I’ve been serviced at this shop since 2017. First time I brought my BMW 3 series to Z M after another “BMW specialized shop” told me that there is nothing they can do and my car will make that crazy noise forever. Zarko knew what’s going on, the same second when he opened the hood and started the car. It was a minor repair that was fixed within an hour. Since then it is the only shop I go to and recommend it to everyone!

My door lock did not open today from the outside and Zarko helped me out by diagnosing the broken door latch on the spot. Very quality work! Personnel there were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. Even gave me a cup of coffee which is an auto 5 stars. Aligned my 1985 911 for me which I was skeptical leaving to just any shop, but he really took his time to perfect it. Didn't rush it and send it. Really took pride in their work and I would for sure recommend to friends and family.

Flew in from Las Vegas to grab this car. Man, what can I say. I normally just Uber but it was a shock when Z offered to grab me from the airport. I knew the car would be perfect from that moment. Me and my girlfriend were on a road trip from Seattle and started noticing a funny noise coming from somewhere in the engine bay of our 2004 4runner (ended up being a fan clutch and could have been catastrophic). Fortunately we were recommended ZM auto from our family member who lives in Vegas and we able to get the car looked and the issue resolved in almost no time. The guys are extremely professional, shop is very clean, and they know their stuff. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this shop and am grateful they were to save the day and make sure the 4runner was ready for the long trek back home. Five stars.

Mr Z. Is a sweet heart. He was working on a car and stopped to check out my check engine light. I told him I needed a cam senser. Instead of charging me $400 to $1800, which other places told me would be necessary. In order to pass SMOG inspection. He simply reset my engine light. And saved me a whole lot of money. I can see why he's got 5 star rating.

Fast, friendly & wonderful service. As my bad luck runs, I had the harrowing experience of hitting a large roll of roofing paper that fell off a truck in front me in a major intersection. Being boxed in by cars all around me & attempting to merge for a turn lane, I had no time to react before the car proceeding me swerved around it & I hit straight over the top of it in a small Hyundai... I thought for sure my entire under-carriage was destroyed, steering links, wheel, radiator, etc ...by some miracle, it only broke the plastic covers, scratched up the front bumper a bit & knocked my alignment off (significantly to the right). As always, this occurred just days before I was to drive out of state, so had to be fixed ASAP. Calling around to the dealerships, no one would even make time to look at it, let alone assess for repairs for a week. I googled 5-star rated repair shops, with Z&M coming up. I called & they said to bring the car in just 2 hours later, and they would do an alignment & check the underside for unseen additional damages. When I pulled in, the shop was waiting & pulled my car straight in. *(A little hard to find the entrance in a cramped neighbored / alley beside a battery shop, but it was legit & they were ready to go when I arrived). An alignment was completed (as it was way off - which they showed me on the computer & print out confirming what I suspected) & we checked the underside to ensure the car would be safe to drive at highway speeds out of state. Not only did they provide this at no additional cost, but also replaced the broken plastic trim clips along the bottom that had been lost in the impact, securing the plastic trim under the car - correctly. *I was also advised of another minor alignment issue to resolve later on when the tires are replaced, that was a result of an rear wheel / curb impact I suspected occurred before I purchased the used car just a month prior. Due to the impact, the entire front plastic bumper assembly was also knocked loose, to which the gentleman at Z&M walked me next door to a small body repair business - translating to Spanish & English for me , securing an appointment the next morning to have it checked & secured as well. All said & done, a more than fair price, done right, done immediately, ensuring my safety & piece of mind for my road trip. It was completed without issue & I owe it to Z&M!!! Absolutely earned their 5-star rating & I highly recommend them!
