Louie and his son Gerard own Last Stop and I've been taking my car to them for years. I got to know Louie, who is originally from Bklyn, NY, when I moved out here. We became friends He and Gerard are excellent mechanics, and extremely honest. They are also some of the nicest people you'll meet. I highly recommend Last Stop Auto and if you do end up using them, tell them I recommended you.

I took our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude here on 07/12/2021, this was after taking it to the Jeep Dealership and being quoted a price that was way out there. The dealership wanted almost $1,300.00 to replace a thermostat on our Jeep. When I was giving Last Stop Auto Repairs phone number by my friend Jose and I called up I wasn't expecting it to be much lower than the dealership. But when I went to pick up the Jeep I was floored by the price difference. Last Stop Auto Repair is probably one of the last honest repair shops out there. It was only $218.27 huge difference in cost. Now I need my 2006 Nissan Armada to have some work done on it and I had called the dealership to find out if they could tell me why the oil pressure gauge is going down when the engine is warmed up just a little bit. Even the Internet can't tell me why it's doing th. I hope that The Guys at Last Stop Auto Repair can tell me why it's doing this. I trust them 100% and trust the Dealership -100%. I just wanted to see what kind of outrageous price the dealership would quote me. But there mechanics couldn't give me a straight answer so I be calling Last Stop Auto Repair in the morning to get a honest answer.

Gerard and Louie are great mechanics, we’ve taken many of our vehicles to them and in many occasions they just fix small issues at no charge and they are very reasonable when it comes to the big repairs. Definitely very knowledgeable about cars. I love this family.

Gerard repaired my car when the knock sensor went out. When the job didn’t take as long as expected, he refunded me for the extra time I’d paid for. Later, when I had a small issue that fell under warranty, he took care of it at no additional charge. Honest, reliable, and caring. I love Gerard so much! I'm so lucky to have him as my mechanic

This is a knowledgeable, family-owned shop run by honest people who genuinely care about getting your car back in top shape. Their pricing was more than reasonable—highly recommended! After reading the positive reviews, I decided to bring in my 20-year-old car, which had no service history. I explained the situation to Louie, and he assured me he would inspect the vehicle and address any issues. When I brought my car in, it was running a bit rough overall. They inspected it and fixed every known issue. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The car has been running problem free ever since. Thank you!!!

A friend of mine towed her vehicle there and was told that he was not going to fix a water hose because she has rusted pipes and she just needs to send it to a junkyard. When she just asked if he could fix the leak water part he told her he charges 150.00 hour and he refused to try to fix it and over holidays he told her she had till 1/2/2026 to get the vehicle out of there or he would have it towed. He has the key and was closed over the holidays and now in the 2nd he has not answered the phone so she could make the arrangements to get the vehicle. She has been stressed out over it. So if they claim to be trustworthy then they would do the right thing.

Old school service with a friendly smile. This was the third mechanic shop I had stopped by today and the only one that even acknowledged me. I was immediately greeted and they carefully listened to what I needed done with the car. They fixed everything needed to turn my "Needs Maintenance" light off and checked my fluids and refilled them without me even asking. The bill was so low I was literally in shock, and when I came back to pick up my car (that same day) I couldn't believe how clean their shop was. Every day, they clean up the entire shop at the end of the day to get ready for the next. Who does that anymore?!? I was treated with nothing but respect, and I can't wait to do business with them again. P.S. Even the bathroom was sparkling clean!
