I have been going to G&G Autohaus for 25+ years and that’s because they are without a doubt the most reputable, trustworthy and skilled Mercedes Service Center in town! They serviced my 1980 450SL for 24 years prior and now do all the service and maintenance on my 2005 Crossfire Roadster. I have sent countless clients to them over the years and will continue to do so. They just completed the 90,000 B Service checkup on the Crossfire and she is running beautifully! FYI, I travel clear across town (a field trip :) because they are “The Best”! My husband and I were visiting Vegas from out of town and when valet brought our car we had a warning ⚠️ light about our battery, we called Mercedes in Henderson and they didn’t have any appointments till later that week, hubby found this place on google and customer service was top tier, art was great and even tho we got confused with dealership info and the info he had given us he was patient and worked with us and we were in and out with in 1.5 hours on Presidents’ Day and we were able to enjoy our last day in Vegas. So glad this place was recommended to me. Emily at the front is so kind, friendly, and approachable. Everything you'd want for great service. Zac was my technician and I got updates at every stage. With servicing time sometimes being out of their control due to car system (i.e could take 30min could take 3hrs), Zac gave me a heads up so I can properly plan which I appreciated. They even arrange shuttles to drop off and pick up so you're not left car-less. Would highly recommend this place!

I had a check engine light that turned out to be a fuel pump issue. Everyone working there is very friendly. The ladies at the front desk made me feel welcomed and eased any anxiety I had. The techs were straightforward and informative. They were clear on the work that needed to be done, and set expectations about repairs can wait and what the consequences could be. Prices felt fair, and a lot lower than the dealership.

Took my 2006 SL55 AMG to them for an oil leak. They inspected it and found a major crack in the flex plate that could have been a major accident for the wife. They were awesome and repaired the car for a great price and quickly. Alec kept me informed throughout of the process and was very professional. Mike Garcia the mechanic did a great job and explained the process and the repairs to me in layman’s terms. I highly recommend G & G for any Mercedes services you need!

We own a 2015 Mercedes benz GLA 250 4matic. Recently had the following required maintenance services performed. They did a transmission fluid filter service, a minor tune up, and a rear differential fluid change out. They performed all of these services in less than 3 hours at a great price compared to what a dealer would charge. They let us know exactly what they did, they test drived our car and let us know it was in excellent condition. They are all very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and provided us with refreshments and a ride to meadows mall. We highly recommend any service you need. We also bring our RV Sprinter here for excellent service too. Thank you G and G

My neighbor recommended G&G when I commented on service pricing at a dealership. I took my ML250 in for a complimentary inspection. It was obvious to me from the start that G&G is a professional, honest, and reliable automotive shop and following the inspection I took me vehicle back to have my motor and transmission mounts replaced and fuel filter changed. The service was excellent—the vehicle was ready when G&G said it would be, it was clean, and the cost was very reasonable. G&G repaired my fuel sending units in less than a day and offered an A+ shuttle back to their N. Vegas location from Henderson. I plan to go back for more work on my Mercedes especially for car brand specific care which is important. Everyone was friendly and I cross checked their prices by calling around town and with AI. I even compared the prices to California. The online quotes with clear photos were especially helpful and they expertly cleaned the dust off of my engine. A++ business. My first impression was when I called them and asked for a quote to do the Service B on my AMG. They were able to provide me the quote without hesitation. This showed me they knew their business. Once I arrived all the staff was very friendly and professional. They completed my service on time and without any issue. I also appreciated the fact they provided me with recommend upcoming services with prices on a sheet of paper attached to my receipt. When they presented it to me they just told me it was there and didn't try to high pressure sell me other services on the spot. I appreciate that approach because I can then process it and budget for it on my own time without feeling pressured. All in all, my first experience with them was great! I will definitely come to them for my future maintenance.

Scheduled Service A for Sprinter Van online - staff called to verify which was appreciated. The convenience of online scheduling and the comforting reassurance of real customer service staff confirmation was greatly appreciated. Front desk team checked me in perfectly on time and kindly answered any of my questions as a first time cusotmer. They provided a very reasonable range of time to expect the vehicle available. Waiting room was comfortable but I took advantadge of the great diner next door as a way to pass the time. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner and the staff was thorough in reviewing all data. From booking to departure G&G Autohaus exceeded my expectations!
