This place has terrible service!! Donny was not much help! I wanted to order tires from discount tire website and he said none of them were available.. then I asked them why are they on the website? His response was because they didn’t take them down. So I left. Very disappointed. How does a multi billion company not know how to update this website?

I came in to get air, as many are doing. I noticed a sign saying line closed past this point for people to drive in/out of store. There was also a cone moved to look like you could drive in (there was a space for a car) so I went in that way. A few minutes go by and Donny (a DT employee) came up and was irritated that I didnt follow the sign. I apologized but explained the cone issue and told him I would leave. He then said no, stay since you cockroached yourself in the line now. He was still heated and walked away. A few min later I noticed another car trying to get in behind me by moving the sign and a cone. Then another car behind them. Where was Donny now?? If you want to prevent this from happening you will have to put an employee there to allow access when busy. People are people and an employee of DT treating people how I was treated is not like DT. I have been a customer for 30 yrs and my family as well. Donny may have been having a bad day, but as employees your standard should be better and speaking to customers in a harsh amd demeaning manner is not acceptable.

Always make an appointment. If they say it will take 2.5 hours it's probably 3 so don't walk in and wait. I got what i thought was a new tire but it looks older than my other tires. Also I had a free rotation but if the"new"tire was place in the same spot did anything get rotated? 🤣🤦♂️ my donut was placed back with little care. The carpet in back was still folded at a funny angle. Couldn't even straighten that? Very disappointed with this visit. Hey at least "new" tire actually had a cap on the air nozzle unlike last time....

This was the first discount tire that Robert, the guy that was airing up. My tire was extremely helpful and got me. A price OTD for brand new tires for my car because i was needing to get estimates .. he went above and beyond and it only took him a few minutes. Other discounts have just told me I have to go inside and ask. Robert deserves a raise 👏

I had a great experience here at the Flamingo Road this morning! I did need all four tires replaced (they were old and at the end of their safety life), but Manuel was very patient and thorough in explaining to me why and did NOT try to just sell me the most expensive tire available after we assessed my needs, but went through several options that would work so that I could make an informed choice within my budget. I very much appreciated his expertise, patience and honesty! Aaron who answered the phone and made my appointment was so polite and friendly, he gave excellent phone customer service. And Derek in the service department was kind enough to not only bag up my tires that would still be viable enough to have as spares and place them in my backseat, he also fixed my annoying tire sensor light by letting me know it could be the sensor on the spare in the trunk. He filled the spare with air and sure enough, the light went off. Who knew??!! LOL I really appreciated his extra effort and excellent customer service. This store will have my business from now on! Thanks guys!! :0)

9-22-25....Still providing great service. Newly remodled, great fresh new look....Excellent service and customer service. Been going here for my tire needs for a long time. I got great help on the phone and in person from Jordan, there had been a delay on my tires delivery, but resolved it with his help and got a good deal. I didn't get his name, but another rep there kept me updated and delivered my car when done. Got done very quickly with the service. And they also update you via text.

I don’t write negative reviews, but I will write one so you can avoid wasting your time. They don’t give you accurate timing of when your car will be ready. I came in to replace a tire, and ended up purchasing 4 new tires. Firstly, the guy on the phone told me they weren’t busy which was perfect because i had a class later in the night to get to, a class that could have been cancelled if i didn’t have time to make it. However, they told me the car would be ready in less than an hour and a half and the car was skipped. My roommate took me home to eat and when we went back to pick up my car, they barely started to work on it. He told me 10 minutes, it was 20 causing me to be late to class. I don’t know about you, but reliability is important to me especially with my busy schedule. I will not be back and do not recommend. When i drove away, within 3 minutes my tire pressure light came on. They are doing fast work, not reliable work

Had to get a plug in one of my rear tires and check the air pressure in all my tires. I arrived at the location on Flamingo 20 min before opening. I was the 2nd vehicle here which was a great thing I got here when I did because within minutes there were 15 more vehicles. I got in and out within 20 min after the doors opened. Mike (service advisor) assisted me with quotes for several different tires and wasn't pushy in any way (which I absolutely loved). I will definitely come back to this location again even though it's out of my way.
