Super nice, upfront & extremely thorough with their diag service. Because of a slightly higher estimate than another shop & a personal recommendation for the other shop, I elected to have the work done outside of ACR. That turned out to be a mistake on my part. If I had a do-over I'd give ACR this business. Next time I have an indy shop service need for my BMW, ACR will be at the top of the list for that work.

These guys are awesome! I’ve been using Jason for years on all my Audi vehicles and there’s simply nobody out there that’s more trustworthy than him. Thanks for always having my back guys! I’ll never need to see another dealership service department nightmare again!

If you happen to have a BMW made vehicle this is the best place to go! I took my Mini Cooper in to 3 different shops and this was the only place that could find the problem. George was very helpful, honest, and transparent. He updated me on the status of my car many times all throughout the repair time. He explained the problem and all the work that had to be done in an understandable way. He also took photos during the process and showed us the broken part. Thank you George and Adrian for being so helpful and reliable!

Above and Beyond! I have worked with this shop for about 5 years. Adrian and his team have always took great care of my vehicle! They went above and beyond when I was extended on several overseas deployments. They maintained the mechanical, electrical, and software work; kept the vehicle driven, clean, full of fresh fluids, and protected the overall paint and vehicle itself. Words cannot express my gratitude to this extraordinary team and family-oriented environment!

I visited my local auto repair shop to have my Audi serviced. The cost of an oil change was reasonable and competitive, allowing me to save money compared to the dealership.

My retractable convertible on my BMW was not working. I was referred here by another business and Jason was very professional. While waiting, I got to chat with the owner, Christine, who eventually gave me a ride home because they had to keep my car overnight. She also picked me up the next day and they showed me the relays that went out, causing my issue. Their price was very reasonable. I would have spent thousands of dollars if taken to a BMW dealer. Highly recommend ACR to any BMW, Audi or VW owner! Plus they replaced the battery with a correct battery I was not aware of!

They really know their cars, George is honest and tells you exactly what’s going on and gets to the point so you can make a Strategic decision. If something goes wrong after work is done by them , he will get right back on it.

My check engine light was on for my mini Cooper and they fixed it for a good price. They did not go straight to the most expensive fix. They know their craft. Great mechanics and the guy in the front Jason is awesome! He tries to help and is very honest.

The crew at ACR are wonderful. They took the time to accurately diagnose our issue with our Passat and fixed the issue for a fair price. Will be back as long as I own a VW

Josh and his team were very helpful on some repairs on my Q7 TDI. Not only did they turn the car around the same day but they also did me a huge favor and fix two small issues I was having for no charge. Good people, fair prices, and great work!

Went in for a coolant leak. Took them around 2 weeks to finally get my car ready. Granted things kept breaking on the old car still don't think the time it took to get the parts and repair should've taken that long. The customer service wasn't bad, and it seemed like the mechanics were trying their best, but didn't seem like they were the most knowledgeable. Left with a broken oil dipstick (guy offered to replace), a really loose gas peddle for whatever reason, and a missing heat shield from inside the car. Car now has new codes that weren't there before I took it to the shop, I can't completely pin that on them. It just seems like very odd timing considering the codes have to do with a possible vacuum leak and they were messing around in/near that part of the car. Also think if you do go to them try to buy the parts yourself, I got charged $300 for a $150 part that would've also been oem. I'd trust them with basic maintenance and repairs, nothing too intricate. They seem like nice people though, just not the best price for the quality of work they do.

I had my Mini Cooper oil changed in earlier. As their description states they specialised in German automobile. I had an appointment a week prior and the day they’ve done my service from there it was a smooth transition. Josh was my guy and his mechanic buddy that I did not get the name. They know their stuff and get the job done quick, no messing about. They are military friendly too. Price of service make sense compare to dealership. If you need service for your German car I would recommend them and request your appointment. 2nd review (17 December 2024) I just want to commend Jacqueline, I owe you this review. Last month I went back here again for a brake fluid flush as I was preparing for a long trip. I was the first customer, it was early morning we probably haven’t had our coffee. It was my first time meeting her, she was the nicest when she took care of me. We had our small talk then moments later, she stepped out and gone to the garage, she went back to me with saying my service request was not really needed, replacement are needed with all my request as it appears to be looking still brand new. Makes sense as I hardly drive my car. I was just touched by their integrity and their outstanding service. I will continue to recommend your shop with my people. Just wanna give my heartfelt thank you to you and your team, you guys are the best!

Always a good experience working with this shop! Not only did they get my 328i BMW 2008 back up and running. They are knowledgeable on the service they provide. And also in my opinion they have the best prices in town. Highly recommend coming to get your vehicle fixed and or simple oil change!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A SCAM! Went here to get an oil change and full inspection on our BMW that we had just bought. This place told us we needed to replace both the front and back brakes but everything else was in great condition - no issues. Left there feeling confident the vehicle was in great condition. Less than 12 hours later and maybe 10 miles driven total the check engine light comes on. As it was a Saturday this business was closed so I called and left a message. Received a call from the office manager Monday morning giving me a quote for the brakes. I asked her if she got the message I left about the check engine light and she apparently had not. I explained what happened and she seemed as if it was not their problem and may be just a coincidence. She said she “could try and get us in as early as Wednesday”. Really? So we have to drive around for 3 days with the check engine light on when I suspected it was something they did during the inspection. I told her it was not a coincidence that we got the full inspection and was told the car is in perfect condition except for the brakes and she didn’t seem to care. Decided to take it to the BMW dealership for the full inspection and to check the brakes. Well low and behold when this place did the inspection they forgot to reconnect the air filter to the intake duct . The BMW tech at the dealership showed us it was disconnected and also sent us a video confirming both the front and back brakes were fine, with the back brakes having been replaced a few months ago. And this place calls themselves “BMW specialists”? I feel like they were trying to scam my son and I into believing the vehicle needed new brakes. So now I’m out $120 for the inspection when I could have just gone to the dealership and had it inspected for free.
