I highly recommend this shop for anyone I'm not someone who they paid to say this I've been dealing with Mario for a long time he's one of the head Mechanics up there I've had a 02 Ford Expedition XLT red that he keeped running every time he fixed it. it never broken again now I have a Grey Pontiac G6 GT that he has done work on before and of course completely fixed my Car has another issue that Mario diagnosed for FREE and fixed for a very reasonable price cheapest in vegas and reliable like I said Im African American and they treat me like family so if you looking look no further Garcia's Auto can assist you

This shop should have been CLOSED YEARS AGO Garcia is a scam artist 3-6-19 I took my land rover to this place and paid $495 to replace my water housing 10-1-19 took my truck to another mechanic and found out that Garcia NEVER REPLACED my water housing. Called Garcia and he told me that he DOESN'T HONOR HIS LABOR WARRANTY PASS 30 DAYS, but he will honor the part and labor costs are $150 for him to repair the SAME PART he didn't replace in the first place TOTAL SCAM ARTIST. HE EVEN tried to get my part from the junkyard !!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

We needed a simple repair done and were told it would only take a few days. THREE months later (after they stopped answering our phone calls) the repair was finally completed. The mechanic told me it would be ready on Wednesday. He called me on Tuesday to tell me the car was ready, I had made arrangements to pick it up on Wednesday so I told him I can't pick it up until late on Tuesday. He left the car outside and got it towed, costing me an additional $300.

Was able to get help with my RV on a late Friday afternoon promptly and efficiently! I was so afraid that I was going to be stranded in Las Vegas for the weekend and have to wait until Monday or later to get help. These guys are fantastic and have reasonable prices! Definitely recommend them!!

Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. I paid $4k to fix my engine, after about 8 months the engine breaks again and they didn't honor their 1 year warranty, they wanted me to pay another $4k to fix it. Not to mention they take 2 or 3 months doing repairs that can be done in 1 or 2 days and they don't take care if your car gets scratches or dents in there. I wonder how this place is still open for business.

First of all they changed the catalytic converter which he did a good job on it no complains, but 3 weeks later my car starting loosing power and turn off by itself almost as if the catalytic was not replace so I took my car under the warranty with them to find out they were going to charged me $522.65 and when Mr. Garcia called me earlier that day he gave me a quote of 480.00 and 75 to get a diagnostic and supposedly cleaned the spark plugs that leaked oil due too a faulty coil well to my surprise all this work was done already and the parts had been replaced and when I came to get my car the price increased form $75.00 to $85.00 and to get the job done now was 522.65 so I decided to take my car back which still had the faulty coils and the spark plugs covered in oil which he said he cleaned and was ready .,so no do not trust them go somewhere else before taking your car here or al least have a knowledge because they will charge for something that was already known.

Offered very low quote for maintenance, so I chose to give them my business. After several hours of them having my vehicle, I received a call stating the steps needed to take to do the maintenance (no additional problems identified, just listing steps for the quoted job) and proceeded to nearly TRIPLE THE AGREED UPON QUOTE! I refused the "offer" and was told they close soon, come get your car. I immediately went to get my car and they had it blocked in their garage behind other vehicles they were working. I had to wait for it for over an hour after being rushed to arrive because they were "closing soon" to be able to get to my vehicle. Not only was my quote extremely inaccurate just to get my business in the door, but their timing and customer service was poor. My final note is that when I eventually got my car, the keys were covered in grease, the hood, driver door and floor was also left greasy. NOT the way to run a business guys... if you're going to take the time to give a quote, give the ugly truth and be honest up front about the cost. Don't waste people's time by lying just to trick someone into dropping their vehicle off so you can pressure them into a different price. You guys are have given small shop mechanic garages a bad name.

I went to this location due to being referred by a coworker. I took my car there due to my vehicle stating it was loosing power and decelerating. It was diagnosed as a fuel pump issue. They assessed my vehicle stating I needed to replace the high-pressure fuel pump, fuel pressure sensor, and purge solenoid valve. After The vehicle was in the shop for 2 days I began to call them and question what was going on with the vehicle. They kept saying they had to check different things and they would get back to me. A day and a half past with no response I contacted them. They said that they would get back with me. Again no response. At this point they now are not answering my phone calls. I went to the location. The vehicle was paid for that day due to saying I have to pay for the parts first to start. I got my vehicle back. The vehicle was not starting properly and was still hesitating. I took the vehicle back to them they told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle still it just had to adjust. I drove the vehicle some more and the vehicle started making a weird noise and began stalling again. Two separate mechanics told me It was a failed fuel pump. I took the results by these two mechanics. They stated they would take care of it and assess it.They kept the vehicle for 3 days. During this time they failed to give me information and said would call me back. They finally returned my call and gave me their new estimate which had nothing to do with the fuel pump. They stated battery. Engine coils, and spark plugs needed to be replaced.This is the estimate they gave me. QUOTE...... Product NEW BATTERY 760/960 AMP 293.99 1.00 $293.99 Product SPARK PLUGS IRIDIUM 20.20 6.00 $121.20 Product IGNITION COIL 90.86 1.00 $90.86 Hours DIAGNOSTIC, LABOR REMOVED AND REPLACED SPARK PLUGS AND COIL, INSTALL BATTERY 380.00 1.00 $380.00 Subtotal _886.05 + Tax (8.375%) _42.38 Total $928.43 Amount Paid 0.00 Quote $928.43 The woman states that this needs to be done before they can evaluate if the fuel pump is working correctly. I inquired as to what does the battery have to do with a fuel pump but she kept saying that it did and it must be done before they can work on my fuel pump. She then stated well it probably wasn't the fuel pump we fixed It must have been the other fuel pump. At this point I wanted my vehicle back. Up on the return of my car several items were stolen. I do not recommend this place. They make whatever's wrong worse so they can charge you more money and don't even fix it properly. They diagnosed things just to get extra money to actually fix what the real problem is. Do not go there they will rip you off and mess up your vehicle.
