The front of house was nice with good service, but the work left much to be desired. When I got my car back, the new bumper had a lot of scratches on it and the fitment was very sloppy. It never should have left the shop in the state it was given to me. I had to point out multiple issues that to fix. I then found that there was a new big scratch in a completely different area to the repair. They tried buffing it, but its still visible. They clearly don't care about customer's cars and I'm scared what else might have happened to my car in their care. I recommend you find another body shop that has greater pride in their work. Also they pay to remove back yelp reviews.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you decide to get work done here, hang on to your paperwork for life. This way, when the work they do fails, and it probably will, you can get it fixed under their supposed lifetime guarantee. They did some very shoddy bondo work on our car, and it literally shattered. The woman answering the phone lines freely admitted this has happened to other customers. The problem is they will only accept an itemized bill from them as proof they did the work. They will say you are in the system, but they can't find your work done. When you offer to provide proof from your insurance company that they did infact do the work and it was paid for, they will say this is not good enough. Now I have to call back my insurance company to see if they can find a copy of the itemized bill so we can get this fixed. Just be wary. The promise of warranty is dubious, and the work done will be inferior.

I really have had good experiences here. Among the years this is the only place I've been bringing my cars because of the good work & positive experiences with the staff. There's been a few instances where I had to go back to have something adjusted or whatever with the work they did. Each time they took care of it & didn't try to say "it's not our problem". I will keep coming here in the misfortune of any other unfortunate fender benders

Very professionally run business. When I picked up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised that they had it washed for me. Pretty awesome!

Repair completion was two weeks late. Reasons for the delays were vague. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle a scratch was observed on the freshly painted hood. Further inspection revealed that there was still glass all throughout the interior. The windshield was shattered in the accident. A very weak attempt was made to clean the vehicle however the product used to shine the tires was sprayed all over the wheels that were not cleaned. After driving the vehicle home it was noticed that the oily product used on the tires was slung onto the sides of the vehicle. Additionally, the steering column was disconnected during the repair process. The shifter boot came loose when the vehicle was placed in park after the drive home. Crash Champions did correct the scratch and vacuumed the vehicle again. In my opinion, Crash Champions needs to apply attention to detail and utilize better quality control measures prior to returning a vehicle to the customer. Too early to tell if there will be any long term issues.

I just want to start out by saying that no one wants to get their car/truck repair; however this place is 10 out of 10. I unfortunately had to get my less than year old truck repair due to someone else mistakes. With that being said, I was very hesitant to trust any company with my truck due to the fact it barely had 6,000 miles on it. During my estimate, Matt was very helpful and very reassuring. I was able to take my truck in through insurance and got it back within a week. The truck is in the same condition I left it and if not better. It looks amazing and the work is impeccable. They definitely care when they do the work on these cars/truck and it’s just not another body shop. 100% will be using them if I have to again! Thank you guys for everything!

They took a month to fix a key cylinder and couldn't find parts for my steering column so they glued it all together. Horrible customer service, lady at front desk had an attitude Everytime we had to deal with her . Never using this establishment again . I'll drive further next time

Went in today just to get a quick estimate with my truck. I parked literally 10 ft from the door and told the receptionist all I needed was a quick estimate to replace a minor damaged bumper with a new bumper that's already painted. She went to see if anybody was available and there wasn't and had to schedule me for an estimate. First place I've ever gone into that hasn't had an estimator that would be available for a quote on the spot at least within 15 to 20 minutes. If you go here you might as well just have an appointment, Don't waste your time driving there without one
