The absolute worst. Horrible place to do business. Brought my brand new Explorer in for repair on April 29 after another driver hit me. My car has been there in various stages of “repair” for THREE MONTHS. They tell you over and over they have to ‘order parts’ just to get you off the phone or out of their office, and then apologize and blame other employees when your car isn’t repaired. An employee quit and they actually told me ***he took his notes with him and they wouldn’t have even known my car was still damaged if I didn’t call them to see when it would be ready!!*** If you like people to schmooze you while they leave your damaged car sitting in the back, this is the place for you. If you want someone to actually fix your car when they say they will, definitely go somewhere else.

Very nice people to work with. Steve made sure our car was in perfect shape after an accident and was always helpful. Definitely recommend this place. Our car looks exactly like it did prior to the accident.

My husband and I brought our 09 Mercury Milan for body and paint and I would recommend this body shop to everyone. Dc was the person handling our car and the customer service was up and beyond what we could have expected. 5 stars if there were more friendly Ford body shop u would get it. Thank you for everything.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Meyer at the body shop several times. (People keep hitting my Thunderbird when it is parked)! He is the very best to work with. My car looks even better than it did before. I also talked to the Body Shop Manager Mike Giovengo to tell him how happy I was. I hope I don't have the need to come in again, but if I do, I will contact Steve Meyer. Awesome job and awesome service. I highly recommend him!!

This is the best place to get your car taken care of. I had a valet driver bang the side of my car up. I took it to Friendly Ford's body shop and they were able to fix my car and make it look brand new. It's a new car anyways but the paint and the blending really looked like it was never damaged. Further, the shuttle took me to my office and picked me up so that I could go on about my day and not have to worry about waiting for my car. They had the door and mirror fixed in two days. Shouts out to the team at Friendly Ford body, I have already sent two other cars to get taken care of because I trust that my friends won't get the run around and will get quality work. Thanks!!!

Made the misfortunate decision to take my truck into friendly ford after it was damaged in an attempted theft in 2019. These guys are incompetent at best, and dishonest at worst. Least transparent shop I’ve ever used, and they’re terrible about communicating with insurance. The icing on the cake was when they refused to acknowledge a mistake they’d made, leaving me to drive my truck in unsafe condition. After months of dealing with Ford, I gave up, and had T&M automotive fix Ford’s mistakes for $500. Ford repeatedly misdiagnosed the problem (that they, themselves caused) and my insurance had enough of it, leaving me to pay for work that wouldn’t have solved the problem. T&M was able to fix the issue (after accurately diagnosing the problem in a day or so) in no time at all. These guys don’t even know how to work on their own brand of vehicle. If Kim Jong Un owned a body shop, I’d let him work on my truck before I’d ever go back here. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of Friendly Ford.

You will not find a more helpful, knowledgeable and kind mechanic than Mike Giovengo at the FriendlyFord Body Shop. We brought our new Transit Cargo van to have a passenger seat installed (long story about why the van didn’t have the seat to begin with). He had to tap the holes to mount the seat. Additionally the seat belt I was given by the Ford dealer who sold me the van was not the correct seatbelt for that seat so he managed to find another seatbelt in his shop and make it work. He went above and beyond to help us and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend Mike and the FriendlyFord body shop!

Very poor quality parts and job not only took them more than a month to get my card fixed, two days after getting my car the part was badly put in place and came off and when I took it back to get it fixed and they told me that it was out of warranty and couldn’t do anything about it even though it was a two days old part and I called and they never answered and my request was denied to get it fixed even though it was them who put it in placed the part they put in placed lasted two days even if it’s a Ford body shop they don’t use ford parts cheap made and only last than 48 hrs. Good luck trying to do business with this guys hope you get better service which I doubt it.

