Big Ron & Chuck helped me out so much after my neighbors hit my car. I ran into some issues because they did not believe they caused structural or mechanical damage (aside from the cosmetic damages they caused) and the team at USA auto helped see that there clearly was very dangerous issues that could have caused death to myself or other people on the road. Thankfully they informed me to not go further with driving and I will get this situation taken care of. A huge thank you again for diagnosing my car. They really care and are honest here and did not charge me. I owe these guys lunch at the minimum.

Went in for a oil change now my car idle is off and it keeps cutting off so I did my alternator a week prior and my engine cover. I didn’t over tighten it. They took it off and put my screws on extra tight where I had to break two of them off. Why did they have to take off my engine cover? I went in there for an oil change. This place is trash.

This location is by far the best. The attention to customer service is above and beyond. They care for the customer walking in from the start. Chuck is very attentive and caring. Paige is the friendly face greeting you at the front with a caring and friendly smile and attitude. I would highly recommend this location to get any service needed on your car.

LIARS I took my car in and told them it may have a transmission issue cause it was jumping going into 1st gear I was told it was not the transmission but head gasket I was shown where it was supposedly leaking went through snap cause I was quoted $2500 and it would be fixed by Wednesday. Wednesday came no call or nothing so I called and was told the mechanic wasn’t there he would be back in 30 minutes 5 minutes later he calls and said the gaskets didn’t fit and had to be reordered parts just came it should be ready tomorrow (Thursday) so ok just give me a call and let me know what’s going on, he assured me he would. Thursday came no call or anything I went by to see what happened note parts had to be ordered car still not done ok fine all we have to do is put it back together he said ok I asked again just call me.Friday comes no call I go up there my car is setting in front I get the paperwork signed and get in my car to leave only to have it jump again like before I take it back tell them it’s doing the same thing mechanic drives it with me in the car we go back to the shop and I’m told I need a new transmission. The whole time they had my car they never checked the transmission not even the fluid my car is currently at a Kia dealer ship service department I don’t need a new transmission I need a flush and a sensor which is what I said in the beginning, but out of a car for another week. Now I am paying for a loan and my car is still not fixed. It goes to show if you are a woman they will tell you anything to make money off of you. LIARS!!!

Do not go here unless you want your money stolen they do not know what they’re doing. Trust me went there to get my car fixed. Car is still having the same issues and it’s not even Engine I need a new wheel bearings, They couldn’t get the parts for the wheel bearings so they snuck and switched out my control arm instead on the side that I needed the wheel bearings Car still making all the same noises. Call them. Take my car up there. they tell me I need to pay 800 more dollars for wheel bearings after I just pay 1500 for timing chain and control arm that I wasn’t aware of being damaged

DON'T COME HERE!!! Poor customer service the worst experience I've ever had at a car repair place. The store manager Jose is a liar and the repairman do not know what they're doing. It takes forever for anything to get completed and then still isn't done correctly. There is no upper management with USA Auto service only a email which no one ever responds back to you. DON'T COME HERE

This used to be a good honest shop, untill recently, I've been a loyal customer for many years, and I've never been scammed so bad in my life. I originally came in for an oil change was later told my brakes needed to be replaced along with the rotors. I was quoted at $880 for the full thing. I say hell no how much if I just brought you the parts I was told $170. After retreating the parts and returning back to the shop, I was quoted another number 150 for both sides 300 total. I walked, a few minutes later he came back with a counteroffer 200, I was in a rush that day so I took it. Only to later find out while, my car is in the air. That half the parts I bought were incorrect, I was told 100 each side then he through an extra 50 dollars on top 250 a $470 bill, oh and by the way it's $20 to use your card??? Never going back ever!!

Do Not Recommend The worst car mechanic experience here in Las Vegas, NV (2025). We were over charged by a now fired manager. We gave them another chance and let them fix what now some how has turned into another issue that turned into another issue thereafter after just spending $3.5K. Our total expenses so far has been over 4K. Our car still is not repaired, and the new managers avoid our concerns and provided unacceptable customer service offering no empathy or substantial resolve for our situation. We will never go back there and DO NOT recommend anyone to go there either. We should’ve trusted our local mechanic.

So backstory, my dad wanted to surprise me for my birthday and take my truck to get an oil change as part of my birthday gift (in dec) and I love my dad for that and honestly still grateful for him what I’m not grateful for is the employees at USA auto taking advantage of my older dad and telling him that they can do an all fluids flush for approximately $200 with an oil change on top of that Now we’re on the first day of March and I need an oil change. I decided to go to a different shop because they were closed on Sundays thank you God The technicians let me know that USA auto must’ve used an impact gun. To put my Drain bolt back on luckily, I didn’t have to pay for a new oil pan just a new bolt and I then was notified that none of my fluids have been flushed. My coolant looks brown. My power steering is low and the oil looks kind of bad for only being 3500 miles. I will never be taking my business back to USA auto may everybody please be aware of what they do and watch your car at all times
