Update 10/2022 So Tammy has retired, which good for her, she was great in every visit for the past few years. Chris now mans the desk and everything about this place is still intact in regardings to customer service and quality of work. Just recently brought in a SUV that needed work and they got it running excellent and finished a day ahead of schedule. So thank you Chris and the mechanics of Royalty! Keep up the great work! Great customer service and fair pricing! The garage was clean and well organized. The front of house lady, Tammy, has a great attitude and it shows through her crew as well. Stopped in for an oil change which included a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Tammy and her crew pointed out some issues that were news to me, but we're not at all pushy about having it done immediately. It was presented more of a concerned parent kind of feeling. I would recommend them and plan on visiting again.

I was referred to this location by the one on Smoke Ranch/Jones, because my car repair was under warranty. Without hesitation-Nathan, the manager was able to assist me with getting my car diagnosed as soon as possible without any hidden fees or lies. The front desk staff, JR was extremely helpful and answering all my questions. I dropped my car off and within a few hours it was ready. They took really good care of me. They didn't try to upsell me or rip me off. I will definitely be returning in the future, it's hard to find honest mechanics-this place exceeded my expectations. Ps. I was able to work from their lobby on my laptop in a comfy and quiet place while I was waiting for the diagnosis.

I haven't been to a local mechanic shop for sometime, reason being..yes here it comes. There are lots of places in Las Vegas ready to take your hard earned money for repairs that are probably not really vital to running your vehicle. My vehicle is 14 years old and has only been to a local dealership for maintenance. I was recommended to Royalty by a close friend for a repair I needed and some general maintenance. I went in a week before to check out the place and was able to chat with Nathan and Jr about my concerns. I gotta say I left there comfortable and confident by the genuine personality I got from them. I brought vehicle in and had oil change, transmission fluid replacement, tire rotation and a repair to the coolant system. I was recommended to have a replacement of a water pump and I went along with it (dealership also said this). The end result I experienced was much more better than I ever expected. They cleaned all coolant from under vehicle so I wouldn't have to worry about any drips from any residual coolant from repair. Pricing is fair for the excellent work they performed, clean shop, expert advice, fast service. All work I had would've taken several days at dealership. 2 year warranty on work performed also. I'm sold on this shop and will return for maintenance as it comes up. Nathan and Jr along with the mechanics here deserve a shout out for convincing me this place is very professional. I would recommend. Vehicle was a 2010 silverado. Drive safe Update: vehicle running as should 3 weeks later. No issues with repairs made.

Irresponsible and DANGEROUSLY lazy workers. They are about to be sued for improperly installing fuel injectors which almost ended in a tragedy. They overcharge, are lazy, and again, dangerously incompetent.

I took my car here for a coolant leak. Well my car is still leaking coolant and now it’s running hot and a/c isn’t working. I have been back and forth to this shop for a week. The second time I brought the car back Nate says it might have just been an air pocket he insured me the problem is fixed. They even test drove my car for 20mins. Lord behold the next day I check my coolant it’s empty again. So now I take my car back for the third time but now Nate states it’s another problem and I need to pay for another repair.Fine I agreed and got the repair. Tell me why my car is still leaking. 1 week later now my car AC is completely out and my car needs a condenser. That was supposed to be repaired with the first repair I was quoted. I’m so exhausted because all I wanted to do was get the leak fixed but now it’s worst.

How did you fix the coolant leak when I brought the car back the very next day for the same issue? Not a few days THE NEXT DAY. I never brought my car to your shop to fix the A/C. Why would I do that when you never fixed the first problem? At the end of the day I paid for repairs for a coolant leak and your shop never fixed the leak. Instead they just kept recommending repair after repair. And I have proof. Horrible Service. What a nightmare.

I took my ecoboost F-150 to get inspected by them for having a turbo low boost issue and was told that my turbo was blown and need to spend 3900 for new ones. Their “inspection” was basically just scanning my truck and looking in the engine compartment. I didn’t believe their quote so I took it to another shop and they fixed the issue in literally 5 minutes. I would not trust a single inspection done from this shop since they obviously don’t actually do a proper one. Take it from me, don’t waste your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here for years - this time my Mustang was overheating, needed an oil change among other issues… I was tight on money, so they gave me a prioritized list of what needs to be replaced/repaired, so I can budget accordingly over the next few weeks. Got me out the door in about 2 hours with a full diagnostic test. They value returning customers over hard selling you on everything. Glad to have a place I can take my car and not worry about being overcharged or blatantly lied to.

You can tell they take pride in their work and do not cut corners. Employees are very friendly at this location and will treat you like family. If you like your car driving and running great I wouldn't recommend coming here. This is the result of Royalty Auto Services replacing two fuel injectors. They didn't do the work correctly and my fuel injectors were leaking. I almost died in this car and was in the ER and they don't want to take accountability. I had my insurance inspect my car and they found that the two leaking fuel injectors that they replaced were the cause. I spent almost $10,000 at this shop with my two cars l've brought here and this is how they treat me. Don't come here. Not just that, I got my oil pan replaced here and after they "fixed it" my car was still leaking oil. I brought it back and they replaced the gasket. The gasket was already supposed to be replaced the first time so idk why they didn't do it the first time. Overall this place is terrible and nobody should have to go through what I'm going through right now. I had that bmw less than two months. I've spent a lot of money and time on that car. I've wrapped it, new rims, tires, sound system, ceramic coating, touchscreen dash cam, etc. All of it has burned up due to Royalty Auto Services. I have all the proof and my insurance sent them the proof too. Nate is really careless and didn't care that I almost died in that car and l've been faithful to this shop. I even brought my brother's car there for work. I
