After bringing my car for tire rotation one of my tires kept losing air, likely because the cap went missing. I can’t say they intentionally lost it or that they intentionally did something to my tire. However, they lied about fluid flushes that I definitely did not need. And I never had issues with my tires losing air until shortly after bringing my car here. The irony is that I told my girlfriend what was happening with my tires and her response was “that happened to me when I took it to a place called Meineke,” (she had no idea that was where I went). I don’t trust this place and would not bring my car back under any circumstances.

I will definitely return to this location! Staff were professional, but friendly. Felt like I was talking to long lost friends. The service was quick and thorough. And they were very honest about what I did and did not need. Cheapest oil change I’ve had for my BMW.

I was really impressed with the old manager here but he is gone now. Shane would waive the diagnostic fee if I had Meineke fix my Jeep but not anymore. They still fixed my Jeep but the poor communication and added diagnostic fee takes a couple stars off my original review.

This shop is committing straight fraud They advertise and send and have a coupon for an oil change for $59.99. I attach the coupon here. Read it nowhere on there. Does it say anything about these erroneous and hidden fees for oil disposal, and shop parts? Saw a 5999 oil change ended up at $89 out the door. Bait and switch deceptive practices this is easily a court case that would be one in small claims And it’s straight fraud Stay away at all costs

My air conditioning wasn’t working properly so I took my car in. River performed the intake of my information and it was a wonderful experience. It only took a couple hours to perform a check off the system and repair it! The shop is very clean, the personnel is very professional and the work seems very reliable and the prices are fair.

Brakes and rotor replacement. Management was professional and courteous. I appreciated being kept informed of the progress and the work required to complete the job. Unfortunately there was a delay, but the demeanor of management throughout made it very easy to accept any additional time needed. I will definitely go back for any auto needs that I encounter. I came here because my car window wouldn’t roll up and I couldn’t wait to fix it. I was stuck and couldn’t get to my usual mechanic. Big mistake. The issue was misdiagnosed three or four times, and after the second “we finally figured it out” call, I stopped believing anything they said. I had to call and argue just to get the price lowered. I even checked with my regular mechanic, who confirmed what they were telling me didn’t make sense and advised me to push for a discount. Once I did, they agreed—which just proves they knew they were overcharging in the first place. Even after removing labor costs, I still paid $1,000 for a window issue. I left feeling taken advantage of, and honestly, I think being a woman made it easier for them to try. I regret ever going here. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere honest.

Having a radiator messed up and the thermostat was full of junk. mr Richard was professional and kept informed of the progress and the work required to complete and there was no delay i took it at 7am and they finish with a job well done. I came in for steering/suspension repairs. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. I was told it would be a 1-2 day job, I get a call 3 full days later that it's ready, when I came to pick up the next morning they still weren't done. The engine bay was covered in oil and coolant, not from leaks, they just didn't clean up anything. Which seems ironic after finding rags in the engine bay right next to the belt. Oil stains in the cab on the carpet and broken plastic on the driver seat as well. The car is now making a terrible noise but no thanks, will not be returning.

They were right in some aspects, they also were very pushy. Some things on my car I had already replaced, such as the water pump. They said that it needed to be replaced, and advised me to have my car towed home. I drove my car to their shop, so I didn’t see any reason not to drive it home. They proceeded to give me a price of $3000.00 to $4000.00. You know there are predators out there who will take advantage of the Elderly. I don’t mean any harm, but I have decided to take my automobile somewhere else.

Friendly but, big problems with the bill. Store coupon for $59.95 synthetic oil up to 5 qrts plus filter change included. Got charged $102. I asked the manager Richard why the 70% increase from the coupon price and he said it was mainly because my car needed extra oil. I checked afterwards. My car has a capacity of 5.7 quarts. Reviewing the invoice, I was billed $59.95 for 6 qrts plus $9.99 for the filter (supposed to be included with the coupon) plus $35 labor (coupon did not state that labor was excluded). The coupon seemed to be irrelevant and they applied a $30 discount to my bill. Also got home and my car was leaking a little oil onto my driveway. Then 3 inspection issues/upsell for an extra $1000 which I declined. May or may not be valid issues. Will verify elsewhere. Consumer beware!

I’ve been struggling to find a car mechanic I could trust with my old car. This particular Meineke location (on Lake Mead & Buffalo, Las Vegas) is top notch. The folks working here are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you need your car fixed. My repairs were major! So they helped me find the best options, shopped around for affordable but quality parts AND they offered me a Meineke credit card with 6 months of interest-free financing. Extremely helpful in my situation! Got approved on the spot and I’m good to go.

Drove in for a diagnostic here on 2/11/26, got a call saying my car has some ceramic pieces of a spark plug in my engine and now cannot be driven. Asked every mechanic I know and they said the shop did it cause that’s not possible. Manager was nice but I feel like these guys were giving me the run around. My car was a total loss because of this sorry but I will never come back.

Second time using store #4168 for a routine oil change. Trying to figure out if this will be our new "go to" shoppe. The in shoppe experience was good. Today, three days after the work was done, I lifted the hoodnto dbl ck the oil level, car takes 6.8qts, the oil cap was missing and the cowling that goes over radiator over flow is gone. I call over there. Tell the individual who answered the phone what had occured and asked him to go out in the shoppe to look for the cap. He says bring the cat down and I said we are miles away and we just need a new oil cap...Didn't even look me up in the data base as he tells me to bring the car to the shoppe at 4:15 on a Tuesday afternoon. The arrogance when we started to banter about just order an oil cap if you don't want to go out in the shoppe and look was beyond the pale....So my experience was "SHIT" and I promise we will never service my daughters car there again...
