These people at this department are lazy because there was customer ahead of me and they told her it will be 2 hours wait to fix flat tire and mine was just to change my flat tire with spare tire and he said my spare was no good. My spare was never been used. So so lazy

I was trying to get a single tire replaced. Before I arrived I had attempted to call to see if there was a tire available for my vehicle. The woman that answered immediately put me on hold and I remained on hold for 15min so I hung up. Presumably, the same woman was at the counter and I asked about getting my tire replaced. She told me in a condescending tone that she couldn't just replace my tire with any tire they had and that it depends on other factors she mentioned. That's all fine. I mentioned to her that an associate from another Sam's had already checked my tire and said that it could be replaced for about $200. Without even looking at the tires she suggested I go to Walmart or to another location where they could patch it up despite having mentioned the tire is not repairable. They checked the tires and said they didn't have any in stock and they'd have to replace two. So I took my business to the Arroyo Crossing location and immediately took care of me and replaced the single tire. Frankly, I feel as though she didn't want to help me. I think they need to be coached on customer service skills and verbiage they choose because the experience was offputting.

They should shut down tire and battery department. No worker here wants to work. The employees sending you away by saying its fully booked and not taking any walk in. I was there checking there were just one car in service and 3 employees there just chilling. When i tried to make an appointment for my TPMs sensor, they send me to other shop by saying their machine is broken. Its been broken for one year already.

Just closed my account and got a full refund on the membership fee. The employee couldn’t care less on why or even questioned for a reason. Encourage everyone to do the same and join Costco. The new one is opening this summer in our area! And Costco isn’t following any hateful and racist fascist rules.

What a joke. I was in Vegas on vacation from California when my I got a hole in my new tire I purchased from Sam’s Club. I arrive at 5:45pm to get it repaired under the “free road hazard” service. They are open until 7pm. The man at the counter rudely says “can’t help you. I have too much work already.” So, I’m left stranded with a flat tire and have to waste my vacation time to figure something else out. If you can’t help me even when it says you’re open, change your hours then. I will never buy tires at a Sam’s Club again. Their customer service and warranty is a joke.

Purchased from this Sam's Club # On, 06/2024. 1Set of, 4 Michelin Tires. $1200.aprox,cost. Happy at the time, New tires. 6 months later, I go for rebalance and tire rotation. The tire shop technician Reix? No longer works there. Totally messed up the wheel studs, and lug nuts. Wheels felt like off balance. Took my vehicle to Aarow Wheel Alignment. No problem with the wheel alignment. They don't remove the wheels. Made another appointment at Sam's club. Express to the technician what the issue was from the last time Sam's club touched the vehicle. This second time? He was the same person who did the wheel service, as far. Sam's club tire shop employees. They are not professionally trained. I took the vehicle to a professional mechanic shop. Dan's Auto. To see if they could find the issue. I was standing where I was able to see, watching vehicle being lifted. Then mechanic trying to remove the wheels. And some of the lug nuts could not be removed. And that is how I know that the Sam's club tire shop. Damaged and stripped the lugs and studs. I ordered the new parts, and had replacement of the studs and nuts. For the rear wheels, I payed $130.for the labor. And the front wheels had one right side lug. The nut was broken because lug being stuck on. All THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE SAM'S CLUB TECHNICIAN WHO DAMAGED MY VEHICLE!! AND NOW NO LONGER WORKS FOR SAM'S CLUB.
