV battery outside. Someone could steal the battery and/or the battery could lose its charge. So, I went to AutoZone Store #6169 (at 4559 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV) to buy a trickle charger for the battery. That way, I can keep the battery indoors, hooked up to the trickle charger, and simply plug the charger into a regular 120 volt A/C home power outlet, and the trickle charger would maintain the battery. RV batteries are different than regular car batteries, so I had a lot of questions about the trickle charger being compatible with a RV/marine battery. After some Googling, Store Manager Deanna helped me choose a nice trickle charger (see picture). Deanna was helpful, patient, friendly, and professional. She assured me that if the trickle charger is not compatible with my RV battery, I could return the trickle charger without hassle. Such good customer service. Thank you Deanna! Thank you AutoZone!

My wife went get service with a tail light 🚨 because I wasn't able to be there the clerk told her he didn't have time for, after I arrived, I noticed the same clerk outside helping another customer. Big mistake... gave you a One Star, ✴️ for poor customer service at the Maryland parkway location.. everyone deserves service no matter what color they are.
