Be careful. I Was charged more than the dealership for an Oil change. I honestly wish I would have went to the dealership and paid the extra $100 for their 3year plan at bmw. I drive a 2017 440i. No reason I should pay more than $200 to get my oil changed. Especially when no one else in the vallley is charging that high. My car was there til closing and they didn't even change my brake fluid as requested. The only reason I picked a new mechanic was because of its location to my mother. I will go back to bmwonly where I should have stuck with originally. The 4.8 stars got me

I feel like the staff here went above and beyond to try and service my needs as good as possible. They provided me a complimentary ride to the nearby shopping center since my service was taking a little longer than expected (the tuning company that provided the software that was being programmed on my vehicle wasn't able to return their calls right away). The even provided the programming complimentary since the service took longer than expected even though it wasn't their fault at all. I was really impressed with the customer service and would recommend SouthWest Bimmers to any of my friends.

I've got to say, this is the most professional shop that I've ever been to in Las Vegas. I had some work done at another shop, and my issues weren't solved, so before taking it to the other shop again, I called Southwest Bimmers to see if they would take a look to verify that the work was (or wasn't) done. Hannah (who is awesome, by the way) told me that they would take a look at it for free. They had me in and out within an hour or two, showed me the defective parts, explained why they needed to be fixed, and gave me an estimate. They also removed my undercarriage cover and rotated my tires for free. It was such a pleasant experience working with these folks. I will definitely be back in the future!

After a friend and I made the mistake of taking her BMW for an urgent brake work estimate at another shop (which gave her an outrageously high quote for work that did not need to be done), we looked for a "second opinion" and were very fortunate to find Southwest Bimmers. Anthony had his crew examine the brakes, and they determined that the rotors definitely did NOT need replacing , and that they could do the necessary brake work for about one THIRD of what the other place wanted to charge. The job was done quickly and efficiently, and they even fixed some errors from an oil change that had been done at another place. We couldn't have been more impressed with Anthony's calm, friendly demeanor and his straightforward, HONEST professionalism. It was a breath of fresh air to discover this kind of no nonsense, high quality customer service from a local specialty mechanic. Anthony's knowledge, integrity and great people skills, along with his crew's top notch work, has made for yet another loyal repeat customer. If you have a BMW, there is no other place in Vegas that you should take it to for service.

The staff is amazing. I used them in February for the first time for a routine oil change on my 2011 BMWx3. They were reasonably priced and very efficient. As an older woman, I am always apprehensive approaching a new car repair shop. At the end of March my car broke down during rush hour on a Friday night. Shaken, I called Southwest Bimmers and they agreed to stay open for the tow truck to bring the car in. Throughout the process they kept me informed, showed me what parts were affected and discussed what was reasonable in terms of repair. Truly a terrific place.

Since moving from Tucson four years ago where I had a trusted reliable repair shop for my wife's BMW, I had not been able to find such a shop here in Las Vegas. Well, that changed today after taking a leap of faith with Soutwest Bimmers. They diagnosed the issue with the Service Engine soon light on, called me with the cost and my OK to proceed and it was subsequently repaired at a sensible cost. They did not try to upsell just fixed what was wrong and advised if anything need further attention. By chance when I went to pick the car up, I met with one of the co-owners. Very polite hospitable fun to talk to and obvious very customer focused. I will be returning!!

Amazing job by Southwest Bimmers! Was told to come here from another shop after they serviced the car to clear out codes since they didnt have the tools/software. Writing another review for SW Bimmers. Hannah, Anthony &Walter delivered once again. My BMW has around 90k miles on it and the water pump was not functioning. Hannah was very responsive and they were able to fix my car very fast. They were also very accommodating on the price. SW Bimmers checked all the systems and codes to make sure the car was safe to drive and the car runs like new again. Thank you SW Bimmers.

I went to this Bimmers shop for work on my 740 that BMW of Henderson had quoted me with The -ridiculous overpriced estimates. The service here was great they communicated with me every step of the way. Melissa was awesome to work with, and their pricing compared to the dealership was fair, reasonable and saved me money. It didn’t compromise on quality, which I absolutely appreciate. I will definitely be returning for all my vehicle needs in the future.
