They could've probably charged more and I wouldn't have thought twice. Electrical troubleshooting is not easy and after I failed to fix my own problem, Reddit said 360Auto was a good place to try. They fixed in two days what I couldn't manage in two weeks. And even showed me exactly how to fix it myself if it went wrong again. Everybody should bring their cars here and support local business.

Family owned business who’s honest, trustworthy and reliable when needed. I’ve been coming here since they’ve been open and I can trust them with my vehicle and its maintenance. They won’t try to sell you on something you may not need but will give you more useful information for future maintenances. I’ll continue to come here and prices are very affordable. Sometimes there could be appointments either days out or a week out, however it’s worth the wait. My advice, plan your maintenance in advance.

It was back in a corner, not easily spotted from the road but i did find it. The office manager was decent. Not overly welcoming but not rude. The waiting area was not the nicest but the most important thing is that they got my alignment right. I originally was going to get some adjustable camber bolts installed to correct my alignment issues. Leveling kit was wearing my tires unevenly. But it wasn't needed. My truck drives really well now and my new tires should last now. They do good work and i recommend 360 Auto.

Had an issue with my splash guard coming loose while driving lomg distance and was super stressed about additional bills just beofre xmas. I found the shop online and saw it was close by with good reviews and this is the first time going to a mechanic shop thats not the primary dealer. Richardo was our mechanic and he walled us through everything and explained what he will check and then come back to us with the findings. He waa very polite and full of energy, fixed our splaah guard, told us how it works and if it comes loose or needs to be replaced he showed us how to do it to ensure we have some knowledge. The team there were all polite, and Im loolong forward to continue to come by of every my car needs fixing!

Anytime I come to 360 Auto Care they take care of me and my brother! This visit I had them take a look at my under engine cover to see if it needed to be replaced. They told me it just needed to be bolted back up, and I ended up saving money instead of replacing the whole thing. Anytime we have come in they are honest and don't upcharge me or find things to fix that don't necessarily need fixing. I trust them to fix and take care of my vehicles.

I've taken my car there a few times and every time I do the car comes back better than before. Having spent thousands of dollars at two other mechanics to not only have them use the wrong parts and fluids but to install parts without warranty and having leaks and other issues after paying them that they wouldn't fix, I finally found 360 Auto. They do amazing work that is affordable and if they make any kind of mistake or there's something that loosens up after you drive it for a few days they are always happy to fix the issue quickly and with no charge. In the past, I highly recommend 360 Auto. However, 3 times when I had oil changes they didn’t put the splash shield back on properly and it would fall down and drag on the floor. They tried to cover it up, tried to blame me and never apologised. A professional looked at it, said they had it suspended with zip-ties and dry wall screws. Never let them change your oil. A splash shield should never be: • left dangling • scraping the road • held up with zip ties • held up with drywall screws this is really bad) • ripped or cracked from careless removal That is unprofessional and negligent service. A proper mechanic removes the fasteners, lowers the shield, performs the oil change, and reinstalls it with factory-style clips. Period.
