I needed to come put my review here even though it has been almost a year now since service. Wow what a find. Don't hesitate to use Wally's Shop for your auto repair needs. Friday night we were visiting Disneyland Anaheim. While driving back to the hotel our truck got a flashing check engine light and a sputtering engine to spoil our travel plans. We were scheduled to drive back to Las Vegas the next morning on a time sensitive schedule for my work. From the hotel I did a quick search thinking we were going to be stuck until Monday or Tuesday. I found Wally's Shop come up in results and was stunned to see a 5 star shop for automotive with glowing reviews. The shop was minutes away from Disneyland and opened at 9am on Saturdays. We showed up right at 9am with fingers crossed. Wally the owner was at the front gate to greet people. Immediately he came over to ask what the issue was, gave a quick diagnosis, and said he could handle it to get us back to Vegas. This guy was glowing with cheerfulness. A quick code scan showed the problem. He immediately got to ordering parts and had us in line to get a new throttle body sensor installed. Wally said he should have us on the road in a 2-3 hours. He was very open on parts pricing and the cost to get the job done. Nothing hidden and walked us through everything he was doing along the way. The sensor could not be replaced on its own so the complete throttle unit needed to be replaced. He had the parts in a flash. It was installed and test driven. We were out of there by noon and on our way back to Vegas. This guy was a miracle in the rough on a Saturday. He treated us like the most important customer he had ever come across. I've never been so pleased with how an auto mechanic acted and represented a business. My only wish is that he was located in Las Vegas and he would have all my business in the future. If I am ever in the Los Angeles area and need auto repair I will travel to Wally's Shop without question. This guy "gets it". Thank you from my family for your amazing business knowledge, acumen, prices, and service. Thank you Wally!

Wally’s is the best! They are professional and HONEST. I stopped taking my car to Lexus for service because they were always trying to upsell me. I’d bring the car in for an oil change and they would say I need brakes or even a water pump. I found Wally’s online and they had great reviews, I’ve been taking my car there ever since. I've heard rave reviews from friends and coworkers about Wally's for years. At the time, however, I was driving a Chevy Silverado Diesel, and they only service Hondas & Toyotas. After 10 years, the Silverado started to have all sorts of problems with the diesel exhaust systems, and I ended up trading it for a Toyota Tundra. The 1st thing I did was bring it in to Wally's to get it inspected & serviced. The online appointment system worked flawlessly. Compared to the Chevy dealership, where you drop your truck off to get in the queue, and then have to wait 5-7 days for them to even look at it, Wally's was awesome. I dropped off my Tundra at noon and I had and estimate later that afternoon. The estimate was texted to me and you can approve or deny recommended maintenance via the text. In my case, I wanted to decline a couple minor things, so a quick call and those items were removed and a new estimate was sent right away. I approved the baseline maintenance, flushes, and new fluids, plus new spark plugs. The work was completed by 11 AM the following morning and I was notified right away. I was also able to pay the invoice online via another text. So convenient. There was no issue to swing by a few hours later to get my truck back. In fact, this shop has early and late drop off & pick up, which could be convenient in the future to avoid taking time off work to get a vehicle back before the shop closes. Anyway, everyone was super friendly and honestly I feel that I finally found a shop that DOESN'T give me that spidey sense that I'm getting screwed somehow. You know exactly what I'm talking about... If you have a Honda or Toyota, this is where you want to take it in Vegas. One couple we know has been going to Wally's for 30 years for their Hondas. That says something...

My first experience with Wally's was on the phone at 730am. The gentleman answered the phone with good cheer while listening to me explain our car/ battery issues. They were professional, understanding, informative and honeston the phone & in the shop! Not only were they so kind to see me that morning but caught me off guard when they did not charge me for their service. Im thankful for your honesty & integrity! By the way, Wally's Precision Auto Care is the epitome of the Cheer's Bar & theme song! While waiting for my vehicle everyone was so happy! Many customers were greeted by name and I can see smiles, hear laughter, genuine chatter, it was so warming! The customers seemed happy to be bringing in their vehicle, which I knew it was because of their staff & team! Overpriced estimate and upselling - get a second opinion. I brought my 2008 Acura TL here for a noise and received a $10,000 estimate covering multiple systems (rack & pinion, control arms, mounts, power steering, etc.). I had another respected shop with similar quality reviews inspect the same issues the next day and they completed the essential repairs (engine mounts and power steering pump) for under $2,500. The car runs perfectly. Staff were polite and communicative, but the pricing and scope were extreme. If you visit, I highly recommend a second opinion before approving any major work.
