this place will scam you and give you a price as an estimate and will add an extra $600 to your bill. The place is a scamming place, I came to fix my axle and he ordered a new one for himself and kept it and used a old one on my card which caused me to get stuck in Las Vegas (I’m from Los Angeles) we had to get towed because he knew we were tourists and wanted to take advantage of us… Don’t go there you’ll get scammed

Hands down the best auto mechanic in Vegas!! I had an AC problem driving from LA to LV and one hour into the drive our ac stopped working we decided to tough it out for the rest of the 3 hr Dr but it was too miserable. We drove around Vegas looking for a goof mechanic in Vegas and we found them!! I was helped my Marcos and he was able to give us a fair and affordable price to fix the problem. We were told it would take around 3 hrs but they got it done in 2.75 hrs!! Best mechanics around hands down!!

This place is awesome, the service is on point and the staff is super friendly. The day before thanksgiving they postponed closing for the holiday to replace my clutch. I was in a real pickle! They saved my road trip - I was half way through a two week long trip when my clutch started to go out in Vegas. One thing I really appreciate about the owner is that he patiently listened to my concerns and didn’t talk down to me. They also did the job quick - just 4 hours! Endlessly grateful for them!

Just wanted to share my experience. My friend referred me to their shop and it was a wonderful experience. They responded fast thru text in regards of my vehicle any concerns and question I had. When I brought my vehicle in they throughly checked in and gave me a quote and fast feed back. I came to Marco with no idea how to get the check engine light off. I had gone everywhere, trying to get to bottom of it without spending my entire savings. Done Right Auto did that for me. Best mechanics in Vegas! Husband and I were honeymooning in Vegas when our gas tank got punctured. I called up Marcos, he helped us get set up with a tow, got the car to the shop and fixed our car. Truly honest people and great work. They even took the time out if their weekend to make sure we could get back home on time. Truly grateful. DO NOT COME HERE!! Brought my car here on August 13th to get a new wire harness! My car has literally sat here for 4 months as I was lied to about it taking time meanwhile he did NOTHING on repairs like literally NOTHING apart from taking it apart!

After being referred to Done Right Auto Repair by a tow truck driver, I took my car there for repair. What I experienced was outstanding work at a great price. I had taken my car to the dealership and to well know auto shops, only to be used and taken financially. At Done Right Auto, Marco the owner, gave me exceptional service at a price I could afford. I now travel over 20+ miles for the service because it's worth it. I've been treated like family. He provides a service that speaks volumn over the dealership and other Auto shops. He's willing to work with me to correct any problems my car experiences. Since meeting the staff, they're helpful. I've made referral to my friends and they feel the same way I feel. They'll never go any other place to service their vehicle. Done Right Auto is dependable, knowledgeable and they care about their customers. They have definitely become family to me. The dealership and the other auto shops are just out to make money and send you on your way. Done Right Auto is committed to making its customers feel like family. When I was told my car was experiencing a fuel injector that would cost in the hundreds of dollars, Marco reviewed my vehicle and determined all I really need was spark plugs. Marcos went above and beyond with excellent customer service when my front axle broke this weekend. He provided photos and a thorough explanation of what part he was ordering, the cost, and time frame, and then over delivered! He was done same day, which was amazing. I then asked if he would clear my dashboard lights after doing a diagnostic and changing out the O2 sensor. He also changed out a rear light bulb at no charge! Overall his pricing was very reasonable, and I did not feel overcharged for shop fees or hours. In addition, Marcos exceeded my expectations: first he offered to drive me and my 3 kids (and a trunk full of groceries) across town to pick up a family member’s car while mine was being fixed. I offered him cash for saving me money on an Uber but he refused. Secondly he was very flexible with arranging a pickup time, on a Sunday evening with short notice! Third, when I showed up at his shop (which is clean, large and easy to find), he had repaired a big dent in my front bumper that was a terrible eye sore! No charge, of course. He absolutely made my day! Despite the after hours pick up, he didn’t rush me, but gave me time to test drive my car and answer several questions I had. All around, 100%, I would highly recommend Marcos and his shop to anyone needing repairs.

Done Right Auto Repair was amazing. My car broke down on the way in to Vegas. I thought the weekend was ruined until I met Marco. Marco took my car in after hours on Friday, worked on it that night, and was ready for me to pick it up in the morning. You can tell Marco cares about his company and its clients. Furthermore, Marco went above and beyond by driving me and friends to our hotel that night because we didnt have a car. I 100% recommend Marco and his team. They were great!

Don’t and I mean don’t take your car here MARCO I had car for over two months he didn’t even fix my car every week he had a different story oh it’s not ready I’m test driving it oh it’s not ready it’s still leaking oil whole time it looks like he used my car florist pieces like it was a pick a part I picked up my car nothing was attached and I do mean nothing please don’t take your car here he also kept &500.00 of a $1000.00 dollars that I put down cause he claim he repaired my head gaskets lol and bought pieces for my car worth $500.00 dollars