Thank you very much Steve Meyer & Crew, he is a gentlemen, polite and very accomodating. I had some issues on the alignment of my Ford Flex front passenger door. They fixed my car in less than 30 minutes, and the best part of it is that I am very happy overall. Great Customer Service. Thank you again.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I took my 2015 Ford F-150 to get my rear passenger door repaired. According to Gary, the estimator, they were small dents. Unfortunately, these small dents have caused them to not repair the door and cause more damage. I paid them over $1,100 for these so called small dents. I had to return three times because they did not repair the door correctly. One of the dents was repaired but not the door frame. They took it back in to fix it and when they brought it out we noticed the second dent had not been repaired. They took it back again and after four days we went to pick it up and noticed the door was out of alignment. Gary took it back again to align the door and made it worse. He tried to convince us that the body shop did a better job of aligning the door than the factory where the cars are assembled. I was not satisfied so I finally asked to speak with the manager Mike. Both Gary and Mike tried to convince us again that the doors were aligned by telling me that ford trucks don't come with the same width on the gaps throughout the truck. "Not all the gaps are the same" is what he said. Mike took my truck back to the shop to realign the door again because he noticed the doors were not aligned. But instead of them fixing the door correctly, they altered the front passenger door to align it with the door they didn't fix. They probably didn't think we were going to notice. I have to say, at first I didn't. Now my front passenger door doesn't shut properly due to them moving it when they had no reason to. They are dishonest and treated us as if we were idiots. I definitely will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal counsel for the poor work and incurred damages that were done on my truck. I don't know how people like Gary and Mike can sleep at night knowing they are being dishonest and taking advantage of people.

It did take a REALLY long time but I think that's just because we all thought there was less damage than it turned out there truly was. However, part acquisition seemed to be one of the hold-ups. DC was the person who handled my repair and he was fantastic. Every time he talked to me he was professional, respectful, and did his best to make sure that things were moving along and that I was kept in the loop. He did a great job of working with my insurance and handling everything on his end making the process something I had little to be involved in. It was not a fun thing to deal with and, in the beginning, the office staff seemed a bit removed from the situation but it went pretty well overall. If I could make a suggestion to them, it would be to train their staff to be better with follow-up/through and to sound more pleased to help when talking to the customer. That suggestion does NOT apply to DC though. He was great at those things. My truck came out good as new and, though it has only been half a day of driving between me writing this review and when I picked up my vehicle, it seems like it never happened. Yay!

Garbage customer service. Was redirected here after the main shops service department messed up my original recall service. When I arrived, no one was around to schedule me, so I left my information for them to call me back. 6 hours later, there was no phone call. I had to call the next day two separate times before I got the clerk. She said the best they could do was 4 weeks away and that it would be in the shop for "at least a week" for a job that takes less than 2 days at most, and that's only if you allow a full 24 hours for the adhesive to cure. Do NOT waste your time with these fools.

They were superb. They show me several options to be done on my car but I decided few options in which they immediately took care of. They did a great and superb job on my car. One thing for sure, I was glad I took my car here. The gentlemen by the name, Ron, was very helpful from the beginning to end. He even save me $200 on the total. In which I'm very thankful for Ron looking out for me. He called me several times to make sure everything went well. My car was in the road in no time. The entire staff showed great concern about my needs as well. Thank you Ford team and specially Ron. God bless u all and Jesus loves you.

The worst of the worst, more than $500 to have a truck for two days and not even get a diagnosis. It's a shame that Ford is represented by these scams in Las Vega

I had an absolutely fantastic time working with Friendly's body shop to get my F-150s moonroof replaced. Getting ahold of them was a little tough but with persistence, you can keep calling and get through their lines, don't give up. After having my truck rejected by three different shops and another dozen not even bothering to look at it, I was relieved when they said that they would take it and fix it no problem. They told me maybe a week maybe three, and had it done in seven days. They were constantly informing me of what was going on and very upfront with expected delays when the part had to be ordered with no ETA available. Big shout out to Ivan being extremely patient and an excellent communicator and to Mike for being reassuring me that the repair was possible and accepting my truck within an hour of getting on the phone with him.

