Y’all the manager really took the time to examine my car and he really took time to tell me what was wrong and show me what wrong and I really appreciate him fixing my car. He did a phenomenal job. I really appreciate the work the team did I want to take some lunch because it was a simple task and they did it and I really appreciate all they did for me. Great job Pep great job five star great job.

A friend of mine had some AC issues for his Kia when visiting and referred him to Pep Boys. Brought his car in the morning, was quoted a price and promised it would be completed by the end of the day. By the time it completed, cost him another $600 and repair extended to the next day. In addition once he returned to Arizona the AC stopped working again. After taking it to a local Pep Boys was told it was another defective hose that wasn't replaced at the previous location which cost him $375 more. End result a $1700 bill, three days without use of his car and extra stop to another Pep Boys. Much different than the initial $600 quote and loss of car for only a day. Poor diagnosis, lack of communication and not fixing the car on the first try is reason enough to not recommend Pep Boys. Need.to be able to trust someone with your car and this ordeal basically told me they can no longer be trusted.

Jason (Jay) had an excellent customer service attitude when he booked the appointment for me, then Joel (the Pep Boys store manager) provided even better service when I took our car in for an alignment. I needed a diagnostic done on the car’s electrical system (head lamps) and, since this Pep Boys didn’t provide that service, they recommended me to a technician not too far away. This location and its staff are great!

Joel and Jason were amazing from the second i opened the door they were extremely welcoming and friendly. They informed me of some issues with my tires that others have clearly neglected to tell me in the past. They were helpful in helping me find what I needed to replace and just overall extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. I definitely will be going back.

Zero stars !!!!Don’t trust this location !!! Worst customer service!!! Don’t bring your vehicle here they really don’t know what they are doing… mechanics can’t diagnose the problem and you end up paying for parts you didn’t even need. Corporate also didn’t really do anything to understand our situation so please take your vehicle somewhere you can trust and know they will get the job done right the first time don’t waste your time or money here

These guys got me in and out quickly. Came in with a punctured rear drivers side tire, they patched it and found my two fronts needed to be replaced. Chris worked within my budget and even found a discount for me. They helped get me back on the road so I could make my trip today! Quick convenient and friendly, these guys are where I’m taking my car from now on!

I had a 9am appt. Only 2 mechanics were working. They take off to get drinks. 10am still waiting to get our car looked at. Worst customer service I have ever encountered! I wouldn't let this shop change a tire on my bicycle!

Love love love this location I get my share ride inspections from here they always have me in and out. They are friendly and respectable people. I went to the pep boys by my house off craig and rancho a few weeks ago the service was horrible to say the least. I drove 35 minutes just to come to this location and it was worth it. I appreciate you guys thank you.

Took about 45 minutes for my car to be moved into the bay after arrival, even with an appointment. Didn't seem they were prepared for the appointment. Took longer than expected. However was happy with the service performed.

Worst, worst location for a pep boys. There is no parking at all. You will most likely have to park on the otherwise where the 711 is or behind the liquor store as shown in the picture. To make matters worse, to enter and exit is another ordeal as once you go in there, there is no exit. You have to back out to be able to exit. To top it off there is some lack of customer service as well. Won't be going back to this pep boys.

I would like to mention the remarkable job that this repair shop does I was there and I was having problems with my car and they kept me calm and let me know that they was going to take care of it and they took care of it and I was back on the road in no time in less than 30 minutes I would like to give a hi outstanding kudos with married especially to Chris and Demetrius on duty. Chris is highly professional, thorough and efficient and Demetrius delivers outstanding Customer Service. Both have worked at the company for a very long time and they have a lot of experience and I will highly recommend this shop anytime I'm having any problems with my vehicle continue the great work guys.

⭐ 1-Star Review – False claims used to deny lifetime alignment & upsell repairs I brought my 2007 Buick LaCrosse to the Pep Boys on N. Nellis Blvd specifically to use my lifetime alignment warranty. Instead of honoring it, they created multiple false and misleading claims to justify refusing the warranty and upselling repairs. They charged me about $40 for a “fluid leak evaluation”, but it was only a visual inspection—no pressure testing, no measurements, no actual diagnostics. Pep Boys advertises free courtesy inspections, so charging for this was improper. Their inspection claimed the outer tie rods were installed upside down, which is mechanically impossible. Tie rods are tapered and keyed. I later took the car to another mechanic, who showed me the GM service manual confirming the tie rods were installed correctly. I also personally got under the car and could clearly see Pep Boys’ claim was false. Despite this, Pep Boys wanted to charge me to “fix” it anyway. They also claimed: Brake fluid “very contaminated” — no test performed Severe leaks everywhere — contradicted by visual inspection Unsafe to align — unsupported The other mechanic told me every major claim Pep Boys made was fraudulent. Instead of honoring the alignment, Pep Boys tried to sell: $270 – Replace both outer tie rod ends $196 – Engine/undercar cleaning (not required for alignment) $45.90 – PepGuard extended labor warranty $35 – Shop fee $40 – Visual “diagnostic” Total they attempted to charge: ~$589 — all to avoid a warranty alignment. This was not a good-faith inspection. It felt like manufactured problems designed to deny warranty service and extract money. I would not trust this location for diagnostics, steering work, or honoring warranties.

So the guys here are all great & super friendly, the only bad taste left in my mouth is when my tech called my Full EV a hybrid. I said no this is a full EV, there is no gas. I should hve said this Hybrids hve gas & electric & while driving on gas it charges you EV battery, he then says yeah a full EV hybrid, at this point I’m thinking his clueless. Don’t underestimate female clientele we are not all clueless about cars. Then I drive down the road check my PSI tell me why the 3 tires tht the rental place replaced are all way over inflated? 10 psi,19 psi & 13psi over inflated & the 4th tire not top up to ensure safe driving conditions. Tht guy needs some serious education on EVs & im sure gas cars too, & a tires 101 on why to not over inflate tires & if 1 tire not getting replaced then maybe tires 102 on how to top off, for better traction & control of vehicle. But don’t worry I fixed them myself. But to a female who don’t know better coulda had blow out & will cause uneven wear. I mean im just saying. So ladies be sure to check all 4 tires on psi- if u don’t know how stop at 1st tire shop to confirm your PSI #s. All super nice & helpful but idk how accurate they are on other diags then.