I’ve been waiting over a month to schedule my explorer to be dropped off, no one calls you back, they have had an insurance check for a month already as well. I’ve had to show up and that doesn’t help either. I’m ok if you are busy, but call and tell me that and keep me updated. Horrible so far and my car isn’t even there yet.

I am trying to get my truck fixed, unfortunately a person on a scooter scratched my truck and the person ran. This happened in the month of May. I called this place. Cristina attended me very friendly and professional. She made me an appointment. They gave me an estimate and I agreed that on July 10 I would have to take my truck to be fixed. On July 9, the day before, I called to verify my appointment. Secretary Nancy told me that they didn't have me in the system, I didn't have any appointments! Then, she told me that Cristina no longer worked there and that Scott had taken care of Cristina's clients and well, he was going to do me a favor to take my case, to take my truck on July 24, ah! and to bring my insurance estimate because Cristina did not leave any information. Today, July 24, I arrived at the office and Nancy took care of me and she says no, she doesn't have an appointment and at the end of the day I ask her if today they are going to start fixing my truck, she tells me no because first Scott has to look at all the cars that were with appointments and I say ok, any estimate of what time he can look at my truck? I come back because I don't want my truck to spend so much time in the sun when it's always been well cared parking inside the garage, I understand that she will be outside for necessary reasons to repair the damage, but she tells me that they are very saturated with work. I think that when looking at the way they work and they don't do things professionally, I think they don't have a manager since they don't act professionally. and they act like that's fine if you want if it's not until September. ?? meanwhile my $70,000.00+ truck with only 30,000 mills is going to be out there parading in the sun and dust. No thanks, there are more places with more professionalism, we are owners of 6 brand new FORD vehicles, we really like this Ford brand that's the way we decided to choose this place, but no more. A call to attention to the Manager of this place, please pay attention to these secretaries who are Not professionals and lie. They are going to be paid for the work, it is not free so that they are wasting our time since May when they told us about the first date.

Brought my truck in for a new bumper through an insurance claim. Tony Black took a look at my vehicle and was the one working on it. After a week, the communication to me was that it'd be ready the next day or the day after that for the NEXT THREE WEEKS. Not only was it always going to be ready the next day and nearly never was, but I was the one constantly trying to contact the front desk if not Tony's direct line. Even when I got a seldom call back, it was always a "guarantee" that couldn’t be upheld. I hope the work holds up and is sturdy for time to come but not providing a rental for work that you then took 34 days to finish ended up costing me an extra $1100 alone and that's on top of the full deductible that they refused to discount despite the untimely service.

My car is an older Lincoln for which parts are difficult to obtain. Tony Black was excellent at ensuring I received the best service and my car looks fantastic!

I brought in three vehicles over the last 2 years to this establishment. This last time is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Which was in September 2018. You will be literally treated as just a dollar sign and not as a person. Every time you go in to see what's going on with the vehicle. Mostly no progress has been made, not to mention they always talk down to you. Friendly Ford way overestimates any job they do. Charging way more than any other shop would. I give them credit they do do good work, but it's not worth being treated like you're nothing and your cars don't mean nothing. My 2017 Focus RS it's getting totaled out because it got vandalized someone poured paint on it. I understand they have to replace a lot of parts but it's not $20,000 worth. I even kindly ask if they would put my car together and they said no not if "I'm not your not paying for it" just like that I realize that this shops only out there for the money. At the end of the day my car was in there for a month all they did was tearing it down. Get my spoiler and put it in some water to see if the paint will come off. For that they're charging $2,500 to my insurance company. I can see now that's why my car is being totaled out. Friendly Ford it's just too expensive if you're trying to keep your car. I recommend if you're trying to keep your car and not having it totaled out please do your research and find a more reasonable shop. Friendly Ford does do good work, but if you love your car and don't want to get totaled out it's not worth taking here. On the bottom I'll be putting before and after pictures from when I brought the car to how it looks now. There's honestly no way this is $20,000 worth of damage. I'm convinced they're just trying to rip off my insurance company. Honestly they made my car look worse.
